CAPTURE OF SUBJECT UE 002
Discovered three days after the Eastwood Event on REDACTED. The subject was reported by civilians outside the quarantine, “Just walking about in broad daylight.” Military personnel contained UE 002’s exposure to the public by seizing all video and photographic evidence. See attached documents 002-A for a detailed list of evidence and 002-B for the compiled report of civilian interviews. Electroshock weaponry was found to be useless against the subject. The subject was apprehended physically, offering no resistance.

CONFIRMED ABILITIES
Production of Oil: Molecularly identical to common olive oil. Unable to determine the species of olive or continent of origin. UE 002 produces more olive oil in one session than the subject’s initial mass. Wax Manipulation/Body: While the subject appears humanoid, all results show UE 002 is, except clothing, made entirely of paraffin wax. Blood samples not feasible. Hypodermic needles become obstructed with wax upon penetration of the subject’s skin. Magnetic Resonance Imaging revealed the subject’s interior is of uniform density with no internal organs. The subject moves without muscles, breathes without lungs, sees without retinas, etc. While the subject responds to stimuli, it is debatable whether UE 002 is ‘alive’ under conventional definitions. Ability to alter the shape of any wax present within a ten (10) meter range. The subject may create paraffin candles of any conceivable dimensions at any location within this range. The mass limitations of this ability are the subject of ongoing research. UE 002’s finesse enables hyper-realistic detail in its sculptures. See attached documents 002-F for the subject’s medical results and 002-G for data on the subject’s wax generation abilities. Pyrokinesis: UE 002 has demonstrated the ability to light or extinguish any candle or lamp wick within a ten (10) meter range.

RECOMMENDATION:
The subject displays no abilities relevant to UE 000. The subject’s pyrokinesis is of insufficient temperature to breach the barrier. However, due to UE 002’s low financial upkeep and zero-casualty history, it is recommended the subject remain on-site pending further developments.
