CAPTURE OF SUBJECT UE 003
Discovered REDACTED attempting to aid in the escape of UE 002 during transportation to the Facility. UE 003 entered the transport without alerting personnel when UE 002 verbally exclaimed on seeing the subject, drawing attention to the escape attempt. Subject was subdued with electroshock weaponry.
ASSOCIATED CASUALTIES
Initial Capture: Soldier reported a nasal fracture, see attached document UE 003-B for details. Containment: Subject has not resisted physical examination, including blood tests. UE 003 has willingly participated in interviews with unerring consistency. Containment Breaches: UE 003 has yet to use lethal force in any escape attempt.

Slime Production: UE 003 can secrete a complex slurry of organic compounds which, depending on the ratios, can either be an incredible lubricant or a powerful adhesive. Both forms are heat resistant. Research into military and industrial applications is ongoing. Stealth Capabilities: The subject has a cloaking ability far surpassing known technology, rendering it undetectable by sight, image intensification, or infrared thermography. Research into military applications is ongoing. Abnormal Regeneration: Research into near-infinite medical applications is ongoing.
ESCAPE RECORD
UE 003 has nearly breached containment numerous times. See the attached document UE 003-F for a detailed report of all escape attempts. Containment Breach One occurred on REDACTED when the subject escaped through the open containment door during meal delivery by on-site personnel. Staff reported the room as empty and did not notice UE 003 exit the room. Contingency A was activated; however, the subject was not located during the search. Janitorial staff found UE 003 sleeping in a corner seven days later during routine maintenance, having reportedly, “Tripped over the damn thing.” The immediate area was sealed off and the subject recaptured via electroshock weaponry. Feeding apparatus subsequently changed to delivery by chute (opening 0.3m wide by 0.25m tall); waste disposal by identical chute on a decline leading to the on-site waste treatment facility. Secondary containment for UE 003’s unit was installed after this incident, consisting of an airlock and an additional layer of reinforced concrete. Containment Breach Three occurred on REDACTED when the subject escaped through the food delivery chute. A review of the video record did not reveal how the subject could fit through an opening smaller than its shoulder width. The subject was unable to escape the airlock and apprehended without further incident. Feeding apparatus subsequently changed from metal flap to remote-controlled sliding panel. Feeding times subsequently randomized. Containment Breach Four occurred on REDACTED when the subject escaped through the waste disposal chute. Subject was found six hours after the containment breach when sensors indicated the incinerator had an unscheduled shutdown. UE 003 had filled the furnace with slime and clogged the exhaust but was unable to escape the unit before recapture. Waste chute now leads to an intermediary unit which is first scanned and then transported to the incinerator to prevent further incidents.
RECOMMENDATION
The subject displays no abilities relevant to UE 000. However, due to UE 003’s research applications, low upkeep, and zero-casualty history, it is recommended the subject remain on-site pending further developments.
