At first, it might seem that it came from his achievements in magecraft, such as his "phenomena operation technique", also known as "magecraft", that proved the feasibility of performing miracles without any connection to a god. This is the prime reason why Goetia has the Nega Summon, allowing him to de-summon Heroic Spirits since the summoning spell is made by HUMANS.
Through the one that he has, Roman can remotely control the large magic circle that spanned the entire town. Even if it can't allow him to completely take control of humans' magecraft due to the lack of all ten rings, doing this simple thing is not that hard.
Due to insufficient preparations, the barrier can't stand up against Walpurgisnacht's presence, so they chose the alternative instead: Let it inside.
This might seem ridiculous, but in their case, it isn't. They prepared for every, if not all scenarios when they made this. If they let it break the barrier, they would be wasting the energy reserves instead. Thus, they saved more fuel while weakening it at the same time.
"I'll fire it."
Once Roman had said that, a transparent blue pane appeared. It contained something far complex such as the 3d visuals, kinematics, energy outputs, etc. Truly, this wouldn't be made possible without Kouzuki's pre-made parts. They'd only modified it to better suit True Ether.
After all, what she received is none other than [Legendary Mechanic (UR)].
Simply put, it worked in a similar way from Kuroneko's [Ashborn's Inheritance (UR)]. Only, she needed EXP for everything. Level up, blueprints, material shop, advancement knowledge, and so on were bought by it. If not for the fact that there's already a blueprint present in [Void Archives] plus the fact that it is possible to create with human hands alone (No advancement knowledge needed), this cannon wouldn't be possible.
(A/N: In Legendary Mechanic, Advancement Knowledge are often needed to create a specific blueprint. Nanomachines needs [Super Nanotechnology], large-sized machinery like Mobile Suits need [Huge Duplex Machinery Technology], and so on.)
Fortunately, she also has a plethora of ways to earn EXP. One of them is her creation eliminating an enemy. Though, she'll receive less EXP in this situation since it's not entirely her creation.

The railgun-like cannon began lighting up in its mouth. A loud humming sound were produced as True Ether were converted into conceptual heat. The surface of the cannon lighted up one-by-one until every single indicator of it is lit.
Right at this moment, the strongest "Witch" had revealed itself. It is a doll wearing a blue dress, with her lower half being similar to a clock's gears. Colorful mirages surrounded it as a carnival descended from the ground.
Even though its powers are much more suppressed in this empty area, it still couldn't stop the creation of its labyrinth. Although, its labyrinth encapsulated the reality as well, which means...
"The damage won't be contained in this one."
"We need to keep the fight airborne if we want to have no casualties."
Shiro and Touka commented upon having this realization.
"That is impossible."
"Mami?"
Mami didn't mind Kyoko's inquiry before she continued, "I have sought for information regarding Walpurgis Night in the past and I found out one thing. All the deadliest natural disasters that struck Earth in its entire history... is most probably it. Hundreds of thousands of deaths are caused by it alone. While it doesn't manifests often, happening every few hundred years, it left nothing but destruction."
All of them went silent, except for Roman who operated the "Railgun".
(A/N: In the canon, Walpurgis can induce natural disasters and lift off buildings and smash it to its enemies.)
"...Let's think about this later."
After saying that, Shiro's bright amber eyes went towards the huge doll in the air. A second later, what they saw is a huge light pillar that came from the [Magical Railgun].

Soon, it engulfed the huge witch. Everyone watched with surprise due to the sheer power that the railgun had produced.
It's as if what they've witnessed is something beyond human hands.
The three girls were somewhat hopeful that it is defeated, but not for the adults. Shiro, in particular, saw a thin blue shield manifest to block the ray of light.
"Damn it."
Cursing, Shiro touched the ribbon that tied her twintails. Black and red flames manifested in her hands before it turned into a sword.
"Roman, you stay here and protect this cannon. Touka and I will try to lure it in the firing range." As she said that, Shiro passed on a silver ring that contained 5,000 [Origin Crystals] to Roman, in which he caught it.
Shiro, who's temporarily a young girl, wore a serious expression in her face.
"Kaede, please deploy your plant domain."
"A-alright!"
While she doesn't fully understand what's happening, Kaede complied. She tapped the butt of her staff on the ground, turning it into a grassland filled with various plants.
"Haha! Haha! Haha!"
All of them heard a weird laugh from the sky. When the light cleared out, they saw... Walpurgisnacht unscathed. UNSCATHED. Though, Touka who has her [Tyrant's Eye] fully active noticed the decrease in its 'power' and overall state.
"The attack hit. Its 'imaginary power' decreased. It's different from us humans, so I don't know how to fully describe its state. But, its imaginary power is weakened by 10% again."
(A/N: Imaginary power refers to the reality-bending powers similar to Touka.)
From the preliminary suppression that their preparations did and its current state, they shaved off not more than 15% of its total capabilities.
"15%... Even with all that..." Shiro bit her lower lip lightly as she contemplated. "I'll analyze it more before I use that."
"That? I see..." Roman replied with understanding.
"Haha! Haha! Haha!"
Suddenly, a platoon-sized minions in the shape of Magical Girls descended into their place very quickly. They also laughed lightly as they did so.
Shiro's thrusters went on at this moment, flying to intercept them.

The moment she came close to them, she instantly turned into a black and white blur before white-black flames set them ablaze.
"Mami! Kyoko! Kaede! It's your life first!"
Shiro looked back and left this words as she went closer to the Walpurgisnacht. An [Aurora Curtain] went past Touka, transferring her to Shiro's side immediately.
Surprisingly, she bit her thumb, causing a drop of blood to come out. Then, dozens of mystical magic circles appeared just as she had grasped it.
"Königin der Nacht (Queen of the Night)."
From it, a black giant great sword is generated. Although plain, it has a dark sheen in it. To add on, it possesses an aura full of 'imagination power', making anything that she thought of possible.
A pair of ash-gray wings sprouted from her back, which gave her the ability to fly.
Meanwhile, Shiro shifted the ribbons upward, entering the [Riser Chain] state that further enhanced her attack power by ten times. She's also wielding two separate swords now, one black and one white. The fused flames from earlier erupted in the blades, granting them stronger power. There's also a pair of floating pauldrons on top of her shoulders, increasing her upper body's defense.
