“So, what’s your answer?”

The man’s lips lingered near Bai Lixin’s ear, his voice warm and husky, their proximity resembled lovers in a passionate embrace.

“Didn’t you say I don’t have a choice?” The young man chuckled lightly, his voice revealing neither anger nor anything else.

Teeth lightly hooked onto the fair earlobe, grinding it gently. “I want to hear the answer I desire directly from your mouth.”

The young man’s body trembled slightly, and he laughed softly. “Just like interrogating a prisoner, no matter the means, you have to pry their mouths open to get the confession you want, right?”

“Heh,” the white teeth scraped against the slightly reddened earlobe. “You can interpret it that way. My patience is limited, and I rarely repeat the same question. But for you, I’ve exercised the utmost patience. Now tell me, Bai Lixin, what is your answer?”

A calloused hand gripped the young man’s cheeks with a slight force, and the young man passively opened his mouth.

Fingertips glided over neatly arranged teeth, accurately finding the sharp canine teeth below, constantly scraping back and forth.

Forced to tilt his head back, the young man couldn’t resist the pressure and had to assume an ambiguous posture akin to suffering. He opened his mouth helplessly, his tongue brushed against the man’s moving fingers.

The man rested his head on Bai Lixin’s shoulder, his gaze roaming over Bai Lixin’s face, waiting for his answer.

He didn’t care about Bai Lixin’s answer; what he wanted would not change because of his answer.

It’s just that he preferred to see the young man cooperate a bit more. At least this way, the young man would suffer less.

The young man’s Adam’s apple moved up and down in his tense neck as he gulped, like a fish caught by the waves on the beach, breathing in air with large gasps.

The fireplace flickered, and after awhile, the young man emitted a soft hum from his throat, “Okay.”

The man chuckled lightly, suddenly lifted his head and took the young man’s lips, savoring the taste he had coveted for so long.

The young man’s pupils suddenly contracted, and the man’s beast-like eyes stared at the young man’s bewildered expression, and he intensified the kiss without mercy.

The kiss between the two men was fierce, almost like a brawl.

In the act of kissing alone, the man’s fierce demeanor seemed to want to engulf Bai Lixin entirely.

Sounds of kissing echoed in the air. The young man’s expression slowly changed from surprise and confusion, gradually became passive, and in the end, his eyes went into a trance, and his body softened uncontrollably.

After an unknown amount of time, the man ended this passionate kiss, releasing the young man pressed into the sofa.

The young man opened his mouth, gasping for fresh air. Whether it was the orange-red glow from the fireplace or something else, his cheeks, earlobes, and the corners of his eyes were all flushed.

“I’m very satisfied with your answer,” the man’s voice was deep, as his calloused fingertip wiped over the young man’s swollen lips. “From now on, you are mine.”

Bai Lixin’s heart trembled, avoiding the man’s direct gaze.

‘Damn it. Why are you suddenly emitting such strong pheromones? Don’t you know how tempting you look right now?’

“Although I really want you now, we have some business to attend to.” The man supported himself on the sofa handle and stood up, pulling the dazed Bai Lixin, “Come.”

Bai Lixin didn’t know what this crazy man was up to again, so he followed him silently.

The man looked at Bai Lixin’s obedient appearance, his eyes flashing with satisfaction, ‘So well-behaved.’

Taking Bai Lixin to the bedside, the man pointed to something on the bedside table, “Take off the prison clothes and put on these clothes.”

Bai Lixin looked in the direction of Dijia’s finger and found that there was an extra set of clothes on the bedside table. Above the clothes, a guard’s hat and a black metal mask were placed.

Bai Lixin picked up the mask, “What is this…”

The possessiveness in Dijia’s tone brooked no room for questions, “This is for you. Change into these clothes and wear this mask. From today on your body and your face are for only me to see.”

Bai Lixin touched the ice-cold mask, “It was placed here before I came in. It seems you really meant what you said, no matter what my answer is, you would do this. Keeping me by your side, making me all yours.”

The man reverted to his initial cold and calm demeanor, nodding expressionlessly, “Take every word I say seriously because I never joke. Change your clothes quickly.”

Bai Lixin responded with an “Oh” and began changing his clothes.

As he changed, he muttered to himself.

‘I thought all the efforts yesterday were in vain, but it turns out Dijia already planned to do these things to me.’

Though he enjoys having such a crazy husband, he couldn’t stay by Dijia’s side forever.

The task only lasts for five days, and it’s already the first day; he had to find an opportunity to leave.

Should he proceed with the initial plan and escape?

Thinking of this, Bai Lixin’s movements in changing clothes paused.

It was ironic.

The original plan was to escape, but he met Dijia before executing the escape. He thought Dijia would be the driving force foe him to leave, but unexpectedly, he became the biggest obstacle.

Considering Dijia’s character in this copy, if he escaped and got caught by him, he would probably get confined in a small dark room for a lifetime, right?

Hiss, just thinking about it is thrilling.

—————————————

In the live broadcast room.

[Ah ah ah! I’m so excited I’m squealing like a pig!]

[Big boss, go for it! Big boss, go!]

[The crazy Big boss is gaining points like crazy! Please lock me in!]

[Who said the big boss can’t do it?! This big boss is simply amazing! Big boss, you understand my XP!]

[Help, I’m oxygen-deprived. Just the kiss was so intense. If it were a ‘doi,’ wouldn’t I explode on the spot?]

[The kiss just now was so intense. It’s taking a toll on my single dog life.]

————————————-

Bai Lixin changed into the guard’s uniform, wore the mask and hat, and stood in front of Dijia. “How is it, is it okay?”

Dijia looked up at the renewed young man before him. The pitch-black mask covered the young man’s face, revealing only a pair of overly bright eyes.

If possible, he even wanted to hide those eyes too.

After staring at Bai Lixin up and down for over ten seconds, the man stood up, “Follow me out.”

Bai Lixin followed behind Dijia, “Where are we going?”

Dijia, “I’m giving you a gift.”

Bai Lixin, “…”

A gift? What kind of gift? He didn’t think the crazy old gong’s gift would be flowers and wine, more like something more gruesome.

Driven by curiosity, Bai Lixin followed Dijia out of the office.

The route they took was familiar to Bai Lixin. It was the way to the prison cell.

After walking behind Dijia for a while, they stopped in front of the cell he had once lived in.

On the bed where he used to sit lay a man covered in bloodstains. His face was scratched so badly that his original features were no longer visible. Blood flowed from his eyes, ears, and mouth, and his physique resembled his.

Bai Lixin was slightly stunned.

Dijia’s flat voice came to his ear, “I said I would save you. This is your first gift.”

“He’s a death row inmate from the fifth level. His face has been scratched, eyes, ears, and tongue destroyed by me. From now on, he is Mr. X. Rest assured, no one will know he isn’t you.”

Dijia pinched Bai Lixin’s chin, forcing him to look up at him. “From now on, you are safe. Are you satisfied with my gift?”

While speaking, his gaze remained fixed on Bai Lixin’s eyes. Though the mask hid the young man’s face, preventing him from seeing his expression, he could judge the young man’s thoughts through his eyes.

The young man blinked, and whispered in a voice that was deeper due to the mask, “I’m satisfied, thank you.”

Dijia frowned slightly, and pursed his lips, “Let’s go. I’ll show you the next gift.”

Bai Lixin was still the same as before, following Dijia obediently.

After walking for a while, he realized the route was unfamiliar and descending instead of heading up.

They met several patrolling guards along the way, who, upon seeing Dijia, stood aside in stunned silence. They were so respectful they didn’t even dare glance at the masked figure that seemed to have dropped from the sky.

As Dijia said, here, he was the law.

The air in this prison always carried a faint scent of blood. Having been here for over a day, Bai Lixin was now accustomed to the smell. However, as they descended underground, the stench of blood became more intense.

The further down they went, the more cramped and dark the surroundings became. In addition to the heavy smell of blood and rust, occasional painful wails echoed in the air.

They walked down a long flight of stairs and finally reaching level ground.

The scent of blood was even stronger.

Bai Lixin silently surveyed this space through his mask.

It was a large space from top to bottom, left to right, and it was dark and damp all around. The only source of illumination was a few torches mounted on the walls.

“Do you know why these prisoners are so afraid? It’s not just because of my presence but also because there’s a monster locked up here.”

“As long as one isn’t foolish, they wouldn’t want to provoke such a disgusting thing.”

Dijia’s voice echoed in the space, carrying a slight echo due to the structure.

As if responding to Dijia’s words, a suppressed low growl suddenly came from the pitch-black end.

Bai Lixin squinted his eyes, looked into the darkness and vaguely saw two swaying red lanterns.

His hand was suddenly held, and the man’s voice had a hint of gentleness he didn’t even notice, “The ground is slippery, follow me.”

Dijia grabbed Bai Lixin, and slowly led him forward.

Bai Lixin observed the ground beneath his feet as he walked.

The floor was covered with marble, which had been washed away by time. Coupled with the damp air, it was indeed slippery.

Bai Lixin followed behind Dijia without a word, allowing the man to guide him forward.

After walking on a smooth and flat marble surface, he then noticed many deep grooves under his feet.

These marks didn’t seem to be caused naturally but rather by some sharp weapon.

In these uneven grooves, there were darkened bloodstains embedded in them.

He kept his head down, walking silently. Suddenly, he bumped into a heavy figure.

The metal mask collided with the man’s back, emitting a low muffled sound.

Bai Lixin raised his head and found that Dijia had stopped at some point. He was now looking at him with a subtle expression. “Do you only look at your feet when walking, not ahead?”

Bai Lixin forced a dry laugh, “No, I just wanted to see if there’s any gold on the ground.”

The man blinked, paused for two seconds, then spoke, “Do you like gold?”

Bai Lixin just wanted to move on from the awkward moment quickly and casually replied, “Uh-huh, I like it. Who doesn’t like gold?”

The man looked at the young man thoughtfully, as if judging the truthfulness of the statement.

Another suppressed roar rang out, drawing both their attention.

The suppressed roar was also mixed with the sound of heavy chains clashing. Bai Lixin had just taken two steps back with Dijia’s dragging when something in the darkness flickered.

The next second, two blood-red glows illuminated the darkness.

The next second, a huge creature walked out from the shadows.

It was a monster standing at a towering five meters, four-legged, with an estimated body length of over ten meters and a long tail trailing behind.

Covered in black fur, its blood-red eyes stared at the two people in front. White turbid air emanated from its sharp teeth, as if it was ready to swallow them in the next second.

There seemed to be something in its mouth, and its teeth made a “crunch-crunch” chewing sound.

Bai Lixin silently stared at its teeth, observing them grind back and forth several times before spitting something out.

Upon closer inspection, Bai Lixin saw it was a chewed-up chain.

The monster continued chewing and walking forward, its predatory gaze fixed on Bai Lixin until it stopped in its tracks just before reaching them.

The sound of metal clashing echoed in the quiet darkness. Bai Lixin then noticed a heavy metal collar around the monster’s neck, and thick chains were attached to the metal collar. The chains were pulled taut, preventing the monster from moving forward.

Unable to take another step, the monster let out an irritable low growl, its sharp claws scratching the ground impatiently.

With each scratch, the sharp claws left several grooves on the ground, adding to the existing ones.

The grooves on the ground were actually made by this monster’s scratching.

Under the monster’s claws, the hard marble floor felt as soft as soil. If a person fell into the clutches of this monster, they would likely be torn to shreds on the spot.

Bai Lixin: “Is this the pet the queen kept here?”

Dijia glanced at Bai Lixin, “You actually know about this rumor? Few people know about this.”

Bai Lixin: “Is that so? Strange, I can’t believe I know about it. Did you bring me here to show me how terrifying this monster is and to prevent me from having any thoughts of escaping?”

Dijia: “That’s one idea, but that wouldn’t count as a gift.”

He checked his watch, “Just wait a bit longer, it’s almost here.”

‘Almost here? What’s coming?’

Since meeting this crazy Dijia, Bai Lixin found it increasingly difficult to understand his old gong’s train of thought.

The monster seemed particularly fixated on them. After it couldn’t catch the two of them, it kept stretching out to them as far as the chain could extend.

Dijia occasionally glanced at the monster, as if taunting it.

His position was delicate; the monster’s claws seemed just within reach, but whenever they extended, they always fell short by a fraction.

The desired prey was within reach yet out of grasp, causing the monster to grind its teeth in frustration.

Dijia addressed the monster coldly, “Don’t be impatient. You’ll be fed soon.”

Bai Lixin: “…”

‘What kind of bad taste was this?’

They waited for a few minutes and heard several footsteps and the sound of chains coming from the entrance.

Bai Lixin seemed to hear a familiar voice.

“Let me go!”

“Are you crazy?! My execution isn’t until next spring. Why bring me here now?”

“Help! It’s not my time to die yet!”

“Dr. Garner! Where’s Dr. Garner? I need to see Dr. Garner!”

Bai Lixin looked at the entrance with some surprise.

This voice seemed to belong to that perverted murderer. Did Dijia bring him here?

Bai Lixin looked at the expressionless man beside him.

Could it be that this man seemed indifferent, but actually knew everything happening around him and was venting his anger for him?

As the commotion approached in the darkness, several people also appeared before them.

Two guards dragged the perverted murderer like a pig and brought him before Dijia. As they approached, the previously quiet monster once again let out an excited roar, scraping its front claws against the ground and opening its terrifying blood-filled mouth towards them.

As the monster opened its mouth, viscous saliva dripped to the ground. Bai Lixin even noticed vague flesh and bone debris still stuck between the monster’s teeth.

The guards were also afraid of the monster. They stopped a distance behind Dijia, dumping the perverted murderer on the ground like a sack of flour. “Sir, the death row prisoner has been brought for execution.”

Not long ago, the perverted murderer who had arrogantly flaunted his power before him now displayed a pitiful sight. He cowered on the ground, fearfully gazing at the man before him, who resembled the Grim Reaper. He quickly knelt on the ground and pleaded, “Lord Warden, have there been some misunderstandings? My execution date isn’t today, it’s supposed to be next spring.”

Dijia narrowed his eyes, “Are you questioning me?”

The perverted murderer shivered, “No, no, I dare not.”

“By the way, Doctor, Dr. Garner, I want to see Dr. Garner. Please, let me see Dr. Garner.”

Dijia: “Why do you want to see that guy? Even if the queen likes him, he’s just a doctor. Or is there some secret deal between you two that you’re keeping from me?”

The perverted murderer turned pale; he looked at Dijia, then at the monster beside him, fear flashing in his eyes.

Prostrating himself, he knelt on the ground, adopting the most humble posture, hands and feet on the ground as he pleaded, “Respected Lord Warden, I implore you to tell me why my execution date has been moved up.”

Dijia: “I can tell you that much. You offended someone you shouldn’t have and entertained thoughts you shouldn’t have.”

He pulled a sharp dagger from his waist and handed it to Bai Lixin.

Bai Lixin, who had been watching the spectacle, suddenly found himself holding a cold object. He looked at Dijia with some confusion and asked, “What are you up to now?”

The moment he made a sound, the perverted murderer, who had been kneeling on the ground, shuddered and looked up at Bai Lixin.

Dijia patted Bai Lixin’s shoulder, “This is the other gift I’m giving you. Courtesy demands reciprocity. You should give me a gift in return. I want his tongue. Go on, I want to see you cut his tongue and give it to me.”

Bai Lixin: “…”

‘What kind of perverse taste was this?’

“Not up for it?” Dijia looked at Bai Lixin, who was hesitating, pinched a strand of his hair and said softly, “I’ll teach you.”

His other hand grabbed Bai Lixin’s hand and touched it to his cold mask, “Remember this position. Use one hand to pinch the joint of his jaw forcefully. His mouth will open uncontrollably due to dislocation.”

“At this point, you can easily pull out his tongue.”

“This dagger is very sharp; it can easily cut through even iron. Just cut off a tongue, it’s easy.”

Bai Lixin looked at the demon king beside him and said in a helpless voice, “Are you trying to train me into a murderous maniac?”

Dijia raised an eyebrow, “I just want to introduce you to my world and teach you how to defend yourself. Will you do it?”

Bai Lixin: “If I say I won’t, can I avoid doing it?”

Dijia: “No.”

Bai Lixin: “…”

He knew it would end up like this.

“You! It’s you!” The screams of the perverted murderer interrupted the conversation between the two. Bai Lixin looked over and saw the perverted murderer staring at him, “I know what I did wrong!”

“Lord Warden, I was wrong. I didn’t know he was your man. I didn’t mean to provoke him. It’s Dr. Garner; Dr. Garner said that if I embarrassed him and made him suffer a bit, he would find a way to help reduce my sentence. I was just being used. Dr. Garner is the mastermind. Lord Warden, please spare me this time. I won’t dare again.”

“You… Lord,” Probably because he was really afraid of death, the perverted murderer was already a little crazy. After begging Dijia, he began to plead with Bai Lixin, “I was wrong. I apologize to you. I’m garbage, I’m scum. Do whatever you want to me; as long as you can vent your anger.”

“Please, Lord Warden, I beg for mercy. I just have a sharp mouth. You are magnanimous; spare me, please!”

Bai Lixin stood beside Dijia, looking down at the man kneeling at his feet.

A person who once trampled on the dignity of others could become so humble, losing all dignity in the face of fear and power.

Dijia’s eyes flashed with a hint of disgust. He turned to Bai Lixin, “In addition to the tongue, I also want his eyes.”

He was disgusted, disgusted that this man had once looked at the young man with such vile eyes.

After saying this, he stared at the young man’s face.

He wanted to see what the young man would do next.

Would he panic because of the fear of seeing blood?

Or would he forcefully cut it off with trembling hands?

He was really looking forward to it.
