This is a work of fiction and a lot of unresearched topics so don't bash my trashy work too much.

He has kind of done it. In a way.

Mixing and mashing idol to actress... extraterrestrial to kooky themes... Japanese play to a Western theatrical... Samus powersuit aspirations to another intellectual property that suited a different inspiration...

All of this came to be the "tokusatsu-esque" and "beat 'em up" video game that it is.

Making Wonder Drew to be some sort of achievement.

Especially with Wonder Momo and Drew Barrymore being quite the different entities.

Comparing them is like comparing a fictional character to a real person, since they have vastly incongruent backgrounds and roles to begin with.

On one hand, Wonder Momo is a fictional character, a Japanese arcade game character created by Namco. She is a superheroine known for her appearances in video games and mostly restricted to Japanese arcades.

Drew Barrymore, on the other hand, is a real-life American actress. And would come to be a producer and entrepreneur.

Yep. Although she will and has appeared in numerous films and television shows, gaining fame for her roles. She would even venture into producing and other business ventures, yet none would really bring her any closer to video games or any of that sort.

At least that's what Alexander knew from the old timeline.

New timeline's Wonder Momo was nowhere in sight when she should've debuted as an idol-slash-game heroine around this time. Not that he kept that close of an eye out for Namco, but things were clearly not going the way that they should have been.

As for the new timeline's Drew... she's just a blooming 12-year-old at best. Currently celebrating this specific milestone in her life.

It was a sort of wonderful birthday party with some of her "friends", invited acquaintances, and family in the form of Jaid.

With the venue being at her home in Sherman Oaks and due to some recent turn of events, it wasn't much... but it was somewhat filled with laughter, delicious cake, and memorable moments.

If you have a good enough memory as Alexander, that is.

However, for the most part, with permission and excuse, he relegated himself to Drew's room.

He just wasn't that much of a party person. A fact that was known by everyone who knew him.

For a more obscurer fact... whenever he was in another person's house, he was usually in the room of the girl he's sleeping with.

Since most of his visitations involve that part of dating tumultuousness.

An established playboy's habit, of course.

Which is weird given that he was now unceremoniously lounging by the girly bed, thinking about his next play from here.

Most boys usually take a while to take in the novelty of this sacred girl space, especially when it's their first time entering.

Not Alexander. His thoughts were more on the next thing to do.

The next thing and the next play after Wonder Drew.

It's not really anything deplorable. Only somewhat.

After all, in no offense to Drew, her special game is actually just his tester and experiment in the brawler video game genre.

Where the primary objective is to engage in close combat with waves of enemies.

Hand-to-hand combat is the focus of these games. Where the typical character to control moves through levels or stages, defeating opponents using punches, kicks, and other melee attacks.

Often feature simple controls, side-scrolling or 3D environments, and the seemingly numerous goons to go up against.

The tried and trusty Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Metroid, Contra, and even Legend of Zelda don't necessarily fit this mold.

They're close but not that distinct enough to be considered.

For beat-'em-ups or beat 'em alls are where action and martial arts shine...

Like the likes of Double Dragon, Streets or Fists of Rage, Golden Axe, Altered Beasts, and so on are the staples.

Chances are... he can have all of 'em, so they're all really something to think about. And he thought about these a lot.

The lot of IPs that they are and the companies he'll plunder them from.

Double Dragon was sort of out of the question. Due to being some successor to Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun or Renegade for simplicity's sake.

But the rest were there and available for the pickings.

The majority of which is up for his usual improving and tinkering.

While for some, he could even be gracious enough to leave untouched and be left to the original developers as is.

So deliberations, deliberations... deliberations...

Too bad, that had to be interrupted...

As the door to Drew's room opened... and in came Drew, asking.

"What are you doing in here?"

"The same could be asked of you." Alexander reflected. "Don't you have a birthday party to attend to?"

"The same could be asked of you, too." Drew dittoed.

In that, Alexander was quick to note the wrong redundancy but brushed it off nonetheless. "You already know why I'm here..."

"Yeah yeah." Drew just said in understanding but still she asked. "On a serious note, what fun could you even do by yourself in here? I own the place and all I can say is... really not that much."

On another note, her eyes sparkled in expectations. "So, were you, perhaps, wondering about me?!"

"Well, you could say that. But I'm mostly wondering about Wonder Drew." That was kind of the truth and Alexander leaned on it. "The truth is... the game's incomplete and rushed in some parts. And since the surprise is out now, would you want to record the missing voiceovers?"

"Of course, I would." She readily agreed but had reservations. "But I thought a lot of people bought GameKeys already. Isn't this all too late?"

"It's not the usual movie VHS or music album. Everything else should be updated to every console once you're done." It's really handy in his opinion.

"Just how do you do what you do?" Sighed Drew at this possibility that she couldn't comprehend.

"Chaos Magic, I guess" And that was Alexander, being as comprehensible as he could.

Oh well.

Drew was used to this dynamic.

But wait!

She was, however, not used to the fact that Jovo-bitch wasn't here with them to spoil the fun.

So, to heck with the whole birthday party-schmarty... this was a rare opportunity!

-------

And before Alexander could get a grasp on what's what, Drew was quick to lock the door for some reason?

It was suspicious, so he inquired. "Is something the matter?"

"Nothing really." Drew smiled with innocence. "With your whole game thing going on, people outside are clamoring for me to get into character for the fun of it, so..."

"So, I guess I have to change into my failed Samus powersuit!"

Reasoning with that, she hurried into her wardrobe and closed it. To change from her birthday attire, most likely.

It's just that that only made Alexander more suspicious.

Since he knew that her Samus cosplay was actually back at his home.

Sure enough, when the tight wardrobe's door finally opened up... Drew was actually in a suit...

Not in a power suit though.

Gone was the birthday attire.

After all, she was in her freakin birthday suit!

And if that wasn't shocking enough, she actually twirled and turned...

Curved some curves... and especially accentuated her backside...

With a teasing smirk, she alluringly said...

"As a thank you for a lot of things, I actually got a special birthday cake, just for you, prince charming. Want to taste it?"

Of course, even the indifferent Alexander was stunned at Drew's wonderous display.

Gazing at that "cake"... and only going by Basic Instinct...

He actually pounced on it!

The next 10,000 words are omitted as to not dirty minds.

Of course, that's only a joke. Given my low productivity right now, 10,000 words is a cherished achievement and it would be stupid to omit it.

And yeah... what happens next isn't anything suspicious at all, so turned off those dirty minds. At least, I hope that that's what's going to happen...
