I was being dragged by Elsa-sama by my hand after we left the room. Elsa-sama was taller than me but even though she looked so slender, she actually had a very strong grip. She then threw another question to Queen Esther who was following us along with Queen Sophia. Queen Sophia then calmly replied that she was 7cm taller than me.
Ah…. I really can’t beat the woman in Alsar in terms of height either…
“You’re going to dress him up in those clothes, right?”
“Yes, Mother Sophia. I bought it impulsively in an auction because it was so cute but no one could wear it because of the size… In the first place, I don’t think it’s appropriate for someone my age to wear it. Even Anastasia didn’t want to wear it even though she could easily wear it without any problem.”
Before I knew it, Queen Sophia was already walking beside us as she talked with Elsa-sama. I couldn’t put a single word in but it seemed they wanted to make me wear something. But… There was something I couldn’t let slide easily.
Like, huh? Something Elsa-sama bought impulsively because it was cute? I mean I could understand if the size was the problem but age appropriate…? And it was something Anastasia-sama didn’t want to wear? Even though it was age appropriate for her? Just… What kind of clothes they were planning for me to wear…
“Fufu~ Anastasia is Lucien’s youngest daughter. She’s turning 12 this year. She’s a shy girl so it will take some time before she can get used to you but she’s actually a really sweet child. I hope you will be able to get along well with her.”
Looking at me tilting my head to the side in confusion, Queen Esther explained to me.
“Ah, now that you mention it, there were a lot of people in that room too. Yes. It’d be great if you can get along with her..”
Certainly, I remember seeing a girl about her age hiding behind an adult that I assumed was one of the spouses of the royal family. If she was turning 12 this year, that meant she was about to enter puberty. I think it’d be impossible for girls her age to become good friends with an adult like me but I should just nod at their suggestion for now.
“Ren, this is my room. Come on in, come on in~”
“Huh?! Going into Elsa-sama’s room is a little…”
“Eh? You don’t want to come in?”
“I will gratefully accept your offer!”
After walking for a few minutes, we finally arrived at our destination. Elsa-sama stopped her track in front of a door and told me to come in. When I heard that this room was Elsa-sama’s room, I panicked. I personally thought I shouldn’t go into her room so easily like this but the smile on Elsa-sama’s face looked so scary so I yielded. When she looked like this, I could see the resemblance between her and Fer-san. They were really brother and sister.
I quickly answered and entered the door that was opened slowly.
“Well, this is the room that I used before I got married. Right now I have another residence in the city and since my spouse is a commander, we have a room designated for our family in the castle. I rarely ever use this room anymore so right now this room is only used as a storage room.”
Well, that’s true. Since Elsa-sama is a married woman, she must be living with her new family… But still, her spouse is a commander. They’re both really a power couple.
“Mother, you can come in and sit on a sofa over there. I’ll be right back!”

“Ren, you should take a seat as well. Elsa is a strong-willed child. No one can stop her now when she becomes like this. Can you please serve us some tea?”

Queen Sophia and Queen Esther were sitting on the same sofa together, they looked really close. Queen Sophia then asked the maid who had been following us to make tea for us. I then timidly sat on a sofa across from them.
“… I see that the two of you are really close.”

They were sitting on a sofa across from me. They looked like they were on good terms.
And the distance between them… How should I say it… They’re really close? Like way too close? I mean, Queen Sophia even has one arm around Queen Esther’s waist. No, I mean, aren’t they way too close?

“I won this at an auction in foreign kingdom a few years ago. I heard that this is the kind of clothes that the otherworlder of the past likes to wear and furthermore, this clothes is handmade, you know?! It must be hard to replicate the same fine details with a machine.”
“I don’t think I’m worthy to wear something as precious as that…”
The otherworlder of the past! Just what kind of thing you’ve created?! If that person made these clothes according to their size, then that means it must be Earth-sized. The people in Alsar wouldn’t be able to fit into these clothes. It is certainly beautiful but unless I really have to, I don’t think I want to wear it?! Elsa-sama approached me with those clothes in hand. She reached out to my robe and started to take my clothes off and so I immediately resisted her advances.

I actually didn’t want to wear it. I didn’t want to but… I knew she wouldn’t budge so I at least asked her if I could change in another room.
