Sneha was sleeping on the bed while Heena sat next to her caressing her daughter's head with a worried expression.

It had already been two days since Satvik and Aria went to the dungeon but have yet not returned.

Occupation of adventuring was not an easy job and there were countless adventurers who never returned from their adventure.

Even though Satvik has always been a person who paid special attention to safety over fortune. However, accidents while adventuring have caught most calculative people off-guard.

The mother-daughter pair have been especially worried since Satvik has never been gone for so long without informing them.

Then Heena's gaze fell on her daughter's sleeping face. She somehow made her fall asleep while making false promises that Satvik will be there, next to her when she woke up in the morning.

However, with each passing hour, she cannot stop her mind from coming to depressing and sad scenarios.

No matter how hard she was trying to come up with positive calculations, she could not help but feel uneasy in her heart as if something bad might have happened to her saviour.

She closed her eyes and in a voice filled with longing, "Where are you?"

*Knock-knock*

Then she suddenly heard someone knock on the main door. Her gloomy expression was replaced with a joyous smile as she dashed toward the door to welcome the person she was thinking about.

When she opened the front door, she saw Kavya and Aria with gloomy expressions and several injuries.

Especially, Kavya looked like she really was having the worst day of her life. Droopy ears, swollen eyes and tear marks on her cheeks.

When Heena looked at the condition of the two, her heart could not help but sink in. Then she mustered some courage and questioned, "Where is he?"

Aria's gaze fell as she entered the house with heavy strides. After a moment Kavya spoke up and told her everything that happened to them in the dungeon.

They tried to look for him in the dungeon till the 21st floor but had to return because they were weak to tread further.

When Kavya finished her narration, Heena's face turned pale and she fell on her knees.

"No-No-No-NO....." she started muttering like a broken record while tears started staining her dress.

Kavya then sat on her knees and hugged Heena and muttered, "Don't worry I have issued a quest for his search in the Adventure guild, they will find him in no time!"

But Heena was still shaking. Her world was crumbling again...

A few hours ago...

At Medini's Adventure guild, Kavya was sitting before the guild manager Noah.

Her eyes were swollen and her clothes were tattered and next to her sat Aria with dejected expression.

Noah provided both of them with healing potions since they were covered in wounds from head to toe and after their wounds were taken care of, the guild manager questioned, "So you want to issue a quest for searching him?"

Kavya nodded her head and said, "I don't care how much gold I have to pay."

"I will handsomely reward the person who can find him.....alive."

"It's all my fault," Tears started pouring down from her already swollen eyes.

Noah sighed and after offering a handkerchief for wiping her tears he said, "Calm down!"

"First of all, as per your narration, it can be possible that the trap might have teleported him outside the dungeon instead onto the deeper floor of the dungeon."

However, instead of calming down her expression sank further as she muttered, "He might be in deep trouble...what am I supposed to do...if only I have been more careful..."

Noah caressed his head and muttered, "Listen carefully, child."

"No matter where he went, he's an adventurer. He knows well how to handle himself."

"And, I don't know how much you know about him...but he can handle himself pretty well. He's not your average person...he's too special."

"You can ask his familiar about that," he finished speaking and then pointed toward Aria.

While Kavya was looking at the familiar with a questioning gaze and Aria nodded in affirmation.

"Oh isn't she smart!" muttered Noah in order to change the gloomy environment.

Then he further said, "Go home and take care of yourself and her! I will deal with this situation."

Kavya nodded and left the guild with Aria in tow and headed toward Heenas' home...

When she was gone, Reina entered the room and looked at Noah was looking out of the room with a frown on his face.

Then with concern, she questioned, "What's wrong?"

Noah sighed and muttered, "My left eye has been throbbing!"

Reina's body shivered and she muttered, "Bad premonition, is it?"

Noah could only nod his head as he saw Kavya vanish in the dark night.

Satvik was gazing at a vast grass field that he was very well familiar with a sad smile...

Then after a while, he muttered, "It's been a long time master!"

Then he turned around and saw a teenager standing with his arm wrapped over his chest.

The teenager nodded his head and said, "You have a knack for finding troublesome situations, don't you?"

"Ha-ha-ha!" Satvik laughed nervously.

His master, the War God was here and it only meant one thing, 'I'm in deep trouble!'

Skanda shook his head with a sigh and said, "Well you have been teleported to quite a dangerous place."

"Head in the west direction once you open your eyes."

Satvik nodded with a serious expression. If his master said he was in a dangerous place, he can already deduce that the situation was quite f*cked up.

Then God smiled and said, "Well you can always find the greatest allies in desperate situations."

Then he flicked Satvik's forehead and said, "Even though you're still weak, I'm removing the first seal I placed while training you, only use this power as a last resort."

"Since desperate times call for desperate measures. I still don't want you to use apostle powers yet."

" And most important of all, remember to not lose yourself to rage."

Then the god snapped his finger. Meanwhile, Satvik muttered, "Wait..."

"And don't get drunk on power..." the god muttered and the surroundings crumbled like a sand castle.

Satvik sat up with wide-opened eyes. This was definitely a reality since a monster bear-like monster was staring at him while drooling.

"Ah Sh*t!" he mumbled.
