Satvik was in the pasture fields in direct line of sight of his caretaker. After the whole mermaid scenario, Aisha has requested her neighbor to not let him go out of sight.

Although it was a request, to her neighbor it was more like a warning and he was quite intimidated by Aisha's behavior. Satvik was casually brushing the cows while they were happily chomping fresh grass. There was nothing particular on his mind. His practice was halted due to the surveillance by the neighbor.

Suddenly the weather changed and bright sun was replaced by thunderclouds. It was not that surprising to them as monsoon was around the corner. There was wind, so the clouds mostly likely will pass without pouring.

His caretaker looked above at the clouds while he was chewing on a grass and then looked back at Satvik and said, "You love stories, don't you kid?"

Satvik rolled his eyes. He didn't just like stories because he's a kid but for the fact that there might be some clues as how to get great strength or avoid something tactically.

Satvik sighed and then nodded and resumed to his brushing.

His caretaker laughed a little and said, "Let me tell you a story as well. Listen close"

"Accord to some old legends when the monsoon is about to arrive, a pride of divine peafowls pass through our territory."

"They inspect and patrol their domain one last time before arrival of monsoon which is followed by winters."

Satvik was already noting down the points. He has seen Peacock in zoo and many more times near his locality back in his previous life. They were denoted with the definition of royal and pride.

"They are exotic bird" said Satvik while still remembering the exotic bird. "But sometimes their cries can be annoying, especially during mating seasons" said Satvik remembering about the time one of the peacock came near his residence during mating season ruining everyone's good night sleep.

Then he heard a screech, "miaaow" which he thought was made by his caretaker.

"No that's more like a cat, the scream of peafowl is more robust" said Satvik while shaking his head.

When he looked at his caretaker he was confused, his caretaker was looking above him towards the sky with ghastly paled expression. Satvik slowly turned around and lifted his gaze upwards too.

In the horizon, just below the thunderclouds he could see some dots moving in his direction. With passage of every second, the size of dots were growing and getting enlarged.

Within few seconds, Satvik could see the features of the avian group.

'holys**t! It's a pride of peafowl', Satvik thought to himself. 'How the hell did they get so high up in sky'

Satvik squinted his eyes because even though they were peafowls, from so far away he could not fathom their size.

While Satvik was lost in his thoughts, one of the avian looked down in his direction.

A pair broke from their formation and started to descend in his direction while the remaining ones simply hovered in the sky.

The pair of peafowls landed before Satvik, his caretaker screamed and started running away asking Satvik to do the very same.

Satvik just stood there in the presence of these behemoths, spellbound and rendered speechless.

One was male and the other one was female. The male had blue feathers covering his entire body with glistening signature feathers on its tail and almost white wings with thin black lines.

Its tail was about twice the size of its body and his wingspan was almost 7 meters and a crown of blue feathers adorned its head.

On the other hand, the peahen was only a little shorter compared to male counterpart, mainly due to lack of bushy tail similar to that of male.

Its neck had turquoise blue feather whereas its remaining body was covered in brown feather. It had similar crown shaped feather on its head.

Then the peacock spread his wings and let out an ear deafening screech. Satvik's face paled and when he turned around for assistance from his caretaker, he was already long gone. Only his cattle heard was there with him.

However, they didn't seemed to be afraid of the two monstrosity. They happily chomped on green grass while some even lazily lied down while chewing.

Satvik looked back at the duo who were studying him with their blue pearl eyes. Ironically he had a feeling of Déjà vu, even though he was sure that he was never stared down by a peacock.

The peahen turned to look towards his male partner and screamed something which made the other turn to look away while holding his head high.

The peahen shook her head and suddenly white blinding light enveloped her body. Satvik raised his arms to shield his eyes from the light.

Soon from the bright light stepped out a humanoid figure of a woman. She was 7 feet tall and her turquoise blue hair were draped on the grounds. She had blue eyes which were clear as a pearl.

She was wearing a green colored long skirt and white colored blouse. Her stomach was bare and visible.

She kneeled down before Satvik, who barely reached her chest even after she was kneeling before him.

Satvik was mesmerized by her beauty. He didn't even use his ability to check and verify her aura as a precaution.

She was a classic beauty of her own class, more beautiful than those actresses and models from movies in his previous life he had seen. Her figure was like a perfect sculpture, made by a sculptor with intention to allure men.

After looking at his expression, she laughed coyly while elegantly covering her lips with the back of her hand.

Then she smiled and cleared her throat and said, "We are Mayuri, wife of the divine king of the peafowl and that arrogant peacock you see over there is our husband. You don't have to be afraid of us child"

Satvik just nodded while looking at her in a daze. Satvik was vaguely aware that he was salivating with open mouth. He was totally charmed by her divine appearance similar to that of a goddess.

The woman laughed and said, "well isn't your introduction due, child."

Satvik woke up from his stupor, her laugh was like a musical notes from a divine instrument.

Satvik cleared his saliva dripping from his mouth with sleeves of his shirt. Then he cleared his throat and said while bowing down, "I am Satvik, your majesty."

Mayuri let out a sultry laugh and said, "You are quite well mannered for a human child. We are impressed, whenever any human see us they run away or start begging for their lives. You seem different child."

'Well she's an Onee san hands down' thought Satvik while his heartbeat was pacing with every action of the woman before him.

The peacock screeched again, which made Mayuri turn towards him.

"Tch! fine we will stop it. It's just that he's too adorable to leave it just like that, without playing with him." said Mayuri and continued.

"And for the love of Gods! Will you stop screeching it's painful to our ears?

The peacock just huffed from his nose and stared at her.

Satvik didn't care anymore what was happening between the two as he has already been allured by the beauty and words of Mayuri. To him it was like love at first sight, the world seemed too colorful with rainbows everywhere.

He had already imagined her in a black saree looking at him with a gaze full of love and a little touch of shyness in her eyes.

'Eh! It seems we went too far' thought Mayuri while shaking her head and sighing.

She came closer to Satvik and blew in his ear and that was all it took for Satvik to pass out due to excessive blood rush.

"Hehehe, he's so naïve and adorable" muttered Mayuri while picking him up and laying him in her lap while she sat on the ground.
