Andrea just stared at Del with a blank expression on his face. Even though his embrace was empty, I couldn’t feel it.

“I will attend to the angel, so please stay away.”

Del put his head on the shoulder of his servant and closed his eyes. Soon, another servant spread a large parasol. The servants slowly walked towards the house, surrounding Del in a circle as if to protect him from Andrea.

Andrea, who was left alone, stood still with his eyes blinking.

‘No matter how angry he is… Isn’t this a bit too much?’

No, is it true that in the first place you were angry because of jealousy? Could it be that his memories really came back?

It was not a lie or a lie to say that I hoped Del would not regain his memory. He could even say he was a little scared.

If Del regains his memories, will he run away again? No, he was sure to run away. That was natural. Andrea was a monster who harassed Del, and Del had already escaped from Andrea.

If Del ran away without Andrea knowing….

Andrea’s footsteps became faster. If Del ran away again, the Prince, the Duke, the priest, and the Magic Tower Lord would all lose Del. So, Andrea’s goal of separating Del was achieved. If Del had regained his memory, he would have escaped even more far than before, so he might never have been caught again.

But why am I so nervous?

He came to help Del run away. Of course, he was trying to get him safe, but if Del hid secretly, Andrea didn’t have to intervene. Andrea thought so with his head.

Bang.

Andrea opened the door into Del’s house as if breaking the door. Del, who was lying on the bed, and the servants who carefully laid him down all looked at Andrea in surprise.

‘You’re still in front of me.’

Andrea, who was anxious, calmed his chest and walked leisurely.

“How outrageous! The angel was surprised!”

One of the servants who had taken Del away scolded him. But Andrea simply ignored him.

Del’s face was still red as he sat with his back against the head of his bed. Del usually took a walk around sunset, but today he went out in broad daylight.

Andrea picked up a bottle of water from the table and stood by Del.

“Cool off. Del.”

Del seemed to hesitate for a moment, but soon took the bottle Andrea gave. He drank the water with a gulp. His long, white neck flexed back, and his thick neck moved up and down with the sound of swallowing. The sight was strangely sensual, and Andrea followed Del’s neck with his eyes.

But it wasn’t just Andrea who felt that way. The surrounding servants also watched Del drink with their mouths open. The thin streams of water flowing between Del’s red lips. Someone gulped. And that sound touched the nerves of the sensitive assassin.

Who the hell is gulped at Del right now?

It didn’t matter to Andrea because Del was half crazy, but it was a big deal for the servants who were serving Del by his side.

When Andrea turned his gaze sharply to the side, the servant who had brought Del glared at him. His round eyes were full of anger. When Andrea smiled at him.

“How’s your friend’s wrist?”

It was a sneer full of mockery, saying, “Do you want to end up like that too?”

“You bastard…!”

The servant’s reaction, who wanted to pick a fight with Andrea, was quick. The servant drew a dagger from his waist. But that was a miserable mistake. The main weapon of Andrea, an assassin, was a dagger that could secretly stab the opponent at close range. Fighting with a dagger was no different from surrendering and giving up one’s life. It was when Andrea, who was about to take out his own dagger with a smile on his face.

Puck.

A large pillow hit the servant’s face and fell.

“Angel!”

Having just thrown a pillow, Del stood proudly, staring at the servant with a huff.

“I-I apologize! To lose my composure in front of an Angel… Please forgive me. It was my negligence.”

How pathetic. Andrea scoffed at the servant. However, a moment later, another pillow flew, this time towards Andrea.

“Del?”

It didn’t hurt, but for some reason, a sense of disappointment welled up. Andrea, holding his left cheek as if he had been slapped, looked at Del with a pout. Yet, Del, mercilessly, turned his head away and lay down.

“The angel does not want us to fight. Please leave without going against the angel’s wishes.”

The servant said, taking a seat beside Del and starting to fan him. Del closed his eyes and rested, receiving the gentle fanning.

Andrea felt strangely upset. He pulled out a chair at the dining table, sat down, and relaxed his body. It was a habit of his to pretend to relax whenever his mind was complicated. He gazed at the neatly arranged blanket on the bed.

Not long ago, Andrea had kissed and comforted Del on this bed, comforting his loneliness. Although not real lovers, he could pretend to be lovers just like Del wanted.

The time spent intimately with Del, nearly reaching the point of penetration, had been a considerable shock for Andrea. Committing acts he had never dared to try even with the real Del Narcissus left him with guilt. Though he did not go all the way, partly due to Del’s exhaustion even if Del had permitted it, Andrea wasn’t able to go inside him.

The reason Andrea’s favorability did not easily increase was this reason. The current Del was someone he needed to protect.

However, the fact that Del was cold and indifferent to Andrea was another problem. Even when Del was afraid of Andrea, he had never shown a cold attitude. So, Andrea was unfamiliar with the current Del, and a little nervous.

After lying down for an hour due to insomnia, Del finally got up. It was because he could only sleep in small chinks due to insomnia. Del dismissed all the servants who had stood guard by his bedside until he woke up. There were no specific orders for Andrea to leave.

Even when Andrea was sitting at the dining table, Del didn’t spare a glance. He drank more water, did a bit of writing practice at a small desk, and then sat by the window, watching people outside the Sablum bustling about. Del maintained an indifferent posture as if Andrea didn’t exist.

Andrea didn’t say anything first either, just sat back in his chair and watched Del. The house had an atmosphere with silence.

Then someone came from the door outside

“Angel, this is the tribal chef. I’ll go in for a moment.”

Andrea looked at the doorway without hiding his annoyance. Even though Del cant speak and can’t answer, barging in was just unacceptable. Andrea mentally counted the small, sharp weapons hidden in the chief’s chest, thighs, ankles, back, and forearms.

The tribal chief didn’t enter alone. A familiar man followed him. It was Fernando, with bandages tightly wound around one of his wrists.

“I’ve heard the late news that Sablum’s warrior, Fernando, has committed an offense against the Angel. I, as the tribal chief, have come to seek forgiveness.”

As the chief spoke, his firm and muscular bronze-colored chest twitched. People typically covered their bodies with long clothes to protect themselves from the sun and dust in Sablum, but this chief seemed to enjoy exposing his upper body. Whether it was to show off his strong physique as a tribal chief or to seduce the innocent Del, Andrea found it quite annoying.

“Fernando, kneel.”

The chief commanded with a stern voice, quite different from when addressing Del. Fernando, with a pale complexion, came forward and kneeled before Del. Looking closely, the arm wrapped in bandages was slightly shorter than the other one, and the end was rounded and blunt. It seemed like a hand had been amputated, Andrea thought indifferently.

“Angel, please kill me!”

Fernando shouted passionately, pounding his head on the ground.

“I dare not commit such a sin that could almost harm the Angel. I’ll repay you with my life!”

Then, Fernando continued to press his head firmly into the ground. Del’s face gradually paled. He seemed at a loss for what to do. Andrea coldly observed the tribal chief and Fernando.

“Your putting on this show on purpose.”

It was a kind of show to relieve Del’s guilt and debt. Andrea could clearly see it as a calculated act by the chief to manipulate Del.
