Initially, being familiar with the world of One Piece thanks to his former life he was filled with excitement. This excitement, however, didn’t last long as he soon came to realize that he was not able to take control of Sanji’s body because of his mental resistance towards him.
So, it could be said that during the last few months, his state had been similar to that of a prisoner inside this body. What’s worse was that when the original owner of the body joined the straw hats it was much different than before. The original Sanji didn’t know it but he, who was just a dormant soul inside his body, was clearly able to see it.
It didn’t take him a long time to figure out that someone’s soul had transmigrated into Usopp’s body. Once he figured this out, he became even more frustrated as while this person was able to freely control his body and do what he wanted to do, he was trapped inside Sanji’s body not able to do anything.
He had many times tried to take possession of Sanji when he was asleep or very mentally disturbed but during each of those times he failed and his soul got damaged to the point he was left with only a single attempt and if he failed at it, his soul would disappear forever.
Understanding the severity of the situation he didn’t recklessly try any more attempts and instead decided to patiently wait and plan his next move. Due to all the novels, he read in his earlier life, he thought of acting like some ancient power elder who got trapped in his body and would help him in some manner in order to curry favour with Sanji and then when he had trusted him enough then he would take over his body in a single blow.
With this plan in mind, he had been patiently waiting for a chance to enact it and not long after he was presented with this golden opportunity. He had no idea what had happened to Vivi nor did he care at that moment. He just felt that since Sanji had no medical knowledge and would not be able to think clearly at this time, he could try to take advantage of the situation.
Things went just the way he had planned and he was able to successfully take possession of Sanji’s body.
It was only after he had felt his new body all around that Sanji remembered the woman who had been lying on the ground. He walked towards Vivi and bent down. He called out to her but it looked like she was not in a state to understand his words anymore. It was only her eyes that were slightly open, enough to see the blurry figure of Sanji.
‘Can’t have her lying around here now, can I?” Sanji chuckled to himself as he grabbed Vivi’s two arms and wrapped them around his neck before standing up. He then wrapped her legs around his waist and now that she was securely held, he started walking towards the Going Merry, leaving the dinosaur's corpse for the other animals of the forest.
Because of the scorching heat that Vivi’s body was radiating Sanji too started sweating profusely but he didn’t have much to complain about since the woman he was currently giving a piggyback ride was a beautiful lady.
It didn’t take long for them to reach the Going Merry from there and after entering the ship Sanji walked into Nami’s room and placed her onto the bed since Nami and Vivi were sharing the room.
He carefully placed Vivi onto the bed and poured water into the glass nearby for her to drink. Her temperature was still scalding hot. He carefully placed her upper body on the bedrest before making her drink the water slowly.
During all this while Vivi was still conscious but unable to interpret what was going on in her surroundings. As the cold water started pouring through her mouth, she felt a wave of relief wash over her body making her negligibly open her eyes open a bit wider.
Seeing this Sanji poured another glass of water for her and made her drink it. However, this didn’t curb the heat that was emanating from her body but from her reactions he could decipher that she was feeling much better.
Just when he was about to pour another glass of water for her, he felt his hand being grabbed by Vivi. Thinking that she didn’t want more water Sanji looked towards her and asked “You don’t want more water?”
But instead of a reply what he got was a deep kiss from her. Her lips got hold of Sanji’s upper lip and started sucking on them as if they would run away the moment she would let go of them.
Being attacked in this manner Sanji was taken in by surprise as he instinctually reciprocated to the intense kiss that was coming from Vivi. One after another the two of them began an exchange of kisses as their hands started wandering all over each other’s bodies.
Just when things were about to escalate to the point where there was no return Sanji was successful in drawing himself out of the situation by his sheer will as looked at the lustful gaze coming from Vivi.
