In a brief but warm greeting, Mr. Adelaide sat at the head of the conference table.

It is hard to imagine that a chief of staff who has no specific actual position but holds the title of a member of the Progressive Party and serves other politicians can have such a big shelf, or status.

He sat at the top of the conference table, not Senator green, not mayor Langdon of Sabin, certainly not Lynch, but a chief of staff without "official position".

However, we are not surprised, because the governor trusts the chief of staff very much. Many policies issued by the state government actually come from the governor's staff.

Sometimes the truth is not as real as people think, because sometimes the governor's words, his attitude, his position and his expression to the people were designed by these people early in the morning, and the governor just implemented it.

This does not mean that the governor does nothing. He is not a puppet, but his aides are very powerful and can reduce a lot of his work, which gives people a reason to respect Mr. Adelaide.

An important person who can directly affect the governor's attitude!

"Thank you very much for coming here in this bad weather. I sincerely thank you!" Adelaide smiled. His voice was very gentle, not sharp, not very fast, and every word was very clear and complete.

Different places will have different accents, and there will be some local ligatures between some words, but Adelaide doesn't say these words. Every word of Adelaide can be a standard announcer.

It's hard for such a person to have a bad impression on him, not to mention his politeness.

"Some of the situations we are facing now are like bad weather outside the window. From this month, all local governments in the state will start distributing food rolls, but we still face a huge gap!"

"The average unemployment rate of the whole state has exceeded 13%, and the unemployment rate of individual cities is higher. From some data I got...", he said and couldn't help laughing. "On the contrary, it's more relaxed in the face of a serious economic recession in places with backward industrialization!"

This problem is also a phenomenon found only now. After people concentrate excessively in cities, some towns have less serious problems, especially some agricultural towns.

Every family has its own fields and animals. Their life has not changed much even from the best time in the past, just like now is the worst time, and their life is still the same as before.

Self sufficiency has become a new proposition. Some people think that this way can reduce some burden, but this obviously wrong statement was quietly suppressed before it had time to form a scale.

"During this time, we have been paying attention to the work related to the exchange of second-hand goods in Saibin city. We have to say that this method is really good!" he took out some documents from his briefcase and said "sorry" and put on his eyes.

He slightly stuck his neck back and opened some distance from the documents in his hand, which made him see the above things clearly. "We did a survey. We asked some ordinary citizens who participated in the auction and had purchase experience. What do they think of this transaction? Their answer is very gratifying."

"With less money, they have bought what they always want and must have in life. They have saved some money and can invest it in other expenses, reducing the burden of their life!"

Adelaide took off his eyes. "Almost everyone thinks so, Langdon, you did a very good job in this matter!"

The mayor nodded and couldn't see whether he was happy. Andrade continued, "I believe a tree won't bear only one good fruit. That's the purpose of our sitting here. Your Excellency, the governor needs you to speak your thoughts heartily. Maybe redemption is hidden in the collision of these thoughts."

"A tree (apple tree) will not bear only one good fruit" is a federal proverb. It is often used to describe continuous good things or a hope for good.

The mayor didn't speak. He just looked down at the notebook in front of him. He was very serious. Lynch didn't speak. Now it's not his turn to speak.

If these two people don't speak, it doesn't mean that others will remain silent. This is a good opportunity to get familiar with the governor. Even once some of their ideas can be used, they will climb the governor line.

The number of capable people in this society is not clear. For example, ASR, the new manager under Lynch, has not only ability but also characteristics, but he was in a bad situation before meeting Lynch.

It's one thing to have ability, and it's another thing to have a stage to show ability. Many people often have the former, but not the latter.

If they have a chance to contact the governor, they have a stage.

With the stage, will there be a lack of people who can dance on the stage?

People began to say what they thought was helpful to the situation. Some of them were really reliable. For example, a guy said that the implementation of double tax standards would completely exempt all kinds of taxes at the bottom of society and only charge their insurance premiums.

This statement can alleviate some emotions, but it is not of great value to the overall situation.

There are a lot of such reliable or unreliable ideas. People also have heated discussions around some views. Mr. Adelaide has always maintained a bystander attitude and kept records throughout the whole process.

He doesn't obviously tend to a certain point of view, but throws some questions appropriately.

The housekeeper had come twice, opened the window and dispelled the smell of smoke. The time was unknowingly close to eleven o'clock.

Everyone in the room kept excited. They didn't feel sleepy at all, let alone aware of the passage of time.

At the end of a discussion, Adelaide coughed a little, and the voices of some disputes in the room closed up in a moment.

He glanced at the mayor. "Have you any good ideas after listening for so long?"

The mayor shook his head. He was not angry with Adelaide. It was the views of these people. In fact, he had listened to them for a long time. If there was anything useful, he would have used it.

Adelaide was not surprised. He also felt that what these people said was nonsense, but he didn't show it. Then he looked at Lynch sitting next to the mayor.

"Mr. Lynch, I noticed that you didn't join our discussion from the beginning, so have you got some mature ideas?" he said, focusing everyone's attention on Lynch in the room.

Lynch was unmoved by these malicious eyes. If these eyes could make him uneasy, he could not live in a small room.

He gave a slight √ "of course, Mr. Adelaide, in fact, I have talked with the mayor about some ways to solve the current dilemma."

He glanced at the mayor, who happened to look at him. After they looked at each other for a second or two, Lynch moved away. "The mayor thinks my ideas are immature, but you asked. Maybe with this place and opportunity, we can discuss together to make these ideas more perfect."

Those eyes with a little malice became gentle, and the ferocious shadows disappeared, revealing the appearance of the little white rabbit.

Adelaide looked at Lynch with interest. In fact, when he knew that mayor Langdon's policies and plans came from a young man who was about to turn 21, his first reaction was similar to that of others.

The young man must have a close relationship with Langdon, possibly his relatives or political heirs, but after investigation, people found that they had no relationship.

Now, he once again watched Lynch solve some atmosphere problems with his inconsistent sophistication, and let those with bad eyes at least restrain their malice. He felt very magical.

If an old man has the ability to change other people's attitudes quietly, he thinks it's normal, but Lynch is too young!

Young to everything is like a fake, or ignore his youth.

In a trance, Adelaide came back and nodded, "maybe you're right, so let's hear what you can do?"

Lynch smiled and began to talk about his ideas. He adapted to this environment and atmosphere and persuaded others that it was almost his only job in the past 30 years. This job continued to the world. It was not strange at all, but more handy.

"We all know that the regression of the real economy mainly comes from two problems. First, our goods have no market. Second, our manufacturing costs are getting higher and higher!"

Everyone around nodded, which everyone knew and faced, Lynch continued, "As long as these two problems are solved, the enterprise can obtain sufficient profits, the operation will become healthy, and we can continue to operate healthily without bankruptcy. People have stable jobs and income, and everything will return to the previous time."

When he talked about going back to the past, people's eyes showed a short period of remembrance and absence. It was really a good era, the golden age.

Adelaide slightly changed his sitting position. He was old and his ass could not be nailed to the chair like young people. "We all know to solve these problems, but the problem is how to solve it. Do you have any mature ideas?"

The smile on Lynch's face became more cordial. "When I went to school, my astronomy teacher told me not to let our eyes be limited to the atmosphere by some secular things."

"The simplest way to solve our current problems is' don't let our eyes be limited to China '!"
