The strong momentum of the workers' unions in the Baylor Federation stems from their role of coordinating and controlling labor relations.

When workers are powerful, they will stand on the side of capitalists and help capitalists suppress workers. It is easy to do this. As long as more cheap labor is provided to capitalists, those workers who want to make trouble can only bow to the workers' Union.

When the capitalists are powerful, they only need to create a few strikes when they rush to work, which is enough to make the capitalists agree to all the conditions they put forward without hesitation.

After all, the loss of default is not only a business, but also all the costs and huge compensation.

Workers' unions have many ways to check and balance the relationship between labor and capital, which is why the largest faction in the socialist party is the workers' representative faction.

These people represent the working class in all parts of the Federation. Their voices may not be loud enough, but they are enough to attract attention.

But if Lynch skips the workers' Union, skips the special link of the factory, directly connects with the workers, and upgrades the workers to small workshop owners who have just started, the labor relations will not exist, and the workers' Union will have no value of existence.

It is impossible for the workers' Union to bear such consequences and risk agreeing to Lynch's requirements, which is exactly the biggest dependence of the workers' Union. They control the choice tendency of the entire federal workers.

When they send staff to convince all workers that something is a capitalist conspiracy, these workers who have no higher education, some even can read and write normally, and do not master more culture can easily fall into lies.

Coupled with several strikes, some free fried chicken and beer, they can make everything lose response. They are used to controlling the workers in this way, and the workers are used to being dominated in this way.

However, before that, the trade union management, who claimed to represent the federal workers and the spokesman of the working class, raised a somewhat ambiguous question about whether trade unions played a certain role.

This is a test close to red fruit. At the same time, the president of the workers' Union is emphasizing him and the bottom line of the whole Union.

No matter what Lynch does, there must be a link related to the workers' Union. Only in this way can the trade union continue to perform their powers and functions, and continue to use the power of tens of millions of working class to realize their demands for wealth and politics.

Lynch smiled. He looked at the gentlemen opposite, either pretending to be calm or smiling, and suddenly thought of his neighbor's dog in the yard.

That is a very interesting dog. It will show a strange and funny smile to every resident, spit out its tongue and smile, but it will also show its teeth to all community workers, and sometimes even bark and cooperate with the impact of work.

This is a smart dog. He knows how to survive. Seeing these people in front of him, Lynch can't help thinking of the dog.

He pursed his mouth. "You know, I'm still young and I'm going to study. I still have a lot of things to manage. I can't find every suitable family to take my orders. I need someone to do it for me."

"Select the right families who need help, give them a short-term training, and then assign them any or orders. Finally, these things should be stored in a specific place."

"And all I have to do is see these things and pay. Am I clear enough?"

Several trade union members communicated with each other with their eyes, and the president finally smiled noncommittally, "we need to have a meeting to discuss, Mr. Lynch, we need to talk with some professionals about whether these things are appropriate and legal. You know, some things we think are right, but in fact we are wrong."

There was an obvious change in the president's attitude. He began to use some boring idioms to deal with Lynch, but at this moment, his words are not completely perfunctory.

In fact, there will be roughly three different attitudes in the process of negotiation. The first is firm opposition. In this case, it is impossible to further explore a certain issue on the issue of scale and do not continue to discuss it at all.

The second attitude is strongly in favor. This statement will continue to explore some deeper issues and release a relatively clear signal on the grounds of "if we can reach our intention".

The third is some ambiguity, maybe, maybe not. It seems that this attitude swings, giving people a feeling that it is difficult to guess. In fact, it is not.

Because if they really want to refuse, they won't have such an attitude. For example, if Lynch says he wants to directly exclude the workers' Union, now these people may ask him to leave with a straight face and tell him that if he doesn't leave, these people will call security guards.

If you don't refuse, you are sure. This may not work in other things, but there is a great possibility in negotiation.

The so-called discussion is just a formality. Then they discuss how to obtain more benefits, discuss some initiative and advantageous positions in this cooperation, and then talk with Lin Qi.

Such negotiations will not end in a day. Lynch agreed to the other party's requirements. They simply said some small details and agreed on the time for the next negotiation.

The negotiations can be long or short. For example, for an event that happened in the armistice negotiations of the world war, the bilateral allies sat down and didn't have time to say a word. Gavra's foreign minister directly tore up the documents in front of him, said a few inappropriate dirty words, shouted that the war would not end, and then left.

The negotiation lasted less than 100 seconds, but each country prepared for it for a week.

Lynch, who came out from the workers' Union, knew that the matter was basically settled. What remained was the atmosphere created by them to reflect that it was an arduous negotiation and wanted to get more benefits from Lynch.

Indeed, as soon as Lynch left, the president of the workers' Union closed the door and held a small meeting directly.

"What do you think?", there was not much smile on the face of the president of the workers' Union. At the moment when the door was closed, there was an irresistible dignity on him.

Those who can sit in this position are not ordinary people. For Mr. President, as long as he goes further, he can almost be promoted to a politician. He also has the quality of an ordinary politician.

The man sitting next to him coughed, "I don't think the problem is too big. We always have the initiative. If Lynch shows discord with us, we can use the tricks to deal with those capitalists!"

What else can we do to deal with capitalists? Strikes, demonstrations, demonstrations, UNEP investigations, public opinion pressure from some human rights institutions, and trade unions have many ways.

But the president frowned a little, "it's not as simple as expected. In the past, workers would stand on our side because we can protect their 'legitimate rights and interests', but the people we have to face this time are different from the past."

He sat back a little, one hand pressed on the table and fiddled with a pen. "In the past, we could use various legal rules to restrict both sides. When the workers wanted to make trouble, we gave the capitalists cheap labor. When the capitalists wanted to lift the table, we took out those legal provisions. We always had a way to make both sides obedient. Lynch was different."

"He has no employment relationship with those workers. In other words, we can't use the existing legal provisions as a weapon to restrict his behavior. When he is not satisfied, all his behaviors will turn into our pressure."

The president directly threw his pen in his notebook, "for example, he suddenly terminated cooperation, and the workers immediately lost employment opportunities. This time, unlike before, we can't make him face huge compensation through litigation, forcing him to choose to adopt our requirements."

"He can ignore us because we have nothing to do with him. I believe there is no law to solve our problems. Instead, we will become the hostile targets of those 'cooperative workshops'."

"If Lynch agitates again, these people will think that we let them lose the order. In the end, they may find us in trouble, and we have no good way to deal with him."

The people sitting next to the president frowned, "shall we turn him down later?"

"Refuse?" the president was stunned. "Of course not. We promised him that although we couldn't occupy a favorable position on the cooperation between Lynch and those workers, at least we didn't get nothing."

"Moreover, Lynch's model is limited to light industry without any technical content. This is also the weakest part of our management. We can cooperate with him!"

Many industries in the light industry belong to low-tech and low threshold jobs. Some can start working after simple training. More importantly, many small and medium-sized light industrial enterprises have very loose management of employees, and they will not sign any formal long-term employment contracts.

When there are orders, these small and medium-sized enterprises will expand the number of workers. After the orders are completed, they will cut off those temporary workers, so the labor union's management intensity of these enterprises is not very high.

Workers' unions really have the right to dominate, or those large enterprises and factories with technical barriers, as well as heavy industries. These industries are obviously more dependent on workers than light industrial enterprises without technical barriers. Workers are stable and the proportion of skilled types of work is relatively high.

These workers are also more inclined to cooperate with the workers' Union, because they also know that if they want to win better treatment from the capitalists, they must let the workers' Union speak for themselves.

Anyway, we could not get too many benefits originally. Now Lynch's conditions are favorable to the trade union. Why not agree?
