With a loud bang, a chair fell apart in Michael's hand. His partner hurriedly stopped between him and the "informant" to calm Michael down as much as possible.

Today's operation was a complete failure. Neither Lynch, who went to deliver goods temporarily, nor another team who searched his temporary residence, found any abnormalities at all.

They didn't even see the change of a dollar, whether it was Lynch himself or in that room.

The failure of the action means that Michael will lose face in front of his colleagues. The class and position relationship within the federal revenue service makes this special department more competitive than outsiders can imagine.

Everyone wants to be an "agent", not an "investigator". Michael is the one who has a good chance of promotion.

But if Lynch and fox are disturbed by this failed action and the subsequent plan fails, he will become a laughing stock and don't expect to be promoted in two or three years.

Most people put the blame on others when they encounter problems and troubles. Michael blamed the failure on the informant's unreliable information.

So he asked the informant into the room, raised his chair in anger and roar, and fell hard on his back.

"Do you know how much I lost because of your wrong information?" he struggled to get out of his partner's obstruction and pointed to the seemingly painful informant lying on the table.

The informant is a newspaper leader. The main intelligence channels in Saibin and other cities are in the hands of some professional intelligence collection agencies and newspaper leaders.

The newsboys will tell the newsmen what they find different. This is another job between the newsmen and the newsboys.

They may not give the newsboys any reward, no money, no reward, but the newsboys still obeyed and did so in exchange for unkind kindness.

Some smart investigators and agents have similar informants, and a newspaper head does not only serve a certain family.

People come out to buy and sell intelligence not for a sense of justice and morality, or for money. They don't need to flaunt themselves too noble.

There are people like Michael, but not many. It's a stupid act to take anger on people.

Because his back was severely hit by the chair, the lower muscles twisted and tangled together. His eyes were full of hatred, and the hatred soon became docile.

He has something in Michael's hands. He got a young girl before. Later, something happened and Michael just found out.

Michael took the girl and left some evidence, such as the recording of his confession and the crime he wrote down and his fingerprints.

"I didn't lie. The child in my hand gave him nearly 1500 yuan in change. I swear I didn't lie!" he defended himself and prayed that this terrible thing would pass quickly.

He seemed to forget that there was a girl who prayed so, but didn't get the result she wanted.

Michael pushed away his partner and went to the table. He grabbed the hair of the newspaper and punched it. His partner stood aside without further obstruction.

As long as Michael doesn't use things, he won't interfere too much. At least he can't kill people with his bare hands, but he can take things. He just does it to prevent accidents. He doesn't really want Michael to have violence.

Of course, if you really kill people, it's not impossible to solve it. It's just a little troublesome and there are a lot of things to take care of.

Saibin is a small city. Both the Bureau of investigation and the tax bureau are familiar with the people in the court. They will not judge a government worker with great prospects to death for a person who walks on the gray edge.

To a large extent, they can be acquitted in court. After all, it is acceptable for people to have some small accidents in the process of chasing fugitives.

One punch, two punches, three punches

After punching several times in a row, Michael put down his fist when his cheek swelled high and deformed.

He shook his hands, picked up the glass with water on the table, raised it, and poured cold water on the head of the newspaper.

The water slid down his hair, which made him wake up with some vague consciousness. Then he felt a little... Overwhelmed by the severe pain and the numbness of local unconsciousness.

It hurts, but he doesn't know where it hurts.

"Arrange your people to send him 5000 yuan change this afternoon, and then we'll catch the scene!" Michael soon had a way. He looked back at his partner, who nodded slightly to agree to his plan.

From the perspective of justice, it is possible that the act of "inducing crime" itself is illegal, and all the acts and evidence collected by the suspect in this process do not have legal effect.

But this is a small city after all. Everyone knows it. There is no need to make each other look bad because of some things that won't make it outside.

Sometimes it's normal for front-line detection staff to operate the evidence chain a little and let criminals subdue the law smoothly. We've long been used to it.

He pulled the hair of the newspaper head again and tore his hair back, so that he had to lift his stupid face with half of his swollen cheeks and look at himself, "do you understand?"

The dodging eyes on the front of the newspaper dissipated a lot of anger in Michael's heart and some emotions he couldn't say. He was still the Michael who couldn't be "rejected", not the guy who was suddenly timid and gave way.

"Yes... I see..."

Michael released his hand. His wet hair made some water stains fall on his palm. He reached out and wiped the clothes on the newspaper, then patted the swollen face, and left with a satisfied smile in the scream of the newspaper.

Calm returned to the room, and the eyes of the newspaper head gradually became docile from a very short period of hatred, hatred and madness.

He slowly stood up. Just straightening his waist, there was a heart piercing pain that forced him to bend his upper body. He picked up his hat and pressed it on his head. He paused for a minute or two and left the room.

On the other hand, Lynch, who returned to his temporary residence from the laundry, looked at the disordered room and chose to call the police for the first time.

Yes, call the police. He didn't silently think that nothing had happened, although he knew what had happened here.

Soon the police came. They looked at the scene and immediately had a judgment. In addition, Lynch said he had lost 500 yuan. It was obviously a burglary, and the amount was not small.

As for how to detect it, it depends on Lynch's luck. In the words of police officers, no one knows who came in, and there are no witnesses nearby. If the other party does not continue to commit the crime and is caught, it is difficult to recover the loss for Lynch.

That basically means that the case is over.

When the police were about to leave, Lynch suddenly added some clues, "Mr. policeman..."

Standing at the door, the policeman in charge of making on-site notes withdrew his attention from his colleagues, then looked at Lynch, "yes?"

"I remember, I also lost a gold ring. It was a gift I was going to give to my girlfriend. It was engraved with 'my beloved Catherine'..." he sighed regretfully, "I should take it with me!"

The police sympathized more with the young man. He wrote this small detail at the bottom of the scene record and comforted, "this is a very important clue. If that guy wants to get rid of it in the near future, we may find it."

"Is there anything else to add?"

Lynch shook his head. "No, no, thank you for coming, sir!"

The policeman took back the pen and held the tablet. He held the brim of his hat. "Wait for our good news, young man!"
