As you wrote in your impressions, a few tons would be a lot for Tiramisu’s foot size.
Also, Tiramisu’s Tyranno form is still juvenile, so it’s unnatural to say that it weighs several tons like an adult. I don’t want her to transform, though.

The harpies’ nest was in a rocky area with no trees. There were a number of holes in the rocky walls, so I’m guessing that was where they slept.
As far as I could tell by looking at the map, there were more than 50 harpies living in the vicinity. Naturally, there was only one Harpy Queen among them.
In a way, it was pretty obvious, but there didn’t seem to be any other monsters in the vicinity. The harpies were at the top of the mountain’s ecosystem, so there was no reason for other monsters to go near their nest. And since it was a rocky area and there wasn’t much food, there was even less reason to approach it.
We were currently surrounded by 50 harpies in their territory. Well, when people intrude on your home, of course you’re going to surround them.
The appearance of the harpies was that of women with bird’s arms and lower bodies, as was already explained, but there were some additional details. When I said that they had bird’s arms, I meant that their wings grew out of where one’s arms would be. In other words, they had no hands. The lower half of their bodies was also bird-like, starting from just below the navel. And the rest of their bodies looked like human women’s. In short, they were all topless.
“Kyui. Kyuii!”
The one who squealed loudly in front of us was the Harpy Queen, the leader of the group. Compared to other harpies, her feathers were much more luxurious. She also seemed to be wearing some ornaments. Her hair was long and brown, as were the feathers on her wings and the bird-like parts of her lower body.
Incidentally, she looked to be around 20 years old, which was about the same as the Sea Serpent, Maple’s human form. Their styles were also quite similar.
“What are you doing with a human?”
Maple translated the Harpy Queen’s line. I’ve asked Maple to take on the Sea Serpent form.
“GYOU, GYOU.”
“I am now his follower. My master wanted to make the Harpy Queen a follower as well, so I brought him here.”
“Kyu, Kyu-ii!”
“‘Foolish. It’s a disgrace for a monster to submit to a human!’ she said. That’s rude. There are some people who just can’t be reasoned with.”
Is it just me, or is it actually Maple who’s being rude here?

“‘It’s the least I can do. I’ll bury you myself, human and all!’ she said.”
As she cried out, the surrounding harpies went into a battle stance.
“Squeak!”
“That means ‘attack!’ right?”
“That’s right.”
I’m sure even I could understand this.
Because the surrounding harpies were attacking us.
“As I said before, don’t kill the harpies.”
“Yes♪”
“Yes!”
“Got it.”
“GYOU.”
“Squeal. Kyu!”
In response to my line, the Harpy Queen squealed even louder.
“‘Don’t talk nonsense to me. I’m going to make you regret getting carried away like that, human!’ she said”
“It’s not that I’m mocking you, it’s just that there’s actually that much of a difference…”

The Harpy Queen was coming straight at me. The fact that she had her legs stretched out in front of her meant she was probably trying to grab me with her talons and tear me apart.
“Kyui! Kyu!”
“‘Die! Human!’ she said”
Maple, who was already locked in a battle with a harpy, took the trouble to translate for me.
As we were talking, the Harpy Quuen swung down towards me, pointing her talons my way.
I took the chance to grab her by the legs .
“Kyui! Kyuui!”
“‘What are you doing! Let go of me!’ she said.”
I slamed the Harpy Queen, who was struggling to stay in the air, directly into the ground.
“Kyuui!”
“‘Let go!’ she said.”
I let go, as I was told.
“Kyuuo!”
“‘Damn you, human!’ she said”.
“Don’t translate pointless lines.”
“Understood.”
I told Maple, who was strangling a harpy to knock her out, to refrain from translating everything. I don’t really want to listed to all her insults.
“Kyu. Kyu!”
“‘I’ll never forgive you. Die to my magic!’ she said.”
“Okay.”
The Harpy Queen got up from the ground and flew away to gain some distance. In front of her, a green magic circle appeared. It’s wind magic.
Exactly 15 seconds later, ‘Wind Slash’, a level 4 wind magic spell, was activated. It’s what’s known as ‘kamaitachi’ (ED: Wind Sickle). It’s a suitable magic for a harpy. I used my ‘No Chant’ skill to respond with a ‘Wind Slash’ of my own.
“Kyuu?”
The Harpy Queen let out a cry of astonishment.
I fired a few more shots of the same “Wind Slash” making sure I don’t actually hit.
“Kyu! Kyuuo! Kyuu!”
The power of the shots was suppressed to the point that they weren’t fatal even if they were to hit, but the Harpy Queen seemed to have judged them to be quite a threat and was frantically dodging left and right.
“Here, here.”
I fired a few more shots. The Harpy Queen was still struggling to avoid them.
“Kyu-kyu! Kyu-kyu!”
“‘Are you still going? Stop that!” she said.”
“Oh, did you have enough?”
I said and stopped casting spells.
“Kyu. Kyu. Kyuuo!”
“‘*heavy breathing* If that’s the case, I’ll keep casting magic from the sky where your attacks can’t reach.’ she said”
The Harpy Queen flew up in the sky. As expected, it would be troublesome if she did that, so I used the ‘Flight’ skill of ‘Immortal Wings – Nosferatu’ to fly up and chase after her.
“Kyuuo!”
“‘Impossible!’ she said. Oh, she didn’t expect that…”
I guess she couldn’t believe that a human could fly. The Harpy Queen looked astonished. She seemed to have decided that it was dangerous to even approach me.
However, the Harpy Queen’s flying skill was only level 8, while mine was 10. Although there was a difference in experience, the difference in skill level was huge, and I seemed to have the upper hand in terms of top speed.
“Kyu!”
I grabbed one of the legs of the Harpy Queen who was trying to escape. As expected, she couldn’t keep her balance and went upside down.
“Kyuuo!”
Maple stayed on the ground, so I couldn’t get a translation, but I guessed she was saying “Let go of me!”, as evidenced by the fact she was now attacking me with her other leg and wings. Of course, I took no damage.
I hit the Harpy Queen with a round of my ‘Monster Taming’ skill.
“Kyuu?”
It didn’t look like she’d let me tame her without a fight.
“Kyu-kyu…”
The Harpy Queen glared at me, determined not to be defeated. The next moment she hunched over and started flailing.
I took out my ‘Soul Blade – Incomplete’, and swung it at the Harpy Queen’s head.
“Squeak!?!”
I ignore the screaming Harpy Queen and stopped the blade just short of hitting her.
-“Jeez, Jeez, Jeez, Jeez.”
The Harpy Queen seemed to have leaked a bit. She was upside down, so her face and other parts of her body were now soaking wet.
“Kyu ……”
She didn’t faint, but she went limp and had lost all her will to resist.

>Please give the Harpy Queen a name.
I was able to tame her safely. Good, good.
If I let go of her, she would fall to her death even if she was a bird monster.
I was going to carry her on my back because I felt sorry for her, hanging in the air like that, but I didn’t want to do that in her current state, so I first cast the ‘Clean’ skill on her a couple of times.
I tried to carry her on my back next, but she didn’t seem to have the strength to hold on. I had no choice but to carry her in my arms in a princess carry instead. Well, she’s a queen…
“Kyu, Kyu…”
I’m not sure why the Harpy Queen’s eyes were moist as she looked up at me.
A: “The Harpy Queen can mate with other species, but one of the conditions is that they must be stronger than her. If the harpy queen accepts you as her new master, it means that you have met that condition.”
“Hmm? Did you say something?”
A: “No. I didn’t say anything.”
With the Harpy Queen in my arms, I flew back to Ende Mountain. There, I found the fallen harpies and four others, Dora, Maria, Tiramisu, and Maple, completely unharmed. No surprise there.
“Kyu…”
“It’s okay. No one died.”
I looked at the map and didn’t see a single dead harpy.
“Kyu.”
The moisture in the Harpy Queen’s eyes increased.
Once we got down to the ground, Maria and the others greeted us. The Harpy Queen looked a little disappointed when I put her down.
“Welcome back, Jin-sama. I’m glad to see you made it back safely.”
“Welcome back☆”
“Welcome back!”
“GYAOO, GYOU, GYO, GYOA?”
“Thanks you for your hard work master. How about it, Harpy Queen? Don’t you want to follow my master after all?”
“Kyu. Kyu.”
“Yes, I realized the difference in power. Sea Serpent, your decision to submit to this person was indeed correct. Well, it’s only natural.”
Since it has been decided that she would become my subordinate, it was now time for the usual explanation phase. The first step was for Alta and Maple to explain everything to the Harpy Queen. Maple, who had just become a subordinate, also had to take a similar lecture.
After that, I told the other harpies, who were gradually starting to regain consciousness, that the Harpy Queen had lost and that she had become a follower of mine. They didn’t really show much of a reaction when they heard it though. They were more like, “What should we do now?”. Maple was the one who explained it to them.
As a result of a further discussion, the harpies seemed to have decided that I, the master of the Harpy Queen, was the new leader of the group, and they became very fond of me. They seemed to be willing to follow the Harpy Queen, and they readily accepted to be my followers as well.
All in all, I tamed 57 harpies, but I gave up on naming them all since I couldn’t come up with enough ideas for names.
“I guess it can’t be helped, though I would still like you to at least give a name to this mistress. If the leader of the pack is ‘nameless’, then the others won’t be able to follow suit.”

“Don’t say that, can’t you please give me a new name?”

I guess I don’t really have a choice if they both ask me like that.

I threw the clothes that Maria handed me to the two of them. I’m sure you’re not the only one who has a problem with this.
“What should we do with all these harpies? There are too many after all.”
“You can’t feed them? If that’s the case, why don’t we leave them here?”

It would be wrong to just feed them without letting them do anything, but it would also be wrong to treat them as followers.

“Hmm, if they can take human form, can’t we just make them into maids as usual?”
