Mike sighed, Nicolai gritted his teeth tighter when he heard Mike sigh, he was deeply stubborn in his pursuit of strength, perhaps even more so than Mike, thus being unable to probably use his newfound strength annoyed him to no end, Mike sensed this in him and spoke
"If you have spare energy to get annoyed use it to focus instead"

Mike felt Nicolai's focus raise as he made fewer mistakes and nodded his head before he turned more of his focus over to Lucy, while she was doing better than Nicolai was before she was still making some mistakes

Time passed, soon evening arrived, Mike was floating up in the air above the fort looking in the direction that the new guardian of the wheel was approaching, they were less than one day away, thus he couldn't be careless, speaking of carelessness, Mike was currently the only one awake, he had ordered the rest to get a good night's sleep before the upcoming battle, though Mike was able to wake them at a moments notice over the mental network, thus the evening turned to night and then the night turned to morning, Mike floated like a statue above the fort, at this point he stirred slightly the morning dew fell off him at once, the sun was rasing at his back, as he looked forwards he saw an army approach, there was about 2.000 with some 100 people flying above the army, Mike narrowed his eyes and looked at one of these people, he wore shining armor and carried a charismatic smile on his slightly handsome face, around him were several women that each seemed powerful on their own
'Level 9… With a harem of level 8 women… How envious'
Mike chuckled before he sent a message over the mental network, instantly Julie appeared next to him, then came the 32 level 8 Wind spirits, then came the Ravi tribe members and lastly came the other demons, by now the confident smile on the new guardian of the wheel was shaken somewhat, however, it completely disappeared when the two dragons descended from above the clouds his face hardened somewhat before he waved a high ranking officer over and spoke to him, the officer nodded and flew ahead of the army stopping only when he was about 200 meters from the demon group, there he spoke loudly
"Demons head out wise Generals words: If you surrender your lives peacefully we will not only make your passing peaceful but also without pain and suf---"
As the officer spoke Mike sighed before he twilled his finger around and a loud snap sounded out from the officer whose neck was twisted 360 degrees, then he fell from the sky, dead
"Propustruos!"
Apparently, the new guardian of the wheel was not very happy with that and yelled at once as he glared at Mike, Mike sighed before he spoke loudly
"If you surrender your lives peacefully I will not send your souls to the void, instead I'll allow them to be returned to the wheel converted to a more… Perfect version"
The new guardian yelled out as he drew his sword
"Face me demon and I'll strike you down! Our cause is just, why do you refuse to see this!?"
Mike chuckled before he asked
"You are from earth right?"
The new guardian of the wheel was taken aback before he nodded, Mike showed a smile before he asked
"Then do you think the settlers of America were in the right? There's no right, nor is there no wrong, there's only strength, the ones that are strong decided the so-called illusion of right and wrong!"
Mike raised his hand before he spoke again
"Allow me to show you the strength of the people you call demons, THEN ONCE YOUR SOUL WANDERS THE VOID FOR THE REST OF ETERNITY YOU'LL KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG, CHARGE!"
Mike brought down his hand signaling the demons to charge, the two dragons opened up and fired off beams of destructive energy at the ground army, meanwhile, the new guardian of the wheel looked like he had just eaten a bitter bug as his face distorted from anger and humiliation as his staff officers requested orders, he quickly spoke out loud
"Annihilate them all! All troops forwards!"
As the two armies of different sizes were about to meet the demon army suddenly split into two equal-sized parts and began to circle the other army, Julie lead the right flank while Alexander lead the left flank, they fired off spells into the guardian army with wild abandon, meanwhile, Mike charged directly towards the middle of the guardian army alone, as the elite level 7 soldiers approached him he opened his hand and closed it again, in response to this simple gesture the level 7 and 8 elite soldiers were crushed into orbs of gore and metal as they blood speed out and formed an orb above Mike that steadily grew in size as he continued his charge into the middle of the guardian army, on the sides the right and left flankers lead by Julie and Alexander suddenly also began to curve inwards towards the middle of the guardian army
'Now what will you do..?'
Mike narrowed his eyes and looked towards the guardian in the middle that quickly gave out orders to the staff officers around him that they would relay those orders, this was a disadvantage, Mike was clearly in the lead in terms of the speed which his orders could be given and executed as his relay speed was… Well instant
'Fire off another 2 beams towards the middle, all troops brace, impact zones updated'
The dragons obeyed and fired off another 2 beams of destructive energy towards the middle of the guardian army, there was no friendly fire from that as the ones that were about to be hit by the beams of energy suddenly dodged out of the way, the charge continued, though the speed slowed down as the guardian army was beginning to mount a proper defense, then suddenly Mike dodged to the side as an arrow the size of a spear passed by where he had just been, he looked ahead and saw one of the women that had crowded around the new guardian of the wheel, Mike showed a smile as he saw another 2 approach him with their weapons drawn
'Thay have taken the bait, I've managed to draw out 3… Julie, Alexander time to stop holding back'
So far all the demon troops had been fighting at half capacity to give a false impression of strength to the guardian army, for them to focus on Mike and leave the flanks relatively open, suddenly Alexander exploded with strength as he instantly tore through the opposition, tow horns formed in his forehead and a tail grew out from his back as he yelled
"Out of my way!"
His two short swords turned into blenders as they quickly tore apart the opposition, meanwhile, Julie let loose a firestorm that turned the surrounding guardian soldiers into ashes in a mere instant as she charged forwards towards the new guardian of the wheel that wore an even more bitter expression than before
