Mike looked over at the king that was knelling to them and showed a smile, then he opened his hand where the knife materialized before he threw it over with a flick of his wrist, the knife sank into the crown of the king's head, his body twitched a few times as his eyes leaked a few last tears of joy as Mike spoke

Julie showed a coy smile before she spoke
"Damn Mike, that's cold, first you shatter his mind before you rebuild it to serve you, and then when he has served his purpose you just kill him off?"
"Yep~"
Julie giggled before she disappeared from view, Mike sighed and followed after her, he found her in the castle upstairs where she had a finger sunk into the head of the queen as Julie slowly drained her blood as she muttered
"Sweet~ seems like she loved the king very much~"
Mike showed a smile before he spoke
"Are you about done? We're on a schedule you know..?"
"I know~ I just can't resist the blood of women that are madly in love~"
Mike sighed before he flicked his tail deflecting a crossbow bolt fired from the guards that were rushing into the room to avenge the queen, then he opened his other hand as he looked over at the guards before he closed it again, a series of cracks sounded out in the room before the guards fell to the ground, then he spoke
"Come, dear, let's get going"
Julie showed a smile and walked over before she took Mike's arm and spoke affectionally
"Yes dear~"
Then the two of them summoned wings and flew straight through the roof castle before their figures disappeared from the early morning sky…
A few days later Mike and Julie decided to stop flying towards their goal and stop for the night in a city, they had accumulated some coin from attacking travelers on the road so they could afford a room in an okay inn, Mike slept lightly as he didn't have any servants around to keep guard when they slept, still, when he awoke he felt well-rested, it was not like his or Julie's mortal bodies required sleep, it was more of a habit… That and sleeping in the same bed as your lover had a very sizable improvement on both their moods so when they left the inn they strolled around the city for a bit hand in hand and chatted about everything they saw, until they came across a scene that was typical of the prime worlds
'Slavers…'
A slave merchant had just entered the city with a new haul of freshly caught slaves, from the bribe that the guards received it seemed that the salves most likely came from a nearby village, Mike watched with disinterested eyes for a bit before Julie tugged his arm and spoke
"Come, let's go"
"...Sure"
Mike and Julie turned away from the slavers, just as they did one of the slavers caught sight of Julie and showed a wide smile before he yelled
"The two of you, stop!"
Mike and Julie stopped walking before Mike turned around with a fed-up expression on his face as he asked
"What?"
The slaver clearly took his time as his eyes wandered over Julie's body, something which ticked off Mike and Julie both, then he spoke
"How about you sell your little girlfriend to me?"
"...What?"
Mike's face darkened significantly and before the slaver could speak any more Mike appeared before him and grabbed his neck and lifted him up from the ground, the slavers guards reacted quickly and drew their weapons, as well as some of the city guard while the rest looked on as if they were seeing a good show, Mike looked around before he sighed and muttered
"I almost forgot this isn't Earth… Thank you for reminding me"
Then he began circulating his mana, slowly at first but within 10 seconds the slavers guards, as well as the members of the city guard that had taken up arms, froze with pale faces, some of them trembled with fear while others refused to believe what they were seeing as Mike spread out his [Blood aura] he spoke with a smile
"There's a spell I've been meaning to try out, you'll help me test it, right slaver?"
Before the slaver had a chance to speak Mike used the spell as he muttered its name
"[Bloodline purge]"
The slaver seemed to freeze before he let out a blood-chilling scream as he felt it, his parents which were rich nobles, his sisters and brothers, all looked up in horror as they screamed out in pain as their blood slowly boiled and cooked them from the inside, a few moments later Mike threw the medium-rare slaver to the side, then he cracked his neck, as he did countless cracks sounded out around him, the slavers guards, as well as most of the city guard, fell over dead, their eyes wide in horror and regret, Mike nodded before he looked over at Julie with a smile and asked her
"Shall we?"
Julie nodded
"Yes, let's"
Then both of them summoned their wings and flew into the air, soon they disappeared from view of the crowd…
In another location near the center of the supercontinent stood a giant cathedral it was made of white marble and the giant windows into it were filled with stained glass that was depicting the epic of a certain young girl, the cathedral's giant towers were still under construction, inside the cathedral in a surprisingly simply decorated office sat the young girl that was depicted on the stained glass windows, she had shining blue eyes, if Mike or Julie were here they would see the golden light that shone from behind her eyes, that's right, she was the newly ascended guardian of the wheel, she wore a calm expression on her face as she looked over the documents in front of her, soon she muttered
"538 dead or incapacitated in the last week…"
A small smile formed on her face as she continued her monolog
"That's 62 less than predicted, that slaver was right, these truly are some good construction slaves, their work on the towers are showing good progress…"
What she was referring to was naturally the towers of her cathedral, since she had ascended and become a god she, naturally, should her own place of worship, from here she would extend her influence and rule the entire supercontinent, as for why she did this? It was merely for the entertainment of her mortal body, suddenly she received a message from her true body and showed a smile
"Preparation to invade the demon-controlled planes are starting… Finally, we'll show those demons what it's like to have your home invaded…"
She showed a wide smile as she thought about burning down the demon's homeworlds …
Mike and Julie moved from city to city, they followed Beel's presence and gradually they reached the center of the supercontinent, as they were getting close Mike and Julie decided going in person would be too risky, so Mike 'appropriated' a couple of 'volunteers' as Mike was tattooing a magic formation on them Julie asked the obvious
"Why are you suddenly speaking in code, you just used [Control] on them right?"
"...Yeah basically"
Julie looked at the two level 7 people that had been traveling to doing something, well that was before Mike pulled out their souls and sent them to the void with his {Control] skill, he sent them off at once to avoid detection of the guardians of the wheel, the two new servants followed their duty and after 4 days of travel they arrived at the geographical center of the supercontinent where they laid eyes on a giant cathedral being constructed Mike frowned slightly when he saw the construction site, it looked like something out of the dark pages of the bible, slaves were being 'spent' and then 'discarded' in mass graves, Mike noted that there seemed to be several newly dug mass graves that still smelled strongly of blood and showed a slight smile before he made the two servants scout further, the towers of the cathedral were still under construction, it seemed like a slightly sloppy woke place however as Mike watched about 5 slaves fall to their death in the span of about 2 hours, as for how meny were tormented to death, that he didn't know, or at least he didn't care enough ot notice
'This sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth… Heh, well the mass graves work in my favor…'
The two servants scouted closer and closer to the cathedral and one night they managed to infiltrate it, there they moved to two certain key positions before they hunkered down and waited for their moment of glory to come…
Mike nodded, he stretched before he looked around inside the inn room, Julie lay on the bed already asleep, he had now prepared for the fight to rescue Beel's mortal body as best he could, he threw off his shirt and stealthily climbed into bed, there he embraced Julie tightly as the two of them slept the entire night...
Hey y'all, zad1333 here, I would like your feedback on something: I am thinking, once I've made the second to last chapter, take a week off to write a longer chapter (3k-7k words) to round off the story... Or I could just keep making the regular length chapters until we naturally reach the end
