Pyongyang's Tiger Restaurant.

The eatery had futuristic lines and was illuminated by an ethereal radiance. Holographic menus and touch-activated smart tablecloths were used to decorate the tables. The location was bustling with activity despite its opulent setting. With his lover Cathrin, Robin was seated in this location. Robin was unusually well dressed, and it was clear from the way he adjusted his fitted suit that he was a little uneasy.

Cathrin could see him being nervous and held his hand. She was giving him assurance. The reason Robin was nervous because he was facing the parents of Cathrin. Seated across from him are Lim, a dignified Malaysian-Chinese man in his 50s and extremely well dressed, and Jasmine, a warm-hearted woman of the same heritage, also in her 50s.

Waiters dressed in advanced high-tech attire glided gracefully between tables, serving exquisite fusion dishes on levitating platters.

"I must admit Robin, this restaurant is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's truly remarkable. No wonder Cathrin had decided to move in here with you so fast. This is like a dreamworld." - Lim.

"Ah Mr. Li. This is just the tip of the iceberg. You should go around the whole country. Though not all places are as advanced as the capital but it is much better and more organized than the rest of the world." - Robin.

"Yeah. Robin, I am surprised that you have such deep connections with this country even after being from a totally different ethnic background." -Jasmine.

"Well the ruler of the country approached me when I was just starting in Netherlands. They wanted a distributor and shown me enough proofs to believe that the country wasn't anything like before. Now that I look back, it was really a very big risk of trusting closed country so blindly." Robin stated while chuckling apprehensively.

"But now you will be one the richest in the world after taking over distribution of the miracle drug. This helped me a lot. The back pain which I had when I once fell down the stairs had straight away vanished." stated Jasmine. That made Robin happy, and soon everyone was given food. Lim had the Nasi Lemak with a side of Peking duck. Jasmine had Chili Crab Biryani and the Xiao Long Bao with a glass of Mango Lassi. Robin and Cathrin didn't have much and just went for sushi.

This was a huge restaurant where dishes from all over the world was served so those dishes were all available. The parents of Cathrin seemed to be genuinely happy with Robin and didn't hold any prejudice against him, at least that's what Robin felt and hoped that it would remain the same.

Asian culture normally didn't entertain foreigners by a huge degree in the family and many think that they would sullying the family name. At least not in this instance.

Following a lengthy and fruitful meal, Robin took Lim and Jasmine about the city in a humble manner as they both made the decision to explore. Cathrin's parents requested to travel in the flying cars, and Cathrin and Robin gladly complied.

The family finally departed for the motel in the evening. They were actually offered to spend the night in one of Robin's houses in the city, but they turned him down. Although he had won the approval of Cathrin's parents, it was clear that Robin wasn't quite ready to be a husband.

"It's okay, hon. I didn't expect them to be so warm with you actually." Cathrin gave Robin her word.

"It's okay. I bet they would give their daughter to me if they know that I am the ruler." Robin laughed. Robin's parents weren't typical of all parents. Compared to other Asian families, Robin enjoys a great deal of freedom in his life. For Robin's family, it was actually a little strange, but that was the reality.

Even so, it was still a successful lunch, and they even had snacks later in the day while drinking their coffee on the go. The city was lively and Robin also noticed the huge preparation for the gaming convention that was going to happen.

Not only would firms bring their games to be shown off, but so would indie creators who were working on games on extremely tight budgets. In essence, it would function as a gaming conference and an investor forum for the sector.

Robin was interested in this because he wanted to see if he could give money to some developers and just be an investor and see if the games developed by gaining his money would allow him to take some things from the games out.

Even if it didn't succeed, many investors would still be interested in some of the games, which would help the developers by raising money. Many games never follow the right procedures and frequently fail before they are released. Robin felt that by attending this gaming convention, other developers who were genuinely passionate about what they did and wished to flourish in the business rather than joining ruthless organizations like EA, Nintendo, and other similar organizations, would also benefit.

Robin wanted to overhaul both the legal system and workplace culture because this was where capitalism went wrong. Robin wished to alter some of the deplorable cultural practices in Japan and other Asian nations. More racism existed here than the West could ever imagine. Forget about the Asian nations; there was a lot of bigotry even in his own country, India. Internalized racism was still common, despite the fact that it was gradually progressively changing. Any one type of group of individuals virtually always harbored prejudice toward other groups.

Robin sincerely desired to alter that. If this alien invasion occurs, it might really be beneficial for Earth, and we can only hope that people will put aside their prejudices and treat one another as fellow beings rather than dividing themselves along racial, religious, or ethnic lines.

Robin was aware that there was still a long way to go, though.

Changgwang.

The gaming convention was held in this location. And they came from all across the world, both individuals and businesses. Although North Korea actively overran a few nations, ordinary people's personal freedom and societal functioning continued unabated. In addition, North Korea significantly reduced the cost of flights and offered free visas to all.

Coming to North Korea didn't require registration or any other formalities. At first, people worried that it would lead to chaos and dread in the city, yet neither of those things happened. In order to accommodate everyone for a large convention like this, the city had more than enough space.

As a result, these things increased people's passion for Pyongyang. People who visited the city fell in love with it right away for a number of reasons, including the quick, easy, and extremely affordable transportation, the higher food quality due to superior farming in the country—even the meat was better than the rest of the globe, greater connectivity and free Internet, and several others.

And not only could people with average incomes afford to move here and live here; the country's many services for the wealthy also attracted wealthy people. Similar to Dubai, there was essentially no tax imposed on individuals setting up businesses here. Even though Pyongyang had only recently been founded, its commercial sector was expanding at a startling rate. The wealthy were always aware of what was happening in the world and how quickly things were changing.

Of course, the underprivileged were not at all neglected. The destitute inhabitants of the nations that North Korea had occupied had the option of moving to North Korea. There was a problem with this, though. The majority of tasks in the nation were either carried out by droids or robots or by the native populace. The locals had suffered a lot over the years and so they needed a respite from all of this.

Not many poor people were allowed to come to the country at the moment and they were promised that they would given a brand new work when everything was in place. Of course, the impoverished inhabitants of the conquered nations did not give the promise much thought, but once the space stations were built, they would require labor to keep them operating. These people could be used to satisfy the labour requirements and to simplify their lives. Of course they would receive a very good wage for their labor.

Robin arrived at the convention with Cathrin, Sauvik, Sigret, and Myrene. Even Rita and her husband had come to witness this. People from all around the world came to this fantastic gathering to either enjoy, show off their game-making skills, or sell their games here right now.

The convention took place in a massive convention center, spanning multiple halls and floors. The venue was equipped with state-of-the-art technology that went along with futuristic outlook of the nation of North Korea, including high-speed internet, cutting-edge gaming hardware, and large projection screens, which were the norms, but along with it came the colorful holographic projections and other things that seemed like to be welcomed from the future. The convention center buzzed with excitement, featuring vibrant decorations and eye-catching displays.
