"Heresy? What are you talking about, Devil Emper—kill him." the Revenants were Wang Ling's perfect clones up till the end of his second life possessing cultivation he did not have before his death, and as such, they have his danger sense, and instincts of a true slaughterer?

His way of thinking, how Wang Ling could survive millions of ambushes and sneak attacks, his astute trust to his senses, the Revenants have that as well as his ingenuity. They all moved to the Devil who prompted his own end, knowing full-well something… was coming.

The Revenants, were all Devil Emperors, they swung their blades, and do not have mental link with one another, but they shared the same instincts. A collective decision, made outside of words but in sheer experience.

The Devil Emperor Revenants moved in unison and activated their lineage, burning everything, they could. In a split second, their bodies were clad in black tattoos, their swords became entirely black and their auras surged.

Their Black Wings, totaling 42 Pair of wings all flapped, the mountain peak and the surrounding kilometer was soon devoid of any wind. The collective movement of their wings cared not for what might happen to the Abyssal Tundra and after so long, the skies parted and the howling of the winds, replaced by the roar of space screeching!

In the sight of bright light, the swords glimmered with glaring light. It was as beautiful as it was deadly.

Their swords, from all sides, came, each carrying a different technique, ensuring no matter where Naor would not escape. They needed him dead because they couldn't hope to know what his words truly meant.

In his plight, only a quarter of a second existed of a second remained for Naor to respond. What did he do? Nothing… simply, Naor allowed his blood to flow.

Slash!

Swords now reached his skin and to him, he watched the perfect image of the All-Father etched in the souls of the Revenants. His likeness copied down to the smallest details, and time seemed to have slowed at that moment.

[Father… I apologize for what I am about do—]

Devils were a part of the Origin Races. They ruled over the Cosmos with their bodies stronger than Deities. However, Deities have been known to transform to their Primordial forms, then, such beings would receive a massive boost in their strengths, and that's not in consideration of the Deities' Regality.

In all accounts, Deities should be on top of the Origin Race. They were far stronger, faster, and were born in the elements long after the elements had been established and stabilized thanks to the presence of the mother of Beast.

However, the Origin Race wasn't in such a position. Instead, the Origin Races clearly matches the Deities, and that was thanks to not only their Racial Gift of an absurdly strong body and control over the Universal Element.

It was not the gift they were given that stands atop their arsenal. It was not the blood given to them, not the flesh, not the mark… no, it was far more than a paltry concept of life and death that they embodied. The thing that gives them power was a power that arrived after the disappearance of their Father.

It was a power that reflects the All-Father itself outside of his form, a power the Origin Race's Emperors would deny they have. After all, this power was something they stole, something that wasn't meant to be given to them, it was their Race's Heresy.

Then, what was their Heresy? What stands above all things that can only appear when their blood is drawn? When their life is at the risk of being lost? What is it that they cannot call upon unless their lives truly depended on it? A simple question… it was, "Cultivation—"

From below just above Naor's navel came God's Mark that reinforced his body, "The Origin Race, had been standing atop the Cosmos for so long since the beginning of time, or at least when the All-Father established its existence with the creation of night and day.

"We have been the strongest next to him, and then, the Deities appeared with the Mother of Beast… and what did you think happened then?" Naor asked, but the Revenants were too busy trying to retrieve their swords back to answer, thus, his words continued, "The Origin Race lost, or at least, the Second and First Generation beat the Emperors and the GodKing. As for the ones below us, it was a fair fight… Kings, and the third generation below, were equals… but somehow us the Emperors and GodKings could not match our counterparts.

"At first, we did not mind the loss, infuriated, but that was natural. However, the Deities, used their victory as leverage to claim the Mother of Beast was the one who stands at the top and our Father was subpar. So, in retaliation in wanting to reclaim our Father's name, we copied the Deities…

"From Beasts, Cultivation was born and we Emperors and GodKings won by surprising them. However, after the victory, we realized our mistakes and sealed their use. Only when we fight in the battlefield, against the Deities outside of the All-Father's eyes who do not like to see fights can it be unleashed."

The Revenants heard his words and, in that moment, saw it through their crimson, Devil Eyes. Inside Naor's body, they saw a marble, forming in his body. Just above his navel, something was coming out of the crimson light of the Origin Race's lineage. When the Blood Essence pulled back, something appeared… something from the Era where cultivation began… something, truly mundane—a Dantian.

Naor's body crawled with more and more blackness rolling out of the Dantian. A Devil's Dantian, in form, was similar to a Human's or an Elves, or a Beastmen of the past Era. Of course, in the current Era, the Dantian had long been replaced by the Nirvanic Nucleus.

Devils, upon stepping outside of their worlds were already treated as a Rank-9 cultivator and beyond. However, unlike the Mortal Races, they do not cultivate. Only their hellish qi and its density were measured and even then, it was incalculable.

Time resumed as normal for Naor, and yet the swords had not taken a limb from him much less his head, "Do you know what is considered Heresy in my Race's eyes? Is it thinking the All-Father is but a useless tale? Or if we kill other beings he had created? No… it is the modification of our body… our form."

This Hellish qi was not cultivated. It had existed within them and grows as they grow older, if Devils strengthen themselves then it will gradually increase as per usual. They grow strong even without trying, they were born in such a way and have their lives dedicated to following their own paths.

Now, imagine, if such a being begins cultivating…

"We changed ourselves as if we were ashamed of how the All-Father created us. This power… is our shame, yet it is our greatest weapon. Only the highest Deities know of this shame, and their silence is the only thing keeping us Emperors and GodKings from annihilating the Beasts when they disappeared—as for you, Revenants, however—"

Naor moved his head, and limbs broke their swords, and drew his spear out of his chest in a single arc! His instincts still did not allow him to use half of his strength, but—

SLASH!

The Revenants' bodies were cleaved in half and tens of thousands of kilometers away, everything was destroyed.

Even without half his strength, Naor slew the Revenants.

"—I cannot allow you to know of our Heresy."
