He would rather have entered another vessel and left this place a long, long time ago.
At the moment, Rean's guarantee that he could make a vessel capable of holding his soul was his only chance of truly leaving this place anytime soon. "And what impedes me from making you two prisoners and forcing you to build me a new vessel?"
