Azreal kept looking around trying to find the source of the voice but saw no one.
When he decided to just take in the new environment he felt a slight tug on his leg, looking down it was a little boy.
The same little boy he'd seen when Kyle had tried to kill him, the seals around his body looked like they'd break at any moment, even the chains on his body began to rust.
When their eyes met the little boy started laughing again while tears streamed down his cheeks.
"Why are you crying?"
The little boy didn't answer only laughing louder.
"He doesn't know why"
Hearing the unfamiliar voice Azreal turned to its source only to see a man lying on the ground, chewing on a blade of grass with his back turned to Azreal.
"And who are you?"
When the man heard that he laughed and turned around.
"Hahaha how could this king forget to introduce himself, my name is Darius The Undying King"
Azreal furrowed his brow, what the hell was going, a laughing little boy and a man in his forties.
After introducing himself he turned back around.
"And he's laughing and crying because he sees you"
When Azreal heard the response he was surprised, turning to the source of the voice he saw a man laying down on the ground chewing on a blade of grass.
"Who are you and what are you talking about?"
Darius was surprised for a moment when he heard the question but quickly understood and turned back around to face Azreal.
In an instant, a memory flashed in Azreal's eyes.
"Hahaha, sorry about that if you don't look at my face you'll eventually forget my existence, it's been so long that I forgot it would happen hahaha"
"How did you do that?"
A bright smiled blossomed on Darius' face.
"There isn't a lot you can't do when you're OP, unfortunately, that's not one of them, this is just one of the natural laws of heaven"
"OP? Ha, what natural laws of heaven?"
Darius was stunned, they really didn't teach him anything, in his eyes, Azreal was no different from a baby that was left to fend for himself.
"Heavens Laws are unbreakable rules since the dawn of creation, one of those laws would explain what just happened, because of the disparity in our power it's hard for you to remember me unless I speak to you, I could be standing right in front of you and you'd look right past me, for lower realm creatures it's to protect them, once you step into True Godhood you can no longer step into lower realms since in their eyes your form is that of pure energy and that energy would kill them. Anything before True Godhood and they won't see you unless you will it,!they will forget you if you will it. As for what purpose it serves for God's I assume it's so you don't fuck with someone stronger and get killed, I don't think that's it but that's what I tell myself"
Azreal remained quiet, the only thing that could be heard was the little boy laughing and running around.
"Listen I know a lot so I can teach you a lot, you don't have to trust or talk to me but the fact still remains that you're stuck with me"
When Darius said this he raised his hand to show a black chain connected to Azreal's wrist.
"Just a thought from you and it's bye bye Darius, so let's be friends okay?"
Azreal looked at the chain he somehow knew that what he said was true.
"I don't like things I can't understand and this place is filled with too much I don't understand, what do you know about this world?"
Azreal decided to test the waters, he knew that what he'd said about the chain was realm but that didn't mean he'd be truthful about other things.
"Hahaha what don't I know? Ask me anything and I'll answer"
Azreal didn't ask anything just pointed at the little boy running around.
"Oh him? That's you"
Azreal completely froze, Darius' nonchalant way of answer aside the little boy was him?. Opening his mouth Azreal was about to call out to him but Darius stopped him by flicking a stone in his mouth.
"Take advantage of what you have now to educate yourself about this world, he's not going anywhere for now"
He didn't think much before asking a simple question.
"Mhmm tell me about this world"
"Hahaha that's way too broad a question, be more specific"
"Where am I? I know this is the nether realm but where am I?"

"I don't know I haven't been here in a long time so I know most of the names would have changed but this should be the Coiling Continent"
When Azreal heard the response he was surprised, he'd always thought that this place was just a vast expanse of land that was bordered off into different places he hadn't thought that they were continents.
Every time he thought of this world he thought of it as kind of like Pangaea
"Continent? So each would be divided into states and your answer makes it sound like there are more than one Continents, how many are there?"
"If their queen hasn't changed anything, there should be four, four supercontinents, each ruled by one of the four guardians, the little white cat, the burning bird, the oversized snake, and that cute little turtle"
