Chapter 2: This Body You Are In Now May Have Had A gold Master? (1)

Han Chuning had a good temper. She always spoke softly, but she was genuinely infuriated by this unknown number. Others could make fun of her, but not her aunt. Except for Chu Xiaxing, Han chuning had never seen such an arrogant and unreasonable person. She resolutely chose to go to the place and personally hammer the head of the ghost king to the nail!

It didn’t take long before Han Chuning drove to the agreed location. She stood at the entrance of the cafe and looked around. She noticed a large apartment building next to the cafe. Many little-known starlets and internet celebrities lived there.

Han Chuning was quite familiar with the surrounding environment since many of her friends who were illegal immigrants also lived nearby. Her telephone number was generally known only to insiders. That being said, she didn’t know who was so bold as to make such lame jokes.

In the cafe, Han Chuning was feeling confused after entering the door. She saw a strange girl in the corner raising her hand to signal to her, as if she was pretty familiar with her. The girl had beautiful facial features and had no make-up on. It was just that her face was pale, her complexion looked poor, and her dress was quite low-key.

Han Chuning didn’t know the person in the corner. As she stood there hesitantly, the other party came straight over.

Seeing that her niece was dawdling and not moving her feet, Chu Xiaxing simply got up and went to Han Chuning. She even scanned her up and down, frowned, and scolded, “Why are you so skinny? Why do you still look like you are holding a funeral for someone?”

Han Chuning was a screenwriter. She often stayed at home for long periods, never going out to bask in the sun. She would just order food to deal with her stomach day and night. As a result, Han Chuning would often be scolded by her elder. Children were usually very lazy. It had always been “If you scold, I’ll let you scold; if I change, I lose.” After being criticized by Chu Xiaxing so many times, she pretended to be dumb and unmoved.

Han Chuning was subconsciously nervous when she heard the familiar scolding. However, looking at the stranger’s young face, she immediately put her heart back in her chest. The next second, rage burst out of her, and her voice trembled. “You, you actually…”

Han Chuning: Making fun of my aunt again and again. I’ll tear your head off today!

Hearing Han Chuning’s voice trembling with anger, Chu Xiaxing suddenly remembered something and touched her nose with embarrassment. “Oh, you were mourning for me. I’m sorry, I forgot. The years are getting to me. I don’t remember anything. I even forgot that I just died!”

Han Chuning yelled, “I don’t know where you get my number from, but please stop playing jokes. Otherwise, I won’t be polite!”

When Chu Xiaxing heard the word “you” in a polite way pop out of her niece’s mouth, she knew that the other party was furious. Han Chuning didn’t say informal “you” and it to formal “you” whenever she got angry. This had been the case for this child since her childhood.

Chu Xiaxing pondered for a few seconds and said leisurely, “I remember when you were just in primary school, I took you and your mother to the new cafeteria for dinner. You liked a kind of marble soda and ran to get it happily. But you fell down on the steps and knocked a big front tooth on the spot, which scared the waiters to death…”

Han Chuning was taken aback when she heard the words. She looked at Chu Xiaxing in disbelief and was speechless for a long time. Chu Xiaxing loved to tease her about these things. The dark history of her childhood was simply a joke book for her aunt, which could be read for about a lifetime by the other party.

Chu Xiaxing continued in a joking tone, “When you were a kid, you were frustrated with your mother and made a fuss, wanting to come to my house. However, you refused to go back later. Your mother thought you were still angry at the time. Actually, I knew you would forget about it the next day. Not going home was because there was a little boy walking a dog in the community. You didn’t want to leave because you thought he was good-looking. You insisted on taking that little brother out to play…”

Han Chuning’s pupils trembled as she stared at the strange face in front of her.

Han Chuning’s pupils trembled as she stared at the strange face in front of her. At the same time, she pressed her lips in embarrassment, revealing a look of doubt. She did use her aunt’s house as a refuge before, and she would run over there whenever she had nothing to do. It was her second home.

Chu Xiaxing’s tone turned into a complaining one. “You wanted to buy a house and had a cat after graduation. However, your mother was allergic to cat hair and was not willing to pay down payment for you. You then asked me to help out, even saying that you would write a script for me in the future. But after you got your own house, you ordered delivery foods every day, stayed up all night, piled up all the dirty clothes on the bedroom chair, and starved yourself into a nearsighted white bone demon…”

Hearing the familiar scolding, Han Chuning immediately covered her ears with shame and finally believed in the absurd reality. She was so anxious that she said, “Auntie, don’t scold me. I believe you. I believe you!”

Han Chuning: Even my mother doesn’t know the sloppy daily life after I lived alone!

After Han Chuning moved out of the house, she was afraid that her life would be exposed. Hence, she desperately prevented her parents from visiting, but she could not stop her aunt Chu Xiaxing. After all, her aunt had helped her with the payment when she bought the house. Besides, because of Chu Xiaxing’s strong personality, she was always punished by the other party. She would be disciplined by her elders from time to time.

Han chuning looked at the strange girl in disbelief. She didn’t expect that there was such a peculiar thing in the world. The young body actually contained her aunt’s soul. She could not help but say, “What’s going on…”

Chu Xiaxing: “Okay, let’s talk in another place. Take me to a hospital first. I can’t use her mobile phone, and I don’t even have a single penny!”

Han Chuning came back to her senses and hurriedly said, “Okay, I remember there are hospitals around, but they are not too big.”

After Chu Xiaxing and Han Chuning met, she felt at peace. First, they went to a nearby small hospital for treatment. Chu Xiaxing lied to the doctor that she was sloppy, resulting in her hand injury. As Chu Xiaxin was afraid of the pain, she had not cut it deeply. The bleeding was quite limited, so there was no major problem with this body.

Doctor: “I think you not only have a sloppy hand but also have a bit of Qi deficiency. Your face is pale…”
