Chapter 3432 The Triplets Concede

"Seems like the bandit life is pretty much stuck in you."

Davis chuckled, causing Zanqua to look at him.

"There's no way an upstart like you could have this much wealth, but I won't believe you have trillions with you. That's way too exaggerated. Utmost, you would have a hundred billion wealth of High-Level Immortal Crystals for you to be able to easily afford this."

Zanqua spoke in an all-knowing tone as though appraising him.

Davis continued to smile and didn't bother to correct her. He saw her smirk as though she was correct but began looking around again, knowing she pretty much couldn't look her two sisters in the eye.

"Forget appearing like a deviant plotting to steal because you would never do that, not because you're afraid of me, but because you wouldn't dare harm your sisters' lives."

"You-!"

Zanqua glared at him, her expression trembling, "What are you talking about? I'm known to be fearless but not dumb. I won't steal from you, as I know you could kill me within a blink of an eye. Caught by you, I am painfully aware of how helpless I am against you."

She low-key hissed like a cat against him as she barred her fangs.

Davis chuckled. It seemed like she still held some anger against him for forcing her to come here.

"Elder sister, please look here... look at me..."

Lanqua finally spoke, causing Zanqua to move her head away awkwardly. She didn't look at Lanqua but looked away and uttered.

"I'm not your elder sister, but speak."

Lanqua bit her lips, "Elder sister, I won't ask about the crimes you committed as I know you had it hard. You saved us by sacrificing yourself. You did many unspeakable things to protect yourself in that wretched environment. I cannot fathom what you went through, and I have no right to speak of it as we didn't save you as you saved us, but I hope you can return to us and start changing for good. Even if not for you, give us the opportunity to save you and redeem ourselves."

"It's not too late!~" Panqa raised her voice from the side, "Please come back to us, elder sister!"

Davis couldn't help but smile at them.

Lanqua was well-articulated, unlike Panqa, but the latter's emotions could be felt in one's heart. He saw Zanqua tremble at Panqa's voice, knowing both elder sisters loved the third and youngest sister, Panqa, the most and had extreme protective emotions towards her.

Zanqua grinned as she shuddered, forcefully looking at them, "Not too late...?"

"Looking at you two only reminds me of what I wished to become, so don't delude me or delude yourselves in hoping that you can change me, as I know I'm beyond saving. I am and always will be a cold-hearted bandit who kills for wealth. Don't like me? Cut off my head and be done with it."

Her voice was cold, seething with killing intent, as though she would retaliate if they made a move right now.

"Panqa..."

Lanqua turned to look at her little sister and reached out her hand. Panqa was in sync.

When their palms touched, the back of their hands shone with a bright crimson light.

Zanqua inclined her head, wondering what it was when Lanqua opened her mouth.

"This is a Soul-Body Link, a karmic technique used between two closely related individuals who wish to die together no matter the reason. Once it is formed, it can never be broken, or we'll suffer death anyway."

"..."

Zanqua's gaze shook. She had vaguely heard about this kind of karmic technique, but this would only be possible for those who have the same blood in them. The similar blood made the connection extremely strong, making it possible for the other to die if one died.

Lanqua's gaze was solemn, "Originally, we wanted to do it together with you, share life and death together, but as Panqa and I found our love, we hastened our decision."

"..."

Lanqua continued, "It's as you said. It is too late for any of us to go back to what we were. We're no longer the same and have our paths shaped. We're together with an Anarchic Divergent, so our path is even more outrageous than yours."

"Then-"

"But I still hope that we can save you. You don't wish to be a bandit forever, do you?"

"Ah, yes! I wish to be a bandit!"

In the end, they made Zanqua calm down, although it didn't even take two seconds. It seemed Panqa and Lanqua were her nemesis.

"Elder sister, we aren't weak enough for you to worry about us."

"That's right. Please trust us."

"Yes, if you're worried that you'll endanger us, then don't worry. I will personally end your life."

"That's right. We will- ehhh?"

Panqa turned to look at Lanqua in shock. However, Lanqua looked solemn as she continued staring at Zanqua while holding her hands.

Zanqua had her brows wide as she gazed at Lanqua's eyes for the first time. She wondered if her leaving the two of them alone made them grow in their own way, causing her to recall the words Davis spoke.

[Can't imagine?]

[Then come decide that for yourself.]

Those words resounded in her heart as she did want to see how her sisters had grown up and protect them.

Zanqua took a deep breath and turned to look at Davis.

"If you ever treat them badly, I'm here for your neck."

"Jeez, everyone wants to suck my blood, uh?"

Davis smirked, "But I take it you agree to stay with them?"

Zanqua took a deep breath again, unsure of her decision, but she still nodded. If she left her bandit group, she might lose everything else, but in exchange, she might get to watch over her two sisters.

"Unfortunately, there's no place for you here."

He watched Panqa and Lanqua's expressions sink from happiness before he chuckled.

"If you want, you can go stay in some empty mansion in this city that has yet to be sold. You would be my first guest, I think."

"No, thank you. I steal, but I still pay for things. How much does land here cost? Or do you have it for lease?"

Zanqua didn't seem too willing to give in, causing Davis to laugh.

They worked out some exchange and had a deal, while Davis was visibly pleased that he created his own city and sold the first plot of land along with a mansion to an outsider.

He could feel that he really was the City Lord here!

Sometime later, Zanqua was taken to her new home twenty kilometers away from Davis's Mansion.

"Gosh~ A Ghost City really is dirt cheap!~"

She seemed to be visibly happy about her purchase as she looked at the massive four-story mansion that now belonged all to herself.

Beside her, Panqa and Lanqua also grinned, seemingly happier than ever as they held their third sisters' arms, refusing to let go. It was as though they possessed immense trust that they wouldn't harm her.

Davis floated in the skies as he looked at them.

He didn't seem worried at all because back when Lanqua said that she would personally kill Zanqua, she wasn't lying. He knew through Heart Intent, but most importantly, Zanqua had no misgivings about being killed by Lanqua.

It was almost as if she was more than happy to have her life ended at that point, causing him to imagine that was what changed Zanqua's mind.

Nonetheless, looking at Panqa and Lanqua smiling without reserve, he finally felt like he had brought them happiness.

To these two wolf feys, he really didn't know how to make up to them for leaving them alone all this while.

After all, he had given Shea a baby and showered her with love while he also came to love Yilla when she chose to safeguard him from Fairy Thunderblaze and brought back her Darkness Spirit, but for these Panqa and Lanqua, he felt like he hadn't done anything yet.

Just bedding them wouldn't have made them this happy, so he was really delighted to bring their third sister back to them.

He grinned, feeling like he could finally partake in their taste without having second thoughts.
