Following morning, (R Dome Dream Stars training center )
"And that's a wrap. Take five everyone."
The others collapsed in a heap; they had just finished the rehearsal for tomorrow. To think tomorrow is the big day already, almost two months have passed since the auditions.
"Kotori-chan? What's wrong." Lila asked noticing something was off about her friend.
"I'm just tired," Kotori said.
Lila nodded in understanding. The training as of late was very harsh unless one had the stamina for it. It wouldn't be easy to keep up. Perhaps it was because of her jogging sessions, but she was fine. Her thoughts broke off when a voice called out to her, "Ari."
Lila looked over and spotted Haruka.
He took long strides and walked over to her.
Kotori chuckled and murmured have fun before she left her side.
Haruka looped his arms around her waist, and murmured against her ear, "Stop for a while yeah?"
"Y—yes?" Lila stammered.
He nodded.

Lately, he keeps doing this, interfering with practice and taking her away. She wants to ask him if something happened. But, Lila is afraid of his answer. The amount of attention he paid not just to her lips but to every other area in her body, made her blush deepen further.
He scooped her up in his arms and made his way down the hallway.
Haruka kicked open of the doors open and closed it as he threw Lila onto the couch. Lila examined the room, and upon noticing his belongings in the corner. She understood. Haruka continued sucking and licking her neck.
"Haruka. Um, tomorrow.." Lila said.
"Yeah, I know," Haruka said, but he continued his attack on her neck. The attention he paid there surprised her when she noticed that he already removed her top. He works too fast.
".." She stared at him speechless at his response. Then, why isn't he letting her practice? Her thoughts broke off as she caught the scent of alcohol. He drank again. Lila extended her hand out and caressed his face.
"What?" Haruka murmured.
"Nothing, I want to get closer.." she murmured.
Haruka gently placed a kiss on her forehead, "Yeah."

Ball, 7:00 PM
Lila sighed. She didn't want to attend this party at all. However, Soichiro said it would be a good idea for people to get used to seeing her represent him. What's with that represent stuff. Well, in a way it helps her get away from everything. When she woke up and saw Haruka had left, she felt incredibly uncomfortable. Something heavy weighed down on her heart. Sometimes he does these things where she can't help but suspect him. He's not like that anymore; he's changed. That's what she would like to think.
She came here to represent Soichiro as annoying as that sounds. But the last thing she expected was to run into her boyfriend. That isn't the strange part.
Lila knows Haruka attends these events a lot. His companion surprised her. A woman? A woman...
To her surprise though, Haruka upon seeing her let go of his companion's arm and walked over. He wrapped his jacket around her and murmured.
"You came alone?" Haruka asked.
Lila nodded.
"That's dangerous…" Haruka trailed off and paused. He seemed to debate about something before he took his phone out, "Hey, I know I promised you. Hah? Yeah, something like that. Another time."
The woman whom he with seemed mad, but she didn't make a fuss after receiving a message. Lila watched her leave curiosity filled her gaze.
"Have you been here long?" Haruka asked.
"..Haruka, who was that?" Lila questioned.
Lila didn't want to beat around the bush. If it were in the past, she would have just turned a blind eye to it. But things are different now, the two of them are dating. "A client."
At that comment, she felt the tears well up from her eyes.
"Hey.."
"But but you--" Lila sobbed.
How long has he still been sleeping around with other girls?
"We did nothing." Haruka insisted.
"Liar." Lila turned away from him and was quickly trying to find a quiet space.

Lila had only gotten outside the hallway when Haruka caught her.
Haruka wrapped his arms around her firmly, "I promise you; it was nothing. Do you remember the person we saw the other day? That's his sister. He just wanted me to escort her around for the last few days. Today was the final day."
"But you said, a client."
"I've gotten used to calling favors that," Haruka said.
She supposed that made sense. But the scent of the women's perfume made her sick. She doesn't like this smell on Haruka.
"Haruka, drink from me?" Lila asked.
"Huh? Here?" Haruka didn't hide his shock.
Lila nodded; she wants to stake her claim. If he drinks her blood, then her scent would be all over him. Haruka wasted no time pushing her against the cabinet on the side, "God, I didn't think you'd seduce me…"
"Am I not allowed too?" Lila murmured.
He chuckled, "Well, it's a first."
Is it? She ought to do better. She doesn't want Haruka to tire of her.

Once they finished. Haruka hugged her tightly, "You're beautiful."
"I'm still mad." Lila reminded him, as she fixed her clothes up.
Her boyfriend nodded. His lips brushed against her exposed shoulders, "But, I can convince you." Haruka said seductively.
He's an idiot, "She's the reason you've been bailing on me?" Lila asked to confirm. Lila is glad when he pulled away and answered her seriously.
Haruka nodded. "Most of the time we were with a few others, so we weren't alone… Don't worry so much." Haruka has a history, it's hard not to worry. Lila shook her head; she has to trust him. Lila gently kissed his cheek, but he moved, so her lips went on his lips. "Heh."
He's so sly. "Nngh….." Lila moaned. It isn't fair. Why can't she get angry at him for long? Haruka is still hiding so many things from her, Lila knows that well.
She should ask him. But right now Lila attention was on the passionate kiss he was giving her.
She likes it when Haruka kisses her. It always feels like she is melting, so dizzy from the heat and intensity his kisses give her. Lila thoughts broke off when he suddenly stopped, huh? Haruka pulled her behind him, "What are you doing here?"
Lila turned to the person he questioned and identified her immediately.
"Why can't I be here?" Sophia said.
Oh this woman, it's the same person from back then. Lila recognized her immediately. Noticing Haruka sweat, she paused. Is Haruka afraid of this person? He's still pushing her back.
The woman giggled, "Are you trying to defend her? I know who she is already."
"Using such dirty tricks, aren't you ashamed?"
Dirty tricks? Lila put two and two together.

Back inside the ballroom, loads of people had stopped what they were doing initially to watch.. It seems like in the time he was gone, Sophia built up her connections well here. Many were gambling on Lila losing and praising Sophia endlessly.
"What are you planning? You know facing against her like this--" Haruka was cut off when Sophia murmured against his ear.
"You'll see."

When Sophia began to sang, his eyes go wide. This— it's the song he made for Lila. The one from a few days ago that she sang during the park. So that eerie feeling he got then was from her. But more importantly, this was the song Lila was about to sing just now. He isn't carrying any other music on him either. Damn.
"Unforgivable.." Lila murmured.
"Ari?" Haruka called out. He noticed immediately that his girlfriend didn't appear distressed. Instead, she looked angry. Well, that is normal too but..
Lila walked over and wrapped her arms around his neck, gently kissing his lips. "I won't let them get away with this."
