Rikka quickly got dressed; she didn't bother taking a bath. She wanted to leave already. It's not like there was anything wrong with this guy. But, he isn't Haruka. She didn't know what happened to the last guy, but it seemed like Dad blacklisted him already. Instead, here comes perfect Simon.
"Babe."

"Whose Haruka?"
At that comment, Rikka closed her eyes. "My ex."
Is he going to freak out? Rikka waited for it, for him to overreact like all the other guys did. Whenever she mentioned Haruka, they would freak out. Her thoughts broke off when he suddenly hugged her. "I see, I don't know what happened between you two. But it will be alright. It may take some time. However, I'll make sure you get the closure you need."
Rikka had to admit she was surprised. The other guys would aggressively say they would make her forget Haruka. Nobody said something about her having closure. He really is the perfect guy. Good looks, intelligent, rich - and the sex was good. Where did her Dad find a genuinely kind person like him from?
All the other guys he introduced her too were jerks.

It just had to happen right after they parted ways. The date went well, and Rikka felt a bit happier than she did in a long while.
"Hey...stop crying already..."
Rikka, however, didn't stop, "You didn't have to hit him..."
"Well, he was bothering you, wasn't he? Of course, I had to. Sorry," Haruka muttered. "I didn't think they'd start harassing you."
"Why am I still getting caught up in your mess? Because they can't go near Terashima Lila, I'm the sub?"

Rikka looked down, "You know, I'm not strong when it comes to this stuff."

"I need closure...." Rikka muttered. She came back here for him, only to find out about his relationship to another woman. Rikka felt heartbroken.
"The next two weeks.. I'll make it up to you, okay? We can't date, but I'll treat you like I did before," he gently kissed her forehead. "Don't cry anymore. I don't know what to do if you cry."
'He doesn't know?' But when it comes to Terashima Lila, he sure knows what he is doing. She sounds like a bitter witch right now.
"Why don't you take a bath?" Rikka moved away from his arms. While she felt comfortable whenever he held her, she knew it was no longer the same for him.

Rikka awkwardly waved him off and slumped to the seat. Exactly what is she trying to do? Guilt trip him? It's not like anything will change now. Haruka won't go for her anymore. Haruka he saved her. But how did he know she was there?

"Are you stalking us? Your crazy!" Rikka exclaimed. She knew her cousin had some screws loose, but this was too much. "I'm telling you, Sophia, leave Haruka alone already. He's perfectly happy with his life now, and he's living happily with the woman he loves. Leave him alone; he doesn't need to you to interfere with his life."
"Hahahaa," Sophia laughed. "You've lost it, huh?"

"My dear cousin, I made sure when you first met him that you'd fall for him so badly. Wasn't Haruka the perfect guy to you?"
Rikka felt herself freeze when she hears those words. What is Sophia talking about?

Haruka eventually came out. While he wore a shirt, the clothes stuck to his body, revealing his muscles. "You can take that off. I won't harass you," Rikka commented. Doesn't he usually walk around naked after a bath?
Haruka laughed, "Well, I need to stop the bad habit of walking around shirtless, according to my wife. Thanks for the thought," he walked over to the chair and sat down. "This looks good; you can cook now."

"Haruka, can I sit beside you?"
The request seemed harmless, but Rikka had hidden intentions. Haruka nodded, and she walked over. However, right at that moment, Haruka's phone rang. He quickly got up, "Hello? Hmmm? Wife?" Haruka exited the room.
Rikka stared at his back and sighed. What's with this situation? It's almost like Terashima Lila is spying on them.

When she realized that he was taking far too long, she decided to find him. She found him in the guest room, changing his clothes. 'Wow...' Rikka thought. Is it her, or did he get hotter than before?
"Sorry, I didn't knock.."

"I bought some of your old stuff over... Since your staying tonight."
"Thanks," Haruka gratefully accepted the bag from her. "You know, you're making it a bit obvious."

"You keep checking me out. Should I really stay here?" Haruka joked.
Her face turned scarlet at his words. "I've never seen you like this before. So, you can get embarrassed?"
"Of course, I'm human too."
"Indeed," Haruka edged closer. "I wonder why I didn't notice before."
What is he doing? She can't look him in the eyes like this. "Why are you getting this nervous? I'm not even doing anything."

Haruka chuckled, "Alright, I won't mess with you anymore," he pulled out his packet of cigarettes but frowned. "Got one?"
Rikka nodded and walked over to the bedside table. She pulled out a fresh packet from the drawer and gave it to him. His lips curve to a sly smirk, "Ah, you keep these here?"
"Well, my boyfriend doesn't smoke..."
"Hm? You have someone new now?"
"My father set me up for a blind date... Yes, I have someone."
"I see, I hope he treats you well."
'Is that it?' That's his reaction to all of this? Then again, did she actually expect him to get jealous? Even when they dated, Haruka never got jealous. Recalling what Sophia said earlier, Rikka wanted to ask. 'Is it true?' Haruka, was he pretending the entire time?
