Chu Rong messed up Qiao Zhiya’s hair again. He then turned to Lao Xu and solemnly said, “I’ll leave the rest to you.”

Lao Xu quickly waved his hand to show that Chu Rong didn’t have to do this, and replied, “This is what I should do.”

Qiao Zhiya fell into Lao Xu’s hands again, but this time it was a normal basic inspection to see the youth’s skeletal structure and health.

Half an hour later, Old Xu flipped through the list in his hand, dazed and pleasantly surprised, “Although his bone is slender, its hardness is much higher than that of an adult, and it is also very strong. It doesn’t look like it has prematurely stopped growing and is damaged. This qualification…”

Chu Rong straightened the cuffs of his training clothes slowly. “Can he reach S-level physique, then?”

With a glance, Lao Xu shook his head amusedly. “Marshal, you are really… sigh. Oh well. I can design a training plan for him. As long as he practices properly, it will be just a matter of time before this kid achieves success.”

Chu Rong was finally satisfied. He snuck a glance at the excited-looking Qiao Zhiya, and a smile blossomed on his face. He really loved this feeling.

After the training plan was drawn up, Qiao Zhiya finally understood the reason why Chu Rong didn’t let him learn boxing with Chu Yan last weekend – learning martial arts should be adjusted to one’s ability. Chu Yan was suitable for boxing, but it might not be the case for him.

And he also learned that since Chu Yan was ten years old – that is, seven years ago – he had come here regularly to adjust his training plan every month or so. He was a small master of martial arts, but he has no chance to show it off.

After a day of training, Qiao Zhiya was so tired that he fell asleep as soon as she got in the car. After returning home, he ate and took a shower as if sleepwalking, and then was put on the bed by Chu Rong — the bed in his room was still in the storage ring, so Chu Rong had no other choice but to let Qiao Zhiya sleep in his bed again.

Without the help of drinking a lot of water before going to bed, he slept until dawn, and naturally he couldn’t do his treatment plan. He was so angry that he beat his forehead twice after getting up, and then secretly made an extra dose of potion and kept it at home.

After bidding farewell to Chu Rong and returning to school, Qiao Zhiya, who finally got the money for selling the knife, immediately logged into the Internet. He found the classroom was still locked until he could pay the fee, so the paid it off immediately. He then reviewed what he learned in the last trial class while waiting for the teacher to arrive.

This classroom was unique, as other classes normally were open 24 hours a day to accommodate students from different time zones and planets. Usually, there were multiple teachers in a class rotated into a shift. Compared to the bearded teacher classroom, which only had him as the sole teacher, and it was only in operation for 2 hours a day.

But Qiao Zhiya doesn’t care about these, he only has time to come up at night and on weekends. For him, as long as he can have a fixed meeting time with the bearded teacher during these time periods, he would be satisfied. For the rest, he could self-study.

At 8 o’clock in the evening, the classroom of the bearded teacher finally opened. He entered it immediately, showed him a payment card, and said excitedly, “Good evening, laoshi. I have renewed the fee. Look!”

The bearded man nodded. He motioned the youth to sit down, operated something on the podium, then directly took out the textbook. “Do you remember what I taught you last time?”

Qiao Zhiya, who had been preparing for a long time, nodded immediately. He was going to tell the teacher, but he stopped the youth. Instead, he opened the textbook and said, “Alright, I know you remembered it. In that case, I’ll teach you something new. I’ll start with the material handling, from the ones that started with A.”

Qiao Zhiya definitely liked this learning rhythm! Very efficient!

At the end of the full two-hour teaching, the bearded teacher handed him a document for him to read in his free time. They agreed on a fixed schedule, which is every Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 10:00 pm, rest on Friday and Saturday, and resumed on every Sunday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a 1 hour break in the middle.

Qiao Zhiya left the classroom with a lot of enthusiasm, noticing that this paid classroom was actually marked as full of students, he was stunned, and then squinted and smiled — he seemed to be lucky enough to meet a super good teacher.

A new week of classes begins, the end-of-term review month has officially arrived. This also meant that the school’s mecha pilot competition has also entered the final preparation period.

The time for the evening was arranged. Qiao Zhiya was worried that the energy blade could not be repaired before the start of the game, so he squeezed out the lunch break at noon, and planned to seize the time to fix Chu Yan’s energy blade before the game. After all, this competition was also responsible for a huge chunk of Chu Yan’s grade.

After school in the morning, he turned to the campus trade area and rented a laboratory. He took out the energy blade, condensed the magic power on his fingertips, touched the repaired section of the energy blade, and penetrated the magic power into it.

The energy reaction where he hammered it down with magical power last time was very chaotic. He drove the magic power around in a circle, first to appease the energy of the ore itself that was a little bit at a loss during the forging, and then along the place where it wasn’t perfectly smelted. Little by little, section by section, he processed it.

This was a meticulous job, but Qiao Zhiya did not have enough time, so the progress of the weapon’s repair has been slowed down indefinitely.

A week passed in a hurry, and it was Friday again. Qiao Zhiya left a note in the corner of the window before eating as usual, with his communication number written on it—the uncertainty of leaving a note to communicate is too high, and it was better to use a communicator.

The note at the window had disappeared when he came back from the meal, and there was a box of familiar snacks in the corner. At the same time, a message came from an unfamiliar communication number, wishing him good grades in the final exam.

Qiao Zhiya put away the snacks, sent a thank you message in return, and changed the name of the unfamiliar number to “Ning Kongran”.

And as for the weekends, Qiao Zhiya was taken to the ancient martial arts hall by Chu Rong to stretch his tendons several times. By the fifth time, he no longer felt pain, and he didn’t feel any special feeling after taking a medicinal bath. His whole body seemed to be light. After a lap, his strength seems to have increased a bit. With results fully visible, it meant this part of his training was successful.

Old Xu praised him as a natural martial arts seedling, and wanted to keep him in the ancient martial arts hall for a long time to train. Chu Rong’s face turned black when he heard it, and he refused the invitation mercilessly for him, and ended the day’s training ahead of schedule.

This meant that starting next week, he didn’t need to train there. He just need to follow the training plan at the house’s gym instead.

When the first snow fell on the Capital Planet, the final exam of the Intermediate Academy began.

“Bah. The exam this time is waaaay too easy.” Coming out of the exam room, Yun Xiachu snorted in arrogance. He glanced at Qiao Zhiya, who was quietly watching the snow. Then, he coughed uncomfortably, and continued, “I heard that your roommate finished class early and went home already. I-if, if you are afraid of living alone, I, I can take you in as an emergency ro-roommate or something! I can give you half of the bed. Of course, you have to bring your own quilt! I will not sleep with you in the same quilt! “After speaking, he put on a straight face, raised his hand and pulled the hat on his head, covering his slightly hot ears.

Qiao Zhiya came back to his senses and was amused by the young boy’s awkward look. He helped him straighten his hat and replied, “Thank you for your kindness, but the mecha competition is about to start. I have a xiao di there and I want to watch him compete.”

The fifth grade exam was scheduled at the end, so he planned to live in Chu Yan’s dormitory to cheer him up. As for the title of “xiao di”… He firmly believes that he, who has grown up in the Magic Continent, is older than Chu Yan!

“The younger brother you mean is Chu Yan?” Yun Xiachu’s face stopped blushing, and he immediately said in distaste, “He actually has the nerve to treat you as his caretaker. Isn’t he so shameless? Anyway, just go if you like. Take care of him or something. I-I’ll be fine, of course!! And uhm. Anyways, I’m going home after the exam…”

As he spoke, his voice became more unsteady while he blushed furiously. In the end, he hastily said something before running off, “I will bring you a special product from my hometown!”

Qiao Zhiya watched him go, squinted his eyes and smiled. Then, he went to his own dormitory.

After tidying up the things in the dormitory, he first sent a message to Chu Rong, and then went directly to Chu Yan’s dormitory in Campus A.

Chu Yan’s dormitory was also shared by two people. His roommate is Yuan Xiu, his best friend. They all know each other well, and it’s fun to live together.

At this time, technology showed its convenient and quick side. Chu Yan removed the sofa in the living room, took out a mobile simple cabin and placed it against the wall, and adjusted the position a little, so a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom was installed in the living room. This was where Qiao Zhiya will live for the next few days.

“This is from Erge. Aiyah… he really doesn’t want me to have a sleepover with you huh. He said that I kick and snore in my sleep, so I’ll definitely annoy you to death if we share a bed.” Chu Yan looked at it with disgust and hatred. He actually knew that his Erge was just overprotective over Qiao Zhiya, his future… sister-in-law. Blergh.

Qiao Zhiya, who was curiously observing the room, rolled his eyes.

Chu Rong wasn’t here but his presence could piss Chu Yan off. It’s honestly awe-inspiring.

“Damn it! Xiang Kun actually lived next door to us! He said he was going to help Liu Hongzi overhaul his mecha and install new weapons! He’s targeting us, isn’t he?” Yuan Xiu barged in with a loud howl.

“What?” Chu Yan exploded immediately when he heard it. He rolled up his sleeves and rushed out, cursing, “Okay, these two idiots actually combined together. Just in time, let’s see if I don’t beat them to death! Two birds in one stone, baby!!”

Yuan Xiu was stunned and ran to him. He hugged Chu Yan’s waist pleadingly and held him off. He tried his best to persuade his explosive best friend. “Don’t fight, don’t fight, the game is about to start, you can’t fist-fight them!!”
