Leolde stares at Baynard, keeping the crumbling wall at the edge of his vision. Baynard's neck is throbbing, as if his body is not used to the seriousness of the situation after a long time.

Behind Baynard, the collapsed wall returns to its original shape. It seemed that the  mage had hastily repaired the destroyed wall. The audience is now at ease.

Baynard slowly walks towards Leolde.Baynard turns his shoulders to check his body, and Leolde shoots his magic at him without any restraint.

"Lightning!"

A flash of lightning was about to pierce Baynard. Just when it looked like Lightning was going to hit him, Baynard swung his greatsword and flicked Lightning away. Leolde's face twitched at  this sight.

(You've got to be kidding. ......!)

Just because it was played once doesn't mean it won't work. So, Leolde unleashes Lightning again and again.

However, all of these attacks were repelled by the great sword that Baynard wielded.

Leoldoe understands that Lightning can't get through to Baynard if he's so quirky.

"Fu ......."

Once he has caught his breath, Leolde  readies his sword. He runs towards Baynard, who is coming towards him.

As he approaches Baynard, Leolde swings his sword. Baynard, on the other hand, avoids Leolde's sword and slams his big sword into Leolde.

Leolde twists his upper body to avoid the approaching sword, and then swings his sword again to strike Baynard. However, Leoldoes sword does not reach Baynard.

"!?"

Leolde swung his sword, and Baynard lightly grabbed the sword . Of course, Leolde was not taking it easy on him. It was a sword that he wielded in an attempt to strike a serious blow. The speed of the sword was not something that could be easily caught.

But in fact, Baynard saw through Leolde's strike and grabbed the blade to stop it.

It was overwhelming. Baynard showed Leolde an unbridgeable gap in ability.

Leolde . who was grabbed by the blade, put all his strength into pulling it out, but it didn't budge. In the meantime, Baynard swung his greatsword and tried to cut down Leolde. Leolde decides to let go of his weapon, his sword, in order to escape the approaching greatsword.

Leolde  flies backwards to avoid the large sword. He separated himself from  him , but at the same time, he let go of his weapon. It was a painful mistake, but it was unavoidable because if he had stuck to his sword, he would have been hit by the sword.

(What to do? Magic can't hit him . I can't win with sword. ......)

 (Haha ...... that's a desperate situation ......!)

 ( Hahahahahaha!)

(I'm not going to give up just because of this!)

! He lowers his hips and closes the distance between himself and Baynard.

Leolde invades Baynard's pocket and slams his fist into him. However, Baynard is not oblivious to Leolde's approach.

He catches Leolde's fist with his big sword. He was blocked by the big sword, but Leolde turned his body and unleashed a spinning kick.

But even that was stopped by Baynard. You'll be able to find a lot of people who are interested in this sort of thing.

Leolde dodged the flash of a horizontal cut and used the momentum to deliver a summersault. He goes for the chin, but Baynard grabs his leg.

Leolde uses his unhooked leg to kick Baynard, but Baynard throws him away before he can do so.

Leolde, who was thrown, flipped his body in the air and landed on the wall, thinking that he would crash into the wall. He then kicks the wall with enough force to break it and flies like a bullet towards Baynard.

Baynard, waiting for Leolde  to fly at him, grasps his greatsword in both hands and raises it high in the sky. As soon as Leolde  is in range of Baynard, he swings the sword down. The slash from the blade splits the arena and crashes into the wall, blocked by the warding.

The spectators who had been watching the match thought that Leolde had been cut. However, Leolde was nowhere to be found. As the crowd was looking for him, Baynard stepped back from the scene.

Then, Leolde  jumped out from where Baynard had been standing. It seems that he had been hiding in the ground.

"What the hell kind of magic did he use to escape into the ground?""

Baynard asked, curious about how he  had hidden in the ground. Leolde  was flying through the air and approaching Baynard he was fo the ground.

"Do you think I tell you?"

" That's right. You don't want to expose your hand to the enemy!"

Baynard laughed at Leolde for saying the obvious.

(Well, it's a gray area, but I just used the barrier as a foothold, changed direction to the ground, and dug a hole with earth magic to escape!)

According to the rules of the tournament, magical and physical barriers are prohibited. But in this case, it was difficult to deliberate. If he had used it to prevent an attack, he would have lost by foul play, but Leolde used it only as an aid.

This is very suspicious, but since no one is going to pursue it,  he just ignore it for now.

Leolde picked up a sword that had been lying at his feet for some time. This was the sword that Leolde  had given away and Baynard had taken, but Baynard had no need for it, so it had been thrown away.

"'Now, let's start all over again!"

With his sword at the ready, Leolde started to run. He leapt towards Baynard and swung his sword down.

The two swords clashed with a gurgle and sparks flew. Leolde puts his entire body weight into it, but Baynard shakes him off.

As he lands backwards, Leolde  charges forward without discipline. Baynard wonders about his reckless assault.

(What are you thinking? You at least understand that you can't win by just coming at  me  in the dark. ......)

It was thought that the plan was to turn the ground into a swamp again to break his stance, but the moment Baynard put his foot down behind him, the foothold collapsed.

Baynard is slow to react to the unexpected event. He was cut down by Leolde when he lost his stance.

"......!"

As soon as he pulled Leolde away from him, Baynard checked his feet. A pit had formed there. There was no sign that Leolde had set it up. If that was the case, Baynard wondered when the pit had been created.

(No way. ......! That's when he was hiding in the ground!)

When Baynard found out the answer, he turned to look at Leolde. There was Leoldoe grinning as if he had successfully decided on a plan.

(I see. You've been repeatedly assaulting me to lead me here from the beginning.)

"It's brilliant. But the bracelet is not broken yet.

That's right. Unless you break the bracelet, you can't call it a victory. After finally striking the first blow, Leolde regained his composure and readied his sword.
