A CONFESSION A DAY BREAKS RIKKUN'S NOSE ALL THE WAY

What should I do? What should I do?

If Rikkun converts himself into a priest, I will never have the chance to marry him! My dream team of eight children will never be granted! I've gone so far now, and this timeline is the only chance I got!

That's my wandering thought as I rushed to the school grounds with buttered toast stuck on my mouth. It's still half-an-hour early for class, but I'm planning to ambush the man I secretly love in our classroom. I already went to Heushac's house, and nobody's there except Eliseo who is doing his 'secret job' in front of a webcam. I can only assume that Rikkun is already at school.

As I opened the classroom door, I immediately swallowed the toasted whole and then made a greeting! "G-GOODMORNING RIKKUN!!!"

Some of the early bird classmates were startled, but not that heartthrob blonde. It's given because he's at the far side of the room, and some girl is attending on him.

More like confessing.

It's the adorable tiny student from another class. She has this twin ponytail hairstyle on her brown hair, and a blushing face.

"U-Um… I know that you have been rejected lately… But I am here for you! I-I may not be as beautiful and talented as Miss Tiara Hikari, but I can assure you that I have a good heart. A-And I will give it to you…" The shy girl bowed.

"I'm sorry, I don't need a heart transplant." Rikkun said with an "I don't care" stare.

"Wha-..." The girl was astounded. Then she proceeded to run away as she cried: "A-Alaric rejected meeeeee! Uwaaaaah!!!"

Heushac glanced at Rikkun with a smirk. "Looks like the Arrogant King is back on the game."

"Hell yeah, I am." He returned the smile and made a high-five with his best bud.

I really hate it when Rikkun is so rude to somebody who made a lot of effort to confess. I mean, a love confession is born from a girl's strong sense of emotions and feelings of bravery! I can't even muster my courage to do it, and here he is, just throwing the poor girl's feelings in a smart-aleck reply. Why won't he reject those feelings in a proper manner!?

He needs to be punished!

"Uh-oh." Heushac muttered as he saw me approaching Rikkun's desk. Then he pulled out his phone and pretended to play games.

Meanwhile, Rikkun's defense is wide open. He's just leaning on his arm while giving a carefree yawn.

"Pwah!"

As soon as my left fist went straight to his nose, Rikkun started rolling to the ground.

"What the heck is wrong with you!?" He cried.

"You never learn! I always said that you have to reject girls in a more appropriate manner, and here you are, doing it all over again! How many times do I have to tell you, Rikkun!"

"Shut up! You think that I've become soft due to my character development? No! So just mind your own business, you freaking witch!"

The moment he uttered the W-word, my consciousness stopped. I lost the power to reason and hold back.

"Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-You dumb blonde asshole!"

Bam! A loud punch echoed around the whole campus.

It's already lunch break.

My reasoning has finally returned to me, and now I'm feeling guilty. I always hurt the man I love with these fists. I think I overdid it this time. No… I always overdo it. I really need to apologize to him.

"Hey, Rikku-"

Rikkun already stood up and went out of the room, holding his aching nose. I-Is he still angry at me? I really need to say sorry! I can't afford to have a long-term quarrel with him!

I chased him until we reached the overcrowded cafeteria, where he is already in front of the line, waiting for his turn to give his order. It's so busy in this place at this time of the day, and mixed noises can be heard everywhere.

I slide myself through the horde of students just to close our distance.

And there, I'm finally beside him. I pinched his sleeve, but it seems that he's focused on giving his order. He's having a hard time speaking because of his clogged nose.

"Han I order an ice hold hehsi?" Rikkun's voice is inaudible.

"You want to order what?" The fat cafeteria lady asked.

"Hehsi! I want ho horder hehsi!"

"I don't understand you, please stop holding your nose!" The cafeteria lady's eyebrows irked.

"Hehsi! I hwant hehsi!"

I think Rikkun wants to order Pepsi. But the cafeteria lady didn't understand. She got so pissed that she assaulted Rikkun with a choke, shaking his neck left and right!

"What the hell would you like to order!"

"Kuuuuk! Kuuuuk! Kuuuuk!" That's all Rikkun can mutter since his windpipes are being squeezed!

"Oh, a Coke?" The cafeteria lady made a dumb laugh as she finally released the poor blonde from her grasps. "Hahaha! You could've told me sooner. One ice-cold Coke it is!"

"U-Ummm… I think it's Pepsi…" I corrected the lady.

"Oh aren't you the cute girl who rejected this turd?" The cafeteria lady smiled as she grabbed a can of soda from the fridge. "One can of Pepsi, here you go!"

As soon as I got my hands on the chilling can, I gently placed it to Rikkun's palms.

"H-Hank you…" He said coldly while holding his nose. I couldn't understand him but I think he's not angry at me, at the very least.

Anyway… He' so cuuuute~

Maybe it's better if his nose stays broken so that I can serve him as my own kid!

When we got out of the crowd, I immediately pinched his nose. I can't resist~

"Ow! Owowowow!!!"

My fingertips glowed green as I silently used my <Healing Touch> to repair his nose. When I felt that there is no more blood blocking his sinuses, I released his nose and I tried to give off an oblivious smile.

"There, all back to normal~"

Rikkun sighed. "It's your fault in the first place…"

So he's angry! My eyes widened in shock. I bowed several times while repeating the words "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" so that he can forgive me!

"Fine. Fine. It's our daily routine. You punch me, you heal me, and you punch me again. You don't have to apologize since you're right. I really am rude." Rikkun said with a blush as he scratched the back of his head.

I held my chest as I exhaled. I'm so blissful that Rikkun is this forgiving.

Then there is this awkward silence again. Gosh, this is my talent.

Wait, I have to ask him about something...

"A-Anyway… U-Umm… Is it true? T-That you wanted to become a priest?"

There was a long silence between us. I carefully watched his lips and prepared my heart for his answer. No matter his decision is, I will respect him.

"...Yes."

"E-Eh?"

"Look." Rikkun happily presented a card that says Friendzone Club ID. That ID contains his 1x1 close-up picture together with his vital stats, such as name, age, year level, and how many times you got friend zoned! And at the upper part of his name states his position in the said club. He's…. He's…

"Yep! I'm a high-priest candidate for the Friendzone Club. The members highly appreciate my hate to femininity since I just got dumped."

"E-Eh?" I tilted my head, unable to grasp what he's talking about.

"I'm sure that the Friendzone Club members would vote for me this coming election. They should have recognized that I don't really have luck in getting any girl's heart." Rikkun said with an unpaintable smile on his face.

Geez, I just got a mini-heart attack! I thought he would like to become a Catholic priest which will make it impossible for me to have a happy ending with him.

But I'm quite worried about his new club of choice...

Suddenly, a new girl approached us. She gracefully presented a love letter on her palms as she bowed. "Please accept my feelings, Mister Alaric Eisenhower, your highness!"

Rikkun accepted the Valentines card, but he immediately tossed it out the window as if it was a shuriken! That resulted in another sorrowful cry of the confessing girl that echoed around the corridors!

"Uwaaaaah! Alaric threw my feelings away!" The girl cried as she exited the scene.

"...Rikkun~" I made an adorable smile at him as I secretly cracked my fists.

"W-Wait, I didn't say anything offensive!"

Bam!
