I WILL RISK IT ALL!

"Di...a...dem…" I muttered.

My cheeks are now overflowing with warm water coming from my eyes. Seeing my own twin brother being sliced into half is the most horrible thing I have seen.

"Tia...ra… my… beautiful... sister…"

With his remaining hand left, he crawled and wrapped warmth to my praying hands. His face is pale, and almost out of the blood. Red fluid gushed out from his mouth, nose, and eyes. It's a miracle that even he can manage to stay alive this long even though his body has been cut off.

"Aw, that's so sad and touching." The Outsider mocked.

"<Moonlight Waltz>!!!" That was Freyr's voice! Everything was engulfed by darkness, and there is a thousand silver streak! But sadly, The Outsider used his time powers again to evade that attack.

"Key, continue on treating Helena's wounds! I'll take the Outsider!" Freyr said as he charged forward with his crimson sword.

Key/Athena nodded in agreement. Helena is no longer in critical condition thanks to Freyr's <Enhanced Healing Touch>, but they must continue the treatment so that Helena's life wouldn't be exposed to danger once again.

Clang! Clang! Clang! The crashing sound of the blades between the God of Kings and the Man who fell in love with the Frozen Soul shatters the wind.

Freyr made blinding slashes to the Outsider, and the Outsider parried his attacks with his white sword. That wicked man had this smile on his face as he fights, telling us that he's amused in watching our friends die.

"Damn youuuuu!!!" Freyr cried.

<>

"Diadem! Diadem!" I hollered out loud. I wanted to heal him. I wanted to reattach his torn lower half to his upper body. I want to abandon my duty in singing the <Song of Salvation> so that I can save him...

Diadem tightened his squeeze on my praying hands, telling me that I shouldn't do that.

"Don't… move… the Frozen Soul… will delete us… if you stop channeling the <Song of Time>." Diadem smiled with his blood-red lips.

"Diadem…" I cried.

"Don't answer… Just listen to me… Listen… I love you, my beautiful twin sister… And I'm sorry… that I made you suffer… for so long. You deserve Alaric… than anybody else… You deserve a happy ending together… I can see how much… he loves you… and I can see how much you… love him too. I'm sorry… if I forced you… to repeat the timelines just to save… him. I'm sorry… if I killed him… over and over… again..."

Blood splashed out from his mouth as he tried hard to speak.

"Diadem!" I cried. "I already forgave you a long time ago!"

"Tiara… Thank… You…"

Diadem closed his eyes, and tears flowed from his closed eyelids. There is no sign that he will open it ever again.

No.

No.

This is not happening.

So many people have died just because of this. But I couldn't blame Rikkun, my father, or Diadem for making a contract with that Outsider. He always forged our destinies so that they cannot resist his offer. The Outsider has been planning this revival of the Frozen Soul for eternity.

But… Why does he have to take lives from us?

He took Heushac, Rikkun's best friend. He may be an idiot like me and smells so bad, but he's the best ally you can be accompanied with. He is the one carrying the morale of the group with unbreakable guts and willpower.

He took Eliseo, our homosexual clown. He might be annoying for the boys, but he gave intelligent advice to us girls. Laughing with him is like sitting at the center of a funny gay bar.

He took Emily, our adorable maid. She is my last love rival, and she is always plotting on Rikkun and my breakup, but that's the only bad thing about her. She's willing to do our chores and let herself act like a slave.

He injured Helena and my father. They may be safe from the brink of death, but still, the fact remains that the Outsider hurt my biological father and my sister-like senior.

And now, he took Diadem, my twin brother. He's kind, gentle, and considerate, a complete opposite of my boyfriend. Most of the time, he's the enemy. But during the short moment that we've been allies, I realized that he is the dream brother that I wanted the most.

I don't want to see more deaths.

I don't want to see Asumi-nee, Key-chan, Helena, or my father dying.

And… I can't afford to see Rikkun die again.

I shall do it.

I shall do it.

I will risk everything just to stop the deaths. I will put a stop to the Outsider. I will have the power to destroy the Frozen Soul.

"<God Core Release: King's Judgment>!!!"

A blinding sword-arrow has been unleashed for the thirty-seventh time. And the same as the other thirty-six <King's Judgment> attacks, all of those have been reflected by the Outsider's shield.

"<Kaleidoscope Counter>!!!" The Outsider returned the attacks a hundredfold back to the God of Kings.

Freyr used him <Presage> to evade the attacks that return to him.

"You're just wasting your time!" The Outsider laughed. "If your arrow is not the <Heart of Light>, I can easily counter it. But of course, if you draw the <Heart of Light> from Tiara, then I'll be able to transform to Yog-Sothoth again."

"Ha…." The God of Kings let out a heavy exhale, depleting the divine powers on his body. He transformed back into a plain Gate Guardian.

Rikkun is heavily panting. He has already exhausted the power of the God Core that has been delegated to him, and yet, he still has to give a deadly blow to The Outsider. That crazy man with the white sword is so amused in playing sword fight with my boyfriend.

Seeing his exhausted state, I couldn't help but worry. He might end up like Heushac, Eliseo, Emily, or Diadem. He might end up dead.

I have made my mind to risk it all.

I have to do it.

With determination, I will never give up!

I inhaled lots of air so that my shout could reach my lover's ears. "Rikkun! Use the <Heart of Light> from me!"

"Tiara…" Rikkun stared at me with his beautiful emerald eyes. At first, I can sense doubt in his gaze, questioning why am I suggesting such a stupid idea. But for about three seconds, he finally decided to trust me. He nodded and held the platinum ring on his ring finger.

The platinum ring that is hanged on my necklace glowed and created a glowing portal in my heart.

The very same Gate opened in front of Rikkun's hands. The platinum hilt of the sword emerged from the portal, and the blonde knight didn't hesitate to draw it.

"Idiots!" The Outsider laughed. "<Outer God Core: Yog-Sothoth Ascension>!!!"

The Outsider held his chest, and his body transformed into an omnipotent god once again. "You're such an idiot for removing the nail that is keeping me pinned. So now, this is the end game."

Rikkun pointed the edge of the blade up in the skies, and silver wind swirled upon it. But before he can charge enough energy, The Outsider made his move.

"Begone." The Outsider whispered as he reached out his hands pointing to Rikkun. In an instant, Rikkun's body was converted to glowing dust that exploded like fireworks.

"Alaric!" Key and Asumi-nee shouted.

"Rikkun!" I cried.

"Hahaha! I have deleted him from existence! You are an idiot for having him draw the <Heart of Light>...!!!"

"I will never die that easily!" A familiar voice echoed.

After one second, the glowing sparks of dust reforged itself to form Rikkun! He's back from being nothing, and now, his platinum sword's blade is glowing with golden light. He's now ready to charge his final attack.

"You willed your existence once again!?" The Outsider's eyes are filled with disbelief. "Just how long are you able to keep on resisting!?"

"I'll stay alive as long as you're not defeated!" Rikkun made a war cry as he pointed the edge towards his main target. It's not The Outsider. It's the Frozen Soul.

Rikkun closed his eyes as he focused on gathering the energy that I will be supplying him. I canceled Key-chan and Asumi-nee's transformation as goddesses and concentrated all the power of the twelve God Cores in the <Heart of Light>.

"God Cores Installed!" Rikkun muttered. As he mentions the name of the gods, the platinum sword flashed a blinding light. "Freyr… Neptune… Venus… Hel… Mercury… Zeus… Odin… Vishnu… Mars… Ra… Athena… Haliya..."

A gigantic pillar of light surged upon the sword and soon engulfed Rikkun's body. Golden balls of light swirled upon him and the <Heart of Light>, and rainbow particles started to coat the platinum sword. Its blade is now full of colors and love of Rikkun and me, and all those friends and families who have left us behind.

"I won't let you hurt Erylle!" The Outsider cried as his crimson eyes glowed. Everything went black and white once again as he readied his white sword with a swift attack. "<Tachyon Blitz>!!!"

With a speed faster than light, he managed to close in the distance. He's now just in front of Rikkun.

"You're dead!" The Outsider laughed. "You can never win against anyone who can control time-!!!"

Just before he can stab the sword to my lover, a miracle happened.
