Inside of Daniella's apartment, Evan was sitting on the couch with his laptop on his lap, while Daniella was preparing their lunch.
She turned her look to the man on the couch that didn't utter any single word, with that she narrowed her eyes and walked close to him. She put her hand on her waist and the corner of her eyes crinkled.
What's he doing here if he's not talking!!! She said in her mind.
She thought that Evan will help him cooking, she even imagine that they will be like the sweet couples she saw in the movie where he will give her a back hug and kiss her on her cheek and neck but she realize that it's impossible so she took a deep breath and slump her body beside him when he didn't look at her.
''Do I need to get naked before you will look at me?'' she asked and pouted her lips. She's no longer staying at the villa therefore their time was short and she really thought this guy missed her. With that in mind. She remove the laptop on his lap to transfer it on the table and then she lay her head down on his lap.
His brown eyes dropped on her small face. When he received her call this morning he was in the middle of finishing his proposal and decided to continue it in her place. He drove so fast as he was afraid that James will take her away.

With a flat expression he took a deep breath and brush his hand to her hair.
''Daniella, if you want our future kids to have a good life, you need to let me work'' he said with a husky voice then smiled at her and bend down to kiss her forehead. He was really trying so hard to control himself. When he kissed her outside he just wanted to carry and throw her on the bed, but the proposal need to be submitted before lunch. It's the proposal for the new commercial building that they wanted.
The location of the place was perfect, it was previously a hospital but due to the fire the government decided to sell it. Now he wanted to get that land so they can build a new mall, the location was inside the city so he decided that it will be another successful project.
When Daniella heard that she feel butterfly in her stomach, she got up and kneel sit on the couch while facing him, her eyes were twinkled and give him a big smile.
''Okeydoke, but what is it about''? after saying that she took the laptop and put it on her lap.
Evan didn't stopped her instead he put his hand around her shoulder and guide her about the proposal.
''Here, this old hospital, the government put it on sell last week, and I am planning to get the project so I can build another mall.'' He explained and look at her only to see her so concentrated, then he decided continued.
''Here's my proposal, by the end of the month the government will choose the right company and sell it in the agreed price''. After hearing it Daniella tilted her head and look up to him.
''What do you mean government?, the hospital might be owned by the government but the land is not'' she said that made him furrowed his eyebrow of confusion.

''Hi Doc. I missed you , sorry I didn't call you for super long time, anyway I will go straight to the point''
She said excitedly after hearing her voice.

''ok dear, I will book my flight for tonight and I will stay in my house so you and your boyfriend can visit me on your free time, and don't worry about Nelson (Minister of Land) the first thing I will do once I landed is to kick his ass, ha ha ha'' upon hearing it they both laugh and bid their goodbyes.

He looked at her asking if he can have her consent to answered the phone. She just laugh and nodded at him.
" hello" he answered in a toneless voice.
"Evan we received the money that Lisa took, the financial just informed me about it" the man over the phone blurted out .
His eyebrow crumpled upon hearing it, his eyes focus on the girl in front of him who was enjoying her pasta.
" I will be there soon " he said and hung up the phone.
Daniella didn't heard his conversation but she knew that it was Kirby given the circumstances. After he hung up the phone she raised her face and slurp the pasta thread that was hanging on her mouth.
"what happened?" she asked him and wipe the remaining sauce in her mouth.
"it's Kirby, the financial department got the money back that Lisa stole" he said in a usual tone.
Then she just nodded as response. She didn't ask how did it happened since its herself that transfer the money. She just hope that he will not suspect her.
" then are you going?" when she saw that he also finished his food she got up to clean the table.
"yup, I will come back tonight and sleep here.:" then he stood up and help her to put the plates on the sink. When she saw that she stopped his hand from picking up the plates.
" babe. Go and rest in the couch I will put this dishes in the washer. No need to help, Ok?" she said with a sweet voice
When Evan saw her bright smile, he planted a kiss on her forehead and pack his laptop. Just like what she said, she finished putting the dishes in the washer in one minute, He furrowed his eyebrow and wondered.
She moved faster than the flash.
He said to himself but at the same time seeing her in the kitchen with her causal clothes and him preparing to work made him feel satisfied. He took a deep sighed and walked to her and hug her from behind while kissing her neck.
After a small kissed daniella turned around and grab him by the hand. He was wondering why she did that.
He thought that she will stopped him from going back to work but instead, her hand let go of his hand and it went to his chest and she started fixing the button of his long sleeves and help him fix his tie.
While doing that he can see her face that she's having a hard time doing it. He just smiled and held her hand.
A playful smile was planted in his face.
"you never done this before?" he asked and scoff.
She just pouted in responds and shook her head slowly.
"nope, but I will learn it today so I can help you tie this tomorrow, sorry" she said and lowered her head of humiliation.
To her surprise, Evan's body shake of laughter and patted her head.
"well I am looking forward to it" and he kissed her in the lips. After almost 20 minutes of practicing she was able to tie it correctly, then he pick up his suitcase and daniella walked him out.
When he close the car door daniella knock on the windshield trying to get his attention.
"yes? Do you want me to stay?" he said with a teasing voice and winked at her.
Daniella shook her head and hesitated to talked. His eyebrow tighten and wait for her to speak up.
After some time she whisper to him.
"I.. I am thinking, that maybe …. I ..i will talk to your grandpa and apologize" she said and moved her face closer to the open window and kissed him.
"Ok, I will message him " after that he starts the car and drove away. He understand why she wanted to talked to him.
Based on yesterday incident it will be much better if the two will talk.
