42 Chapter 42: Creating a New Sword Dao!
Xin Yan looked at Noah, her eyes filled with worry. Which increased even further when she saw Noah's aura turning chaotic.
His eyes squeezed shut and sweat started to drip on his face. She moved to come near him and check on him but Elysia appeared in front of her stopping in her tracks.
Xin Yan looked at her coldly demanding an explanation. Elysia, unfazed by her, shook her head. She looked towards Noah and spoke.
"He is having an internal conflict. It is important for him to clear it by himself, if he does it he will be able to do it he will be able to comprehend something extraordinary."
Xin Yan was shocked to hear her words, she looked at the man who was possessing her son's body at the moment and asked "What if he fails?"
Elysia stayed silent for a minute before replying.
"His journey as a cultivator may not last long then."
Xin Yan felt eyes widened and her worries intensified. She bit her lower lips in frustration while seemingly having internal conflict.
A few minutes passed by and with each passing second Noah's aura kept on getting more chaotic.
His energy was now leaking out of the body and he was now covered in sweat from head to toe cursing his robes to stick to his body.
Just when his aura turned constant for a moment something happened that gripped Elysia's heart with panic.
His chaotic qi spiked and a look of worry appeared in Elysia's eyes. Seeing the look Xin Yan was terrified more than shocked that the emotionless girl showed emotion.
Before she could speak the energy around Noah vanished as soon as it appeared without leaving any trace behind.
"He did it." The worry in Elysia's eyes decreased as she mumbled.
Noah opened his eyes and saw two figures looking at him with worry.
He smiled warmly at them. He understood that they were worried for him. He was a little surprised seeing the expression on Elysia's face and asked.
"What happened? Why-" before he could say something else Elysia flew and hugged him at an incredible speed that almost caused Noah to stumble.
"Congratulations on your breakthrough."
Noah was surprised by her sudden intimate action, he patted the back of the usual mature and graceful woman trembling in his arms and replied. "Thank you."
Xin Yan also appeared near them, she felt a slight pang in her heart seeing them so close but she shook her head and dismissed those thoughts.
She looked at Noah and asked.
"What happened, are you fine?" Hearing those questions Noah nodded and started recounting what happened to him when he stopped moving.

"Haha what an amusing young man. Go walk ahead as long as you can cross that black sword and establish your dao. You will be qualified to walk on it."
The man disappeared leaving the last line for Noah to hear.
Shrugging at his words Noah took the first step and felt a pressure appear on him, the pressure he was feeling did not make him feel anything and he continued.
Somewhere far away the figure reappeared beside another figure covered in blue mist. "You seem happy! What happened? Did you bully another junior from the mortal realm?" The sound of a woman resounded again causing the man to flinch. He turned around to see a figure of a woman covered in the same mysterious mist just like him.
But the outline of her body suggested she had a very seductive body.
Seeing the reaction of the man, an aura started leaking from her body causing the man to take a step back.
"Now-now~ calm down! I was just giving pointers to a junior. He wanted to walk his own path. I was just telling him to cross the black sword and he will be able to do it. He might be the son of heaven of some mortal world."
The man replied as he tried to appease the anger of the woman.
"So do you think he will be able to do it? I am surprised he did not just jump to cultivate the Invincible Sword Dao."
"The boy said he wants to cut only when he has to. He doesn't care about being invincible as long as he can cut through something when he wants to."

He even started tapping on the sword only for his finger to pass through it.
"It's done, I should go back. Umm how do I go back?" Noah tried closing his eyes and thought of going back to his body.
"Wai-" his soul started to dissipate as he heard the familiar voice of an old man but it was too late Noah disappeared from the place.
In the place he stood arrived the pair of old man and young woman, who were now covered in mists.
"Tch, he left. I need to keep an eye on this place. He might come here soo-" before he could complete he was smacked on the back of his head.
"Leave the boy alone, father. If it's fate, we might meet him again and do you think this place is something you can visit as you please. It was fate that we were able to have enlightenment at the same time." Hearing these words the man scratched his shadow nose.
Whoever wants to appear in this place needs enlightenment in their sword dao. Their identity will be hidden by the mysterious shadow that appears around everyone who comes in this place.
Even Noah was covered in this shadow just like the pair of father and daughter!
