When Kim San checked the time, it was not much different from the last time he saw it. He guessed he was so absent-minded that he didn’t know that time passed.

As Kim San slowly woke up from his faze, a brief gap seemed to be no big deal.

Two hours passed already. Kim San’s lips were very tingling. He was worried it would be swollen. Gido Hae was buttoning his shirt next to him. When Kim San saw the action, he knew the guiding was over.

As soon as he recognized it, Kim San neatly shook off the last remaining dreary energy. He didn’t know why he felt so sleepy until a while ago.

Gido Hae paused while holding the button, and his gaze landed on Kim San. When their eyes met, Kim San smiled softly while lying down.

Gido Hae, who was standing while watching Kim San’s lips, stepped away. He picks up a blanket and hands it to Kim San.

“Oh, thank you.”

Thinking that he must have looked cold, Kim San roughly draped it over his shoulder. Actually, he wasn’t that cold. Thanks to this, he looked untidy and wasn’t even fully covered with the blanket.

“…….”

Gido Hae frowned at Kim San’s attitude. He seemed to faint for a moment, but was it an illusion?

On the other hand, Kim San, who had been blushing and struggling until a while ago, was sitting on the bed with a pretty fresh face and fluttering his legs. Gido Hae even gave him a blanket to cover his body covered in red marks, but he barely covered his shoulders.

It’s been almost a month since they started guiding every day. Until now, Kim San has shown a fairly consistent attitude. In particular, once he entered the guiding class, he seemed to be properly conscious, but the moment he announced the end, he returned to a clean attitude. The esper in front of him could jump him, but he was not only careless but also sometimes he wasn’t even very sexually aware of it.

If Heo Pil-Sik saw it, he would praise Kim San for having a professional attitude of separating work and life. Gido Hae preferred guides who could tell the difference between work and personal life. He wanted it to happen in the first place, so Gido Hae taught Kim San like he was pressing a switch.

And yet, suddenly, Gido Hae began to find the fact a little jarring.

“Oh, that’s right.”

When the guiding was over, Kim San became hungry. Then he remembered something.

He quickly got up and hurried to the door. Kim San smiled brightly, he wore his top and looked for something on the floor.

“Esper-nim, have you eaten?”

Kim San had already forgotten the feelings he felt while he guided Gido Hae with a kiss. Now, he was just excited to share food with Gido Hae, whom he felt close to.

In particular, Kim San felt closer to Gido Hae because they talked every day. Now that they had gotten this close, it seemed that they would be able to see each other once a year even if he went to another city.

“Have you eaten?”

Kim San asked again because Gido Hae did not answer. Considering that he might not have heard, he asked.

“……No.”

“Then let’s eat this together.”

Looking at Kim San approaching with a bright smile, Gido Hae managed to put on his usual smile. Come to think of it, as soon as Kim San ran to the guiding room, he saw him put something down in front of him. It was food.

Taste was the first sensation that disappeared when he suffered from the lack of guiding. It was also the least useful of the five senses, so Gido Hae didn’t mind. This is because Gido Hae did not attach so much importance to eating. However, it was a challenge to sit face to face for a long time and eat something without taste. Therefore, Gido Hae would always refuse Kim San’s persistent request to eat together.

“I got it from someone I know. I ate a lot of these in my hometown, but it was nice because it had been a while.”

He was annoyed by the way Kim San was rustling and peeling the foil. Gido Hae tried to say no at once, but Kim San’s body, exposed through the open blanket, came into view. This is because Kim San suddenly moved while doing something useless.

This time, Gido Hae’s gaze moved along the heavily shaded collarbone. Then, before he looked to his chest, he suddenly narrowed his eyes.

As expected, Kim San’s embarrassment a while ago was a lie, and now it seemed as if they had come out to play in the water together. It was the same when Gido Hae first asked Kim San to take off his clothes.

Whenever this kind of thing suddenly caught his eyes, it was quite noticeable. Outside of the guiding, Kim San does not perceive himself as a sexual object because he is of the same sex.

As expected, Gido Hae found that fact quite annoying.

“Oh, go ahead.”

Something popped into his mouth before he could explore a new question.

“……”

Obviously, he could have avoided it. However, Kim San was too quick while he was agonizing over how to say no without swearing or making sarcastic comments.

Kim San put something as small as the nail on his finger into his mouth and his eyes lit up. Since he couldn’t taste it, of couse he couldn’t identify it.

When Gido Hae lowered his gaze slightly, wondering if it might have been poisoned, he could see the identity of the food. It was a really ugly steamed potato.

“Isn’t it good?”

“No.”

It was a food that Gido Hae had never eaten even when we he was trapped. There was no way he could say that it was delicious when he had never tasted it in his life. Gido Hae swallowed it forcefully because he thought it would be annoying to make excuses if he spat it out, but he felt as if he was chewing sand.

“Oh….”

Kim San’s face quickly turned sour in response to Gido Hae’s answer. Being kind was annoying, too. Kim San flashed back, opened his eyes, and came to Gido Hae’s ear, just as he was about to make an excuse.

Then he whispered as if he were telling a great secret.

“Spring potatoes are the best. I’ll make it for you next time.”

“…….”

Gido Hae couldn’t help but think seriously whether Kim San was being sarcastic.

It was even more so because it was more natural to poison the potatoes and hand them over. Considering the recordings he heard earlier, it was also credible to assume that Kim San continued this kind of acting out of spite.

But since when exactly did he hear the truth from Park Joo-Hoon.

“Are we meeting tomorrow morning?”

“Yes.”

Kim San thought he didn’t like it, so he organized the potatoes one by one and put them away. Gido Hae thought he would recommend it again since he put food in people’s mouths, which was surprising.

The potato was so ugly that it wouldn’t be strange to throw it right away, but Kim San held it dearly. It was annoying to see him cherish something that wasn’t even worth it.

That wasn’t all. Gido Hae was clearly enjoying the guiding energy as he endlessly explored the inside of that mouth, but his eyes kept getting glued to his small lips. The sensation is still clear, and Gido Hae even felt hypnotized.

“See you tomorrow, Esper-nim.”

Gido Hae smiled as he looked down at Kim San, who promised to meet tomorrow.

The discomfort caused by his father had already evaporated cleanly. However, now a new question called Kim San has accumulated in him, indicating a heavy presence.

***

Don’t really like potatoes?

As he went to bed that evening, Kim San rolled up his blanket and hugged it. There was still a slight sore sensation on his lips.

Kim San couldn’t remember what spirit he had for guiding. He never dreamed that someone else would invade his mouth like that because he only thought about touching lips. It was even more difficult because he didn’t learn the details in the guiding class yet.

Strangely, Kim San’s cheeks were hot even though he was not guiding. Recently, when he think of Gido Hae, there were times when he felt this itchy feeling even if he was not guiding, so Kim San was embarrassed.

The potatoes were really delicious. Kim San had two, so he was going to share it with Gido Hae, but he ended up eating it alone. As a result, Kim Sam cooled them down and dipped one more sticky potato in sugar and one in salt. It took a long time to eat two alone. He missed his hometown because he remembered Lee Hye-Min, who taught him how to eat the two alternately when he was young.

Next time, he would dip it in sugar and give it to him. Potatoes are really delicious. Gido Hae, who doesn’t know this delicious thing, was a little pitiful, so Kim San quietly vowed.

As Kim San was in a daze, he thought of Gido Hae’s lips again. He thought it was a shame that his fingertips only slightly touched his lips when he fed him potatoes. Why was that disappointing?

If Kim San lost track of his thoughts, his mind would always drift to Gido Hae in a daze. He wasn’t sleepy today, so Kim San rolled on the blanket for a long time, recalling the pretty face.

“Um………”

Kim San suddenly remembered that he had been feeling vague for some time. And that question was finally cleared today. Gido Hae must have been tired of teaching him guidance. To be more precise, he’s kind of a bother.
