New York,

Michael Corleone, for today's meeting, had called on a few men for safeguarding. Although he didn't fear death, he feared being taken advantage of by a wizard. It was unknown to him that Bobby was not a wizard but since people from MEDA will come who will all be wizards, it was a good safety measure, but a useless one, since a muggle can never fight a wizard head-on.

The apartment was already very secure but to ensure better security the side apartments were also rented. Michael had gone full paranoid with this meeting.

B.J. Harrison, his financial advisor, helped him calm down, "They are just coming for some real estate. They don't have any interest in your mob past, they only want your influence over it."

"That is what I am afraid of, Harrison. That side of the world is like quicksand. The more you move the more you get swallowed in it. I hope the benefits of this meeting outweigh the risks." Michael breathed out while smoking a cigar.

...

Bobby had just finished his classes at the college, he had no idea he had made a mob boss so restless. When he went out of the building a car was already waiting for him. There were three, actually, one in the middle and one in the front and back, acting as the escort.

Harvard was already in the car, with a thick folder. There was also a person from Tonks and Tonks, a muggle who knew. He was the only lawyer Muggle-who-knew on the Eastern side of the United States.

Harvard started to brief him about the meeting as well as some other things. "Now Michael is trying to go legitimate. He does not want to go back into the mafia world. So, if we are doing this we're actually pulling him back down. The other four families are already trying to cut him out of the equation for a long time now, so he's taking a risk by meeting you."

"Then I will say, it's a risk worth taking. Didn't he kill his own brother though? Why is he trying to act like a good Christian now?" Bobby asked.

"Well, his brother betrayed him from what we know." Harvard clarified.

Bobby nodded and stayed silent. Though in his mind he agreed to one thing, ~If I were to betray Magnus, I'd rather kill myself before he kills himself in disappointment.~

He then looked at all the properties he could buy. The Mob was involved with just too many businesses. These were, but not limited to, Garbage Hauling/Waste Management, Gambling, Carpentry and Construction, Real Estate, Restaurants and Pizzerias, Bars, Pornography, Music Recording and Fishing.

And all of them were built on land owned by someone bad. Bobby was just going to take some of the lands at a fair price of course. He knew that if he directly contacted them they would try to loot him. But, if Michael, the Godfather, went as the representative, then those families will have to give face. Of course, he would give something to Michael in return too.

Michael desired for a way out of the mess he had involved himself in over the years. He wanted to keep his family safe. He wanted to keep his business safe.

"Why does he live in an apartment? Hah, I don't think New York prices have gone that high." He asked.

This, nobody knew. Harvey just knew tidbits, "He recently returned to New York, he was in the west coast otherwise."

"Hmm... A World War 2 soldier, who fought for freedom, became a gangster who took away people's freedom. An example of bad life choices right there." Bobby sighed and relaxed.

Harvard didn't agree though, he told Bobby about his own past, "I'm also a World War 2 veteran, sir. I was originally an American, I was drafted into the magic corps, aimed at dealing with the Nazi wizards and Japanese wizards.

"Then I married a British nurse and took citizenship. We weren't really fighting for freedom, we were doing it because there wasn't anything else to do. Once the war was over, people's real faces started to resurface."

Bobby, however, seemed more shocked with something else, "WAIT! You're more than 50 years old?"

"Haha, I am a wizard, sir. We age slowly." Harvard laughingly said.

...

After about 2 hours they finally arrived at the apartment building of Michael. There were men standing at its entrance already and they got alerted seeing three identical cars stopping at the entrance.

Bobby looked out of the window and sighed, "Too bad they don't understand their guns are useless here."

Because even Bobby has so many charmed protection on his body that even if he was directly shot at he wouldn't die. Most wizards don't really do this as they look down upon muggles, but Magnus was one paranoid wizard and saw the danger value behind every weapon.

"Let's go." He got out of the car. Along with him, the lawyer and 6 MEDA agents went inside the building. The men in suits looked at them with tilted gazes but never looked straight.

Inside the elevator, the lift operator automatically pressed the button to the right floor. ~It seems Mr Corleone owns the whole building.~

The lift stopped at the top floor. Just as he walked out he was greeted by a few doors. One on his left, one on his front and one right. All of them were the largest apartments in the building, the floor only had 3 of them.

The centre door was opened by a man in a suit and the first thing he did was smile. It was the smile of a moderate man who tries to negotiate first. He was obviously not the Godfather.

"Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am B.J. Harrison, chief financial advisor and attorney. If any of you have guns or knives, please hand them to me." Harrison requested.

6 of MEDA agents handed two guns each, as well as a pocket knife. They keep these muggle weapons to usually make the other party not focus on their wands. If Harrison had asked for their wands, they would already have been on their way back.

Harrison had a heap of weapons in his arms by now. He just somehow managed to put them on a side table. "Please, come in."

After they entered he closed the door and also put a lock on it. Too bad, all locks could be opened with a swing of a wand.

Harrison led them to a deeper section of the apartment. The apartment was like any normal expensive house, with lots of wooden furniture and lights, giving it a luxury sense.

"Please, Gentlemen, you all can wait here. Mr Armstrong, you should come in." Harrison instructed/requested them.

But Bobby protested, "Harvard and my lawyer will come with me. They are very important for this meeting as they also represent their own companies."

Harrison nodded and took them inside. Bobby frowned as soon as he entered. For some reason, the room was very poorly lit and the only light there was in the room was focusing on a person in a white suit at the end of the room. The man looked old, in his 50s and smart. He was smoking a cigar and not even looking at them.

*Sigh* ~Freaking Mob bosses and their love for overdramatising minor things.~

"Umm... did you accept to meet me just to play hide and seek, Mr Corleone? For god's sake, I can't even look at my watch in this room. Switch on some lights, come on." Bobby blurted, with no care whatsoever of whom he was standing in front of.

Michael was taken aback, and so was Harrison. They expected at least some level of fear from the young boy, he was a person who had killed people after all.

But who would tell them that Bobby was the one involved in the heist of Arthur's painting with Magnus from Buckingham Palace. And he was not even 10 at the time. That was actually much more nerve wreaking than anything he had faced in his life.

"I came here to discuss business so let's not waste any time on theatrics, because if that's what he wants then I can ask Mr Harvard here to shoot rainbows from his palm," Bobby added.

Bobby was taught well by Magnus, that to never deal with someone from a position of inferiority. Always strive to squash your opponent and gain dominance in the discussion.

Michael coughed. This was the first time in his Godfather career he had faced this. He sat straight and doused the cigar.

"Harrison, please turn on the lights. Gentleman, I am Michael Corleone, owner of Vito Corleone Foundation." Michael introduced himself.

"I am Brandon Steel Armstrong, Founder and CEO of FutureTek industries, FT Motors, Eternal Energy Solutions and a few more companies. Nice to meet you." Brandon politely replied with his own big titles.

Then the lawyer introduced himself, "I am Daniel Radcliffe, a representative of Tonks & Tonks consultancy agency."

Harvard was the last, "I am the East Coast head of the Magic Eye Detective Agency, MEDA. You probably never heard about the company because you're normally not supposed to."

Harrison and Michael were left dumbly staring at their faces. They were most shocked by MEDA. The whole Mob feared them and always prayed to god in the morning that the police would not hire MEDA to investigate them. And thankfully, New York was so much into debt that they never hired them.

But the fact they were here as juniors to Bobby spoke leaps and bounds about the importance Bobby held to his backer. Now they were getting fully serious.
