The plan was simple, it'd be better if the world saw Zimbabwe wanting to join the British mainland on their own initiative, not the other way around. If they were the ones to initiate the request and Britain would just accept it after some talking, they wouldn't be called colonisers, they would just be changing a few things about their already acquired land status because the small African country was already an overseas territory.
All these things, however, would lead to many changes and for them they needed to be prepared, otherwise, everything will become chaotic. First of all, the maximum number of people in Zimbabwe should know English in order to assimilate into the country. But, to make sure they don't lose their own identity, the law would stipulate that their own regional language is also taught to them as a curriculum.
Magnus wanted to make sure that the people of the country don't feel mistreated or left out. Hiring good muggles to work in the region was also important, he'd have to make sure they don't hold any kind of prejudice against them.

Magnus sat with Dumbledore at the office. They had just returned from Wizengamot. The trial of Dolores Umbridge would soon be taking place and the newspaper is going to be publishing the news in the next day's morning news "Professor, I hoped that you can invite children from Zimbabwe too to the school."
"But... kids from Africa go to Uagadou automatically," Dumbledore said.
"Not for too long, besides, they are British Overseas territory right now. And I am working to permanently get Zimbabwe to join mainland Britain, becoming greater Britain. It has a population of 5 million right now, while we have 53 million so it won't be hard to mix them together with the rest. You should also invite wizarding students from all other British Overseas territories." Magnus explained and advised.
Dumbledore didn't really have any problem with this, why would he? The more Hogwarts students there are the better it is for the British Wizarding community, and if Magnus really turns them into British citizens then that would be a great boon.
"Are you going to turn all territories into permanent British extensions?" Dumbledore inquired.
Magnus just gave a cryptic smile, "Who knows, maybe it'll happen, maybe it won't."
"Then I will discuss this with the Board of Governors. They will most likely agree, as having more students is better. This castle was originally designed to teach thousands of students, but we never exceeded 2000." Dumbledor muttered with a sigh.
"We, I will go to my dorm now. Good night, Professor." Magnus left the old man alone and headed out.
He went straight to Slytherin's common room. It was filled with the new 1st years, trying to get themselves accustomed to everything happening there. The school was disappointing. They were expecting fairy tale style life, but here the castle felt more like an abandoned horror house.
As soon as he entered, they looked at him in hope that he'd do something to deal with the boring times. And he indeed had an idea. He saw Ragnar sitting near the fireplace and called him, "Rag, come with me. Let's get the instruments out."
Ragnar was excited and followed him. They came to their dorm room. Severus was alone sitting there and studying. "Sev, come along. We're setting up the speakers and the music player."
Severus silently nodded. He couldn't say no to Magnus when specifically asked, or else the Dark Lord might go crazy, thinking he's avoiding Magnus purposefully.
They picked up a few big boxes and headed out back to the common room. Magnus however felt that there were not enough people, "A request to all my friends, call everyone to the common room. Today, we're going to PARTY!"
"What about the food?" Ragnar asked.
Magnus whispered in Ragnar's ears, "Go to the dorm room, call an elf and tell him their boss wants some tasty snacks sent to the common room. French fries, dips, some cookies, cupcakes, chips and sherbet."
Nodding, he headed to the room quickly. The elfs would need some time to prepare food for all 250 Slytherin students.
Meanwhile, Magnus got to work with Severus' help. When Emma came he called her to help too. Some curious 7th years also came forward to help.
"Well, my dad is an inventor and he made these batteries that can hold electricity. We're going to connect it to the Music Player, which is connected to the speakers. Then, we can all hear good music in the hall." He explained it to them.
Nearly all muggle-born students cheered as they had the most exposure to the latest muggle music. Meanwhile, those that didn't have much contact with the muggle world had no idea what real music even was, to them it was still some simple instruments playing.
It took Magnus nearly half an hour to set up everything. Mainly the wires were the problem. He was trying to put 6 speakers and 2 subwoofers around the big room so that each corner can have equal music reach. Setting up all the wires took the most time. Then, he connected the batteries to the main music player. The batteries were also connected to an electricity generator, which was placed outside and the wires were coming through the window. These generators will only be used when the battery is low, and thankfully there were bulb indicators to tell if the battery was low.
It was pretty high-tech technology, thanks to FutureTek engineers. And soon, everything was set.
"Okay, let's start with this new album. It's pretty famous these days." Magnus put on a record of the album called Queen, and the band's name was also Queen.

The moment the music started, the muggle-born rejoiced and the rest gasped in awe of this marvel. Soon the beat started and the whole common room was filled with melodies.
"Haha, didn't I say we're going to have a party today? Ragnar, bring the food in." He shouted.

Magnus hit multiple places in the ceiling and soon blinking lights filled the room. He then turned to the candles and made them dim down a bit. That was all, now the common room looked like a disco. He went ahead and increased the volume a bit.
"LET'S DANCE!" He shouted.
"YEAAAH!" The 1st years who had been frustrated by the busy schedule came beside Magnus and started dancing and jumping around. The middle section of the room was emptied just for this purpose.
"Umm... 7th years, aren't you going to dance? This is your last year in school, YOU GOTTA MAKE IT MEMORABLE! Also, let me give you secret advice, common halls have no rules to keep the love birds away from each other." he shouted.
Immediately a few girls and boys blushed, the whole crowd of the single folks who just wanted to have fun jumped into action to dance. Magnus seeing the floor heating up, put on the special dance music.

Ignoring Severus' protests he dragged him onto the stage, and now Magnus and Ragnar had a third crazy bastard as they fight... danced together. Magnus was aware of his surroundings and saw the Gang of Slytherins in the corner, sneering.
Magnus ran towards them, scaring the hell out of them. But he just grabbed Regulus' hand and dragged him. Some gang members tried to protest, but one angry glance from Magnus scared them away.
Before again joining the floor, he put on the next song, which was catchy as hell and the perfect dance music.

A Slytherin photography club member clicked a photo at the exact moment. He was clicking many photos because today for the first time in his life he saw Slytherin house like this. They didn't even look Slytherin, they were just people, people who were enjoying themselves.

"PROFESSORS! WE'RE RELIVING STRESS! JOIN US! DANCE, EVERYONE!" He shouted at the top of his lungs because the song was too loud.
"YEEEEEES!" They forgot the two teachers and continued dancing. The dance floor became heated again.
Slughorn gulped his saliva in fright, he looked left and right and noticed a boy and girl kissing sometimes while dancing. Professor McGonagall seemed angry.
But Magnus showed them summer dancing on his head, "Come on, if even she can enjoy it why can't you? And trust me, professors, this is the best way to bring all Slytherin students closer to each other as friends. Now, LET'S DANCE! RAG, HELP!"
Magnus focused on making Professor McGonagall dance, he was scared of nobody so he grabbed her hand and raised it in the air. Ragnar did the same with Slughorn, being the favourite student of the professor.
They already had doubts that Slughorn was a cool guy who knew how to enjoy it, so the man soon started showing some good moves.

The students were chuckling seeing the stern professor also dancing with them. This made some respect and like her more.
"I must say, Mr Pendragon, your idea seems to be working. Some pureblood students are mingling with others, I can see." She praised him.
Magnus was lost in dancing, "Hehe, of course, Professor McGonagall. Music and dancing have no boundaries."
"But I don't like the lyrics of the song." She said.
"Why?" Magnus inquired.
Professor McGonagall answered while moving, "Well, because Rasputin was a squib and had used a love potion on the Russian queen."
Magnus abruptly stopped, "WHAT?! REALLY?"

And trust me, professors, this is the best way to bring all Slytherin students closer to each other as friends. Now, LET'S DANCE! RAG, HELP!"Magnus focused on making Professor McGonagall dance, he was scared of nobody so he grabbed her hand and raised it in the air.
