GAR, the name sounded very grand, and when everyone started reading it, it was indeed very grand. A giant 9 feet gauge train system that can transport freight. It can truly massively push the economy of Africa. The continent was full of natural resources, the problem was extracting and selling them.

The total distance was going to be 13 Thousand Kilometres. Of course, such a big distance can only be covered faster by extraordinary trains. Adam had already started developing giant train engines for this network.

However, these were just 24 countries that were closest to the coast, there were still many more left. Hence, some called feeder lines shall also be built to facilitate these countries to connect with the mainline. These feeder lines would be normal 5 feet gauge tracks but will have a similar high-speed system.

They will be as follows: GREAT AFRICAN RAILWAY) - Feeder Line (co-sponsored by Dragon Holdings and each African country. Dragon Holdings holds the use licence of the railway until the money is earned back.)

Line 1 - Djibouti(Port) - Ethiopia - Kenya - Uganda - South Sudan - Central African Republic - Cameroon(Merge Into Main Line)

Line 2 - South Sudan - Sudan - Chad - Niger - Burkina Faso - Mali - Senegal(Merge into Main Line)

Line 3 - Uganda - Rwanda - Burundi - Tanzania - Mozambique(British Port)

Line 4 - South Africa(Cape Town) - Botswana - Namibia(Merge into Main Line)

This entire system will be developed from three funds. While Magnus shall provide nearly half of it, the rest will be provided by each country and also grants from the World Bank. All this money will be put in one place called the African Development Bank.

It will take at least 3 years to be constructed, it could be 4 if delays occur. When all the leaders of the 54 nations saw the map, some felt numb, some were overwhelmed and some felt excited. A possibility that maybe, just maybe, this will be it. The thing that will make the lives of people living in these lands better.

Magnus didn't care about people's lives, he only cared about money, just not at the cost of people. Hence, his methods to make more money end up making lives better. Bhutan was an example. As planned by him, the brand of Bhutan, called Himalayan, was now worth 69 Billion dollars, it was the gold standard of all organic products. And Magnus gets 50% of this pie. Not just this, the entire GDP of that nation had risen because the young population received much-needed education and those highly skilled workers who had left the nation returned. It was now a middle-high income nation.

Its success story was insulting to its close neighbours such as China, India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Hence, whenever Magnus enters any nation, he was seen as a god of prosperity putting his feet on their land.

Following the revelation, he gave everyone 1 week to decide if they wanted to make the Union and agree to the plan or not. He meanwhile decided to go to Thailand because he needed to inaugurate the Thai Canal.

When his plane landed in the Asian country, there was already someone waiting for him. It was a woman, in her late 20s and looked pretty.

"Sir, this is the schedule and the names of all the people that will show up." She handed him a file.

At that point, Emma looked at her suspiciously, "Who is she? Never seen her before."

Magnus wanted to say the name but he realised, ~I FORGOT!~

After his short trip to Thailand, it was time to go to Korea, the united one now. Magnus had a legendary status in the nation and was well respected, after all, he was the one who united it. He didn't stop putting indirect propaganda either, as he knew many political parties might try to take all the credit. He instead wanted people to remember whom to thank.

And so they did, when his plane landed, thousands upon thousands of people had gathered outside the airport. Security told him to get in the car and head to the secure hotel, but Magnus denied it. They were his fans, after all.

So he went and stood on top of the airport building and waved at them. He later gave interviews where he was grateful for this warm welcome.

He was here mainly to inaugurate a lot of major infrastructural projects that were gifted to the small nation. These included majorly electric Dams, Expressway and one major building called the Blue House, the executive office and official residence of the Republic of Korea's head of state. A plaque was set on the side of the main entrance of the building, that had written: "Inaugurated by His Majesty, Magnus Grant Emrys Pendragon, 5th September 1978."

This simply immortalised him in the history of Korea, more than he already was. Meanwhile, about North Korea, the Kim Family was dead, the entire region had a census and now poverty upliftment plans were taking place, as many industries got set up in there. North Korea contains the great bulk of all known mineral deposits on the peninsula, iron ore and coal, gold, magnesite (magnesium carbonate), lead, and zinc were in abundance. This would go a long way in uplifting the entire peninsula.

In a short televised speech of Magnus in the National Assembly, he again emphasised how important it was for the world to end their meaningless war and join hands for mutual prosperity. His words were empty for now, but soon, the world will listen to him no matter where he goes.

After Korea, he visited Japan as well, he had not much to do here as the nation was already developed. He rode in the Bullet Train, however, wanting to experience it once so he has something to compare with the Bullet Train system that will be completed in mainland United Kingdom.

After that, he returned to Zimbabwe to get the signature of all African Nations for forming the African Union and approving the proposal for the GRA.
