Ryuu awoken next day as the sun light entered the room and fell on his face, as he awoke up groggily promising to one day snuff out the big ball of hot gases his mind finally caught up to the events that occurred to the day before.
His eyes went wide as he took in sight of the surrounding, he was back in his room a small hope blossomed in his tiny heart, 'May be everything was a nightmare, yes it is I will just go and greet mama in her room', so he quickly ran to her room only to find it vacant, 'No No it was a nightmare it cannot be real', so he ran towards the exit of the mansion only to be caught by Antariskh.
Antariskh: "Where are you running off to Ryuu?", as she held him firmly.
Ryuu: "Mommy I want to go to mommy."
Antariskh sighed as she replied, "Really Ryuu did you already forget your manners if you do not brush your teeth and freshen yourselves and have a good breakfast do you think mother Veena will allow you to visit your mother?"
Ryuu stopped at that as he grumbled as he went back towards the bathroom.
Nuwa came in just in time to see Ryuu entering the bathroom with worried look in his face, "What happened here Antariskh."
Antariskh gave a small smile at her, "Nothing Mother Ryuu was running off to visit Xiao Xiao at infirmary, with getting freshened up in his night clothes."
Nuwa just frowned at that, "Here we decided to make breakfast for him and us."
Antariskh, "He was just worried about his mother nothing more and nothing less, Sylvana informed me that she has gained consciousness s few minutes ago."
Nuwa nodded at that and soon Ryuu joined them, normally he would have tried skipping his breakfast but the glare he got from Nuwa made him understand it was not worth it.
Ryuu took a bite from his food and a taste bomb went off on his tongue, so tasty he had never tasted something as tasty as the food placed in front of him, he was in heaven all worries flew away from his mind as he shoveled as much as he could eat inside his mouth.
Nuwa quickly took control as she forbid him from eating anymore, but the damage was done as he was bloated in his stomach and sick from overeating.
Ryuu soon found himself on the bed adjacent to his mother.
Xiao Xiao panicked as she saw Ryuu in such a condition, "What happened to my baby?"
They did not know how to inform that he had fallen sick due to over eating.
Nuwa came as she spoke with a little shame in her voice, "We are the cause of making Ryuu sick, he was so depressed on seeing you sick we thought about making him a good hearty breakfast but unfortunately he couldn't control his greed when he tasted my cooking, as such well he over ate and fell sick."
Xiao Xiao sighed, she did not know what to think about it inwardly she was a bit jealous seeing her child acting like that about someone else's cooking, but it seems Nuwa was a 'Spirit Chef', a type of chef who specializes on making 'Spirit Food', a type of food only meant for a cultivator.

Veena spoke in a stern tone to Xiao Xiao, "Ryuu was greatly concerned when he saw you fainted on the floor, he cried himself to sleep yesterday, I warned you many months ago about the symptoms, as such I already gave you an amulet which could warn us when you suffered some mishap, why did you not wear it."

Veena's gaze softens a bit as she spoke, "Please sister if not for us at least do it for Ryuu, I have never seen him so broken and helpless before, so please try to take care of yourself a little more."

Ryuu just latched to him with a cry of anguish, "Mommy!!! I was so worried when you fell unconscious, are you alright do you feel uncomfortable anywhere."
Xiao Xiao just returned the hug as she softly kissed her child's forehead as she spoke out reassuringly, "My baby I am alright I just made a small mistake while cultivating I will be fine before you know it and I will be back home soon."
Ryuu just gave her a cute glare, "You should have been more careful, you always tell me to have someone near protecting me while cultivating whereas you forgot about such an important rule."
Xiao Xiao playfully teased him, "Oh has my baby grown show much that he has become the man of the house."
