It had a muscular body, and large claws that were many meters long.

Allen charged in straight ahead at the Spirit Beast.
'Right, I go from behind then.'
Merus rushed at the Spirit Beast from behind.

The Spirit Beast turned around and slashed at Merus with its claws, but that was merely a distraction. From a different direction, Makris attacked.
'Freeze Cannonnn!!'
Makris used his Special Skill [Freeze Cannon] on the Spirit Beast.
'Kyuru!'
The Spirit Beast easily smashes the large icicle apart.
"Spectral Explosive Attack!!"
While the Spirit Beast had its claws on one side, Allen used Graham's Special Skill [Spectral Explosive Attack], digging his sword deep into the Spirit Beast.
(But it's still not dealing a lot of damage.)
Allen had been chaining attacks like that until one landed, but the strategy was less effective now.
"Allen?!"
"I'm fine."
Since he had gotten so close, the large claws swung his way, but he successfully dodged.
While everyone looked at Allen, the Spirit Beast walked back to the center of the cave.
The Dew of Life was dripping down from the cracked ceiling there.
"I won't let you! Blizzard!!"
If the Spirit Beast drank the Dew of Life, it would heal completely. Cecile tried to plug the hole on the ceiling with ice magic, but the Dew of Life just absorbed the Mana and dissolved the ice.
The Spirit Beast grinned and went to drink the Dew of Life, which quickly made all the wounds it suffered disappear, while its muscles swelled up and became stronger.

The Spirit Beast took a deep breath, inflating its chest.

The Great Spirit Mouton shouted as his body swelled up, and everyone hid under him.

The Spirit Beast spat a black mist, which filled the entire cave.
'What powerful poison, I can't stop it?!'
Mouton had tried to neutralize the Spirit Beast's poison with his own, but after the Spirit Beast gained so much power, he could no longer deal with it, and he could only scream as his body began to boil.
"Cough cough!"
Everyone used the Heaven's Blessings and Aromatic Vegetables they had, neutralizing the poison that made it through Mouton and healing back.
(So it heals completely and then gets even stronger. The poison is also so strong that Mouton can't handle it anymore, and the water of the crater still hasn't dried up.)
Kuwatoro was checking the level of water outside, and saw that it was slowly going down, but it was nowhere near depleted.
"We need to think of something new. Hm? Someone's coming."
Cecile knew that they needed a change of plans. But then she felt someone running towards them through the corridor behind them. I was Formar, who they thought had died.
"Formar!!"
Cecile had watched his body dissolve into nothingness, so she shouted in shock.
Everyone else also looked surprised, but Formar calmly grasped his bow like always.
(His bow and gloves look different?)
His robes were the same he had before, but the gloves that went up to his elbow and bow were new.
He channeled all his Mana and aimed at the ceiling of the cave.
"Divine Technique Activation, Serene Stillness"
The glowing arrow he shot hit the ceiling and illuminated the cave, erasing all the poison.
