Zhao Xin Qian bit her lip as she stared at the couple in bed, doing some serious baby making stuff. She couldn't help but wonder about two things simultaneously;
1. Why would Yu Yan message her asking her to arrive here at her hotel room? - Trying to prove something, eh?
2. How come Yu Yan and Li Qiang, her dearest stepsister and would be ex-fiance hadn't realized till now that she was standing at the door, watching them have sex? - Too busy to notice?
She blinked her eyes once, then repeated the moment twice and then smiled wide. She took out her cell phone and began recording the scene that was playing out in front of her. Not wanting to record much of the trash, she finally decided to make the couple aware of her presence.
"Hey, cheaters!" she yelled out, loud enough for Yu Yan and Li Qiang to stop what they were doing, "Smile for the camera please!" and then Li Qiang fell off the bed.
Hurriedly both of them began to cover themselves while Xin Qian mailed the video to her father, stepmother and Li Qiang's parents, "Now that's gonna be one 'hot' topic." said Xin Qian as she waved her cell phone in front of the couple and put it back in her bag.
"Xin Qian, it isn't what you think." commented Yu Yan.
Xin Qian fought the urge to laugh out loud, "Oh! Really? So you weren't in the middle of making babies? Am I blind dear sister or naive or you were expecting a different kind of reaction?"
Yu Yan felt tongue-tied, she hadn't expected Xin Qian to be so bold and cunning, she had thought that Xin Qian would cry and make a scene about it but she didn't. She had thought that she would drug Xin Qian and make her sleep with the handicapped guy that she was being forced to marry and later turn the tables against Xin Qian but nothing like that happened.
"Listen Xin Qian, I am not in love with you. Our marriage was more of a deal, my heart lies with Yu Yan." Li Qiang spoke up.
"Dude! Seriously? Couldn't you just be the man that you are supposed to be and let me know about what you are telling me now?" asked Xin Qian effectively silencing Li Qiang.
"We were afraid about your reaction, we just didn't want to hurt you." Yu Yan cried.
"Aaww, really?" Xin Qian placed a hand over her throat for the much needed dramatic effect, "You didn't have to worry about that because I myself came back from New York earlier to break off this marriage. You see, I don't think that Li Qiang is man enough to satisfy me and my needs."
Now that had Yu Yan and Li Qiang fuming in anger and humiliation, but Xin Qian continued, "I hope he is enough to satisfy you, dear sister." was all that she said before shooting a smirk in their direction and walking away.
Yu Yan and Li Qiang didn't know that she wasn't a damsel in distress but a dragon in a dress who likes to shoot fire at its targets, burning them alive.
