Among the slaves, we have chosen the leader to act as their leader and some sort of our Champion. After several months, most of the slaves were healed and trained in military tactics and combat. Their leader was a wolf beastman named Romulus, which was funny for specific reasons.
He was the only one whom I gave immediate power increase, and he had power comparable to an Ultimate-Class. Geniue one, meaning he could fight and kill with some luck, even Lesser Divinity Stage - Feeble Gods. This was already high enough combat prowess on the Feisuo Plane, as many gods were of this Stage.
I have collected hundreds of Knight Breathing Techniques, and Wizard Meditation Techniques used as cultivation methods by natives of the Feisuo Plane. With a bit of tweak, I have managed to adjust them enough to be more effective and allow the majority of their practitioners to reach higher levels of power more easily.
To propagate this goal, I have created several cultivation methods, each of different qualities, that were distributed among former slaves.
The highest grade techniques could allow one to cultivate Myth Wizard / Myth Knight, which was a newly created level by me, and had comparable combat prowess as lower end Grand-Class, or in terms of God Path, Demigod Divinity Stage. Of course, reaching Myth Wizard / Myth Knight required some special procedures. Rather, it required fusion with the Martial Soul of the Grand Commander Level magical beast.
I took inspiration from the Douluo Cultivation system when creating this. In truth, I wanted to develop a system that would make its practitioners absolutely depend on us, to advance further.
Because Grand Commander Level magical beasts were rare in planes where gods ruled, due to gods annihilating them, as they would be a threat to their worshippers, practitioners of this new power system would need us to provide them with "Martial Souls" to increase their strength. Even other resourced to develop their "Martial Souls", so we would have them within our grasp.
After several weeks, Romulus and his people established a city in the Red Earth Wasteland, with a bit of help from me, which was called a Miracle City due to how fast it was constructed.
It quickly became a beacon for anyone who wanted to live everyday life in the Red Earth Wasteland, as thousands upon thousands of half-beastmen went and joined the Miracle City each day. This was good, but not enough, as our forces needed more development to be useful in our plans, but we were getting there.
Red Earth Wasteland was full of monsters and fights. Countless bandit brigands were roaming unhindered, and the lack of any kind of order was self-evident. Only the Miracle City had something similar to order under the leadership of the City Lord Romulus.
In the meantime, we were investigating more about the gods that were ruling the Feisuo Plane. While the Dark Gods Faction was proven as best to be our target, due to how loosely they existed, there were other targets, for example, Dragon Pantheons, that could be easily subjugated if I brought Crom Cruach here if he defeated their Supreme Stage Gods.
Dragons could be a valuable asset, or if they don't submit, then valuable resources could be harvested from their corpses.
I predicted that Miracle City would have enough power to establish a Kingdom within one or two years and soon could expand towards other areas in the Red Earth Wasteland. If they manage to establish an Empire, it would be for the best, as its establishment would spark an international war across the entire plane with all neighbors of the Red Earth Wasteland.
In the middle of the Miracle City was the citadel, which served as a house for my wives and me as we were staying here.
Everybody had some role in the management of Miracle City. While the wolf beastman Romulus was City Lord, Hela trained their military forces and soldiers to be the best of the best, while Fia was managing their administrative structure and creating as effective one as possible. Vena was making sure that trade was going on and making deals with various chambers of commerce and merchants.
I must admit that this entire trip to the Feisuo Plane was a heaven-sent vacation for me. Even though I abdicated from the post of Emperor of the Chthonian Empire long ago, I still had many duties to attend to, as I participated more in research of Magic and worked on several projects with Ajuka to improve our Arcanotech incorporate Warlock Alchemy into our tech.
Here, I had much free time; I could spend it lazying around or spending time with my beloved wives.
Even Fia started enjoying our time at the Feisuo Plane.
Right now, we were planning on entering the Underground World of the Feisuo Plane to search for their "dark races", I wanted to see if I could convert some of them to my forces, especially some like Kindreds, who even now were one of the major races of the Chthonian Empire of the Baator.
"How is the state of their army?"
I asked Hela, who now entered the courtyard where I was reading magic tome native to the Feisuo Plane and drinking my tea.
"Pretty good. All soldiers have achieved at least Knight Apprentice Level 1, while many have achieved Level 2 and 3, and hundreds are at the Knight Level. Training of Wizards is progressing more slowly, but soon it will yield the results."
I nodded as this was something to be expected.
"We have given them armor and weapons exported from the Empire. Even though they are trash quality, among mortals of the Feisuo Plane, they are already considered as best of the best. With this equipment, they would have a great advantage over other foes."
Smirked Hela as she sat down next to me.
