"Errr! I'll give this to you in a second!" He stated as he intercepted the incoming zombie.
Jellan was bewildered by the sudden shift of attitude but she could do nothing about it other than to wait.
A series of collisions occurred but unlike before, the zombie was already moving rather slow. It was due to its countless wounds on its ligaments that Nile has purposely struck.

Nile forced the zombie to retreat a couple of meters after hitting its mutated hand with his spear. Although the zombie had already weakened, killing it was still not easy.
Rather than rushing things, Nile decided to slowly dwindle its life away.
After a quick break, Nile hopped towards Jellan again. She was already struggling with her breathing. Even though she is already a level two human being, sustaining that kind of wound was still fatal. It could be healed using apocalypse gels, but the process would still be quite long and who knows how many gels they need to heal her completely
Not to mention, Nile did not even have a single gel on himself right now as the System would always collect it for him.
The only solution that Nile could think of right now was still the same. The Healing Lollipop from the System.
However, to give it to her, she needs to become his 'pet' first.
"Are you alright?" He asked a question that the answer should already be obvious if one observed Jellan's situation clearly.
Nevertheless, Jellam still replied to him without saying anything, "Barely!"
"Are you gonna give that to me or not?" She added while pointing at the healing lollipop on his hands.

"This Healing Lollipop had also mutated, and before I could give it to you, you first needed to become loyal and bound to me only." Nile stated.
"Sigh! In short, you will become what they called a slave." He added.

"If I become your 'slave', will you manipulate my mind, like the ones they did in the movies?" She asked curiously.
The zombie appeared again and as usual, Nile managed to bring it away before coming back towards Jellan.
"Uhm nope! You only need to be extremely loyal to me, remember the mutated animals from before? We are actually in the same situation." Nile answered as he thought of the three mutated animals that had fled the scene since a while ago.
He already asked the System earlier, he confirmed that he could really contract humans as his pets. Although he had already kind of guessed it after reading the earrings of loyalty's description, confirming it firsthand still put a shock on Nile's mind.
"Alright then, I agree! How do I become one of your 'slaves'?" Jellan finally asked after mulling it over.
"Huh? You really agree?" Nile was bewildered as he did not expect Jellan to agree. After all, it was a 'slave', and no one wants to become one.
He even think of multiple lines just to convince her just so that he could give her the healing potion.

'Is this a marriage proposal? So that's why I could not betray him after I accepted it huh..." Jalan thought. Her heartbeat increased all of a sudden after realizing that 'fact'.
After all, who won't feel excited if the love of your life, who disappeared for years, suddenly came back at the right moment, saving you from distress and then finally proposing in a 'unique' manner at that.
