After returning into her senses she found herself in an unfamiliar place.. Her blurred vision became clear slowly and she found herself in a beautifully decorated room. The bed where she laid was decorated with rose petals and many other beautiful flower petals were scattered in floor and the fragrance of them turned everything into romantic one, there was no light but candles lit decoratively.. The decoration was same as in the first night of newly married couple. She was trying to recall how she reached this place but couldn't recall anything but running away from her own engagement and then bumping into the strange man who once saved her. But after waking up she couldn't see anyone around so she stood up from the bed and gave a quick look around, the only thing she could realise was that this place is situated near an water body, a river or lake or something like that as she could hear continuous sounds of water... She found the door in the left side from where she stood and with a little dilemma she opened it to see where she is in. A gust of cool breeze from the ocean welcomed her making her stunned with the view in front of her. She stood in the balcony of a wooden forest house behind which a deep forest could be seen and in its front there's a long beach followed by the giant ocean. She couldn't trace the place and even the time, it could either be the moment prior to the sunrise or just after the sunset. For one moment she forgot all her worries and could only hear the roar of seawater together with the chirping of birds. Suddenly she got dazed by a sound of gunshot followed by flying of bird in large numbers, her eyes followed the direction of sound and she saw a man riding a horse towards her. Gradually the horse came closer and now she could see the strong masculine and long stature of the man who was wearing hunting dress but she could only see a little of his face featuring finely drawn jaw lines and thin firm lips holding a cigar in between them, She couldn't see much of his face as he was wearing a cowboy hat which partially covered his face. The man jumped off the horse reaching in front of the tree house and bound the horse in a pillar and then untied a wild goose which he hunted from his trip, he hung it on his shoulder and climbed the wooden steps. She was curious and also a little scared but in this barren land there was no means to do anything before understanding the current situation so she stood still. The man walked in front of her then opened his hat and placed it in his chest and bowed a little with a pleasant smile on his lips.
-" Good morning milady..It's pleasant to see you awake.." He said smiling.
Amyra smiled back seeing Varun in front of her, even though her mind had a lot of questions but in this very moment she felt like her heart being free of a heavy burden and at ease.
She was about to open her mouth to attack him with her countless questions but Varun stopped her showing his hand and entered the room. He came out in the next moment after keeping the goose he bought from hunting.
Varun walked near her and extend his hand towards her.
-"Will you like to have a wall with me in this fine morning.. milady..." He said politely with his charming smile which drove her crazy immediately as it always did.
-" Ya sure but I have a lot of questions in my mind.. will you mind to answer them please.." She said putting her hand on his. He walked in front and she followed behind..
-" Oh sure... ask me anything milady.." He said.
-"Aham... I remember to bump into a man I know a little but how you got me and how we ended up here at this place?" She asked curiously with her eyes struck in his charming face eagerly.
-"I don't know either.. maybe we travelled back a few centuries milady... it's 7th century BC.. Here you are the Princess and I am a mere servant of yours" He laughed dramatically on his own joke.
-"Haha.. well tried but update your jokes please, you got a gun in 7th century BC.. thats remarkable... Tell me something reasonable and I am seriously serious milord.." She said smirking.
-"Oh well.. I got you from one of my friends from IB. They were in a crucial operation and I I know you so they handed over you to me.. but before I answer your next question may I know why you ran away from your engagement.." He said looking straight into her eyes.. She was staring at him this whole while but immediately took her eyes off when it met with his and it turned red in shy. She looked away at the rising Sun from the sea that was as red as her cheeks
