After eating her food, Chiamanda came to get Sky for her meeting. The rest of the day went smoothly...Sky attended all the company's meeting with her head bowed behind Mr Jide....most people thought she was his personal assistant, she acknowledged each project with a nod of her head to Mr Jide and used her hands to cover her mouth when she rejected a project, she asked questions when necessary. When It was time for the video conference call to their branch heads abroad and with the companies that were affiliated with Jaydite...Anton helped her out with her make up...giving her a complete different look. She and Anton attended the meeting together and it lasted for two hours, Sky was exhausted and hungry, she ate lunch from the office cafeteria during lunch hour but she was starving, Anton handed her some peanuts from his bag and snacks. Anton left Sky in the office at 6:30pm to go handle other affairs...Sky relaxed on her chair and closed her eyes, all she did today was to go from one meeting to the other, thank God she didn't have meetings outside today that Anton couldn't handle.The intercom rang ...interrupting her from her thought, she...ignored it. Her phone started ringing, seeing that it was her friend Zino, she picked the call. Mena am at the reception.....
Zino said, oh ok let me call my secretary. Before she could place the call, the intercom rang again and she pressed the receive button, Mrs Zino is here to see you maam. Send her up...Sky said. Sky wasn't expecting Zino and it's unlike Zino to come without calling...she stood up and went to the meeting area, she poured herself a drink and waited for her friend.
Zino entered the office....seeing her friend she smiled, i haven't seen u in a while yobo, how are you? Sky stood up and hugged her friend. Miss you too yobo, what brings you here? Sky asked. Can't I visit my friend in her work place she asked rolling her eyes...tell me how you are doing and how my God child is.
