They will only announce the name of the monsters without mentioning how many should we defeat.
……which means, various things will be scored, including the numbers of monsters that we defeat, the status of the subjugation certification site, the quality of useful materials that we stripped from the monster, and such.
The party that scored high here can go at a higher rank than the normal ones when debuting, and will be treated in various ways.
Conversely, a party with low score will be re-tested, and even if you are allowed to work as an adventurer, you will be tied up with various restrictions and such.
Frankly speaking… if their grades are so bad that they can’t do things in various ways, why bother having to go to a training school. Those kind of people is also present.
Nevertheless, there are quite a few people who pay not a small amount of money to enter as well.
The reason for that is to have a backup as an experienced adventurers when time comes.
There are various advantages such as being able to teach swordsmanship and magic, and cooperating with difficult requests. Above all, it would be nice if veteran adventurers can remember their faces.
Various restrictions are imposed due to bad results as veteran adventurers will be forced to join their party as supervisors for requests above D rank. Some say that it’s much better for a beginner party.
Also, many veteran adventurers who are considering their retirement due to age have the privilege of being able to pick their next place of employment (that is, guild staff or instructor at a training school), hence many people are participating in this.
Guilds will also have almost no bad points if they can reduce the mortality rate of new adventurers, the guarantee of a stable life after retirement for veteran adventurers, and acquiring excellent guild staff as a bonus.
In fact, among the guild’s profits, the ones that comes from training schools and swordsmanship or sorcery classes are also occupying a moderate proportion.
