I need to know about if their is a power struggle with in the company. I will send you the information I have. I need it as soon as you can get it. " Yona tells Akia, she is the best corporate investigator there is.
"Sure thing boss, I will check in with you between your meetings so no one gets suspicious of interruptions. " Akia tells him.
" Make sure to check out anything about the chairman's son. I want as much information as you can get ." Yona tells her before hanging up. He finishes getting ready to head to the office when Marshal calls him.
"Good morning, I went to the museum this morning and asked about the group of Japanese students that came a few months ago. My contact there says that one of the kids went missing and was never found. He said that it was hushed up because the kids father is a big shot and if it was known that it would cause an international incident. I asked about the area that Lilli says his body parts are buried and was told that it was replaced over night a few days after the kid went missing. It was already scheduled so no one thought anything of it. I put some poison on the plants to kill them so hopefully they will dig it up soon and find him. " Marshal gives Yona the update and hangs up. Yona has arrived at the office when he notices a that the company that he is here to negotiate with is a sub company of the one he asked Akia to investigate. The person who he is meeting with today is one of the brothers that owns the company that Shiro's family owns. Though he is not sure which member it is or how they are related to Shiro. Yona goes into the meeting anxiously as he doesn't want to tip off the wrong person. Especially since Shiro said it was his uncle that had him kidnapped.
Yona watches the gentleman as he gives his presentation and starts to go over the logistics of the project. He is confident and precise,he doesn't seem to say anything without purpose. It's times like this that Yona wishes he could use his gift to see through the facade that is being presented. He knows he is hiding something but what is the question on Yona's mind. When the meeting is over Yona gets a call, excusing himself Yona goes to a quiet spot away of the conference room.
"I'm sorry about the interruption but as it is close to lunch time how about we take a break. " Yona asks the group. Looking at the secretary , she nods with understanding immediately. Pulling out her phone she calls to have their vip room made ready at a local restaurant. Just as they got on the elevator Yona's gets a FaceTime call from Alex . Smiling he answers the phone.
"Hello Alex how is your day?" Yona asks.
"Well dad it's been a day as you can imagine. Mom is in nesting mode and Crystal is getting ready for the Dance on Friday. I need more boys in this house, at least when your home it is bearable. I know you are busy but I am glad I got to catch you on lunch I have to show you something." Alex takes the phone and flips it so Yona can see. Remi is standing on a step stool changing the heavy drapes. Flipping the camera back to his face he tells his dad.
"I hope you get home before she has everything changed. She has been like this since you left. " Alex tells Yona. Yona smiles at his son and asks him. to give the phone to mom. Alex hands the phone to Remi.
"Yona love how is your meeting going?" Remi innocently asks.
"Everything is fine here but things are not going to be fine for you." He glares at his wife.
" why what is wrong did something happen." Remi glares at Alex.
" you are pregnant and standing on a ladder. If you fall you could hurt yourself and the twins. I need you to behave. Leave whatever you are doing I am calling someone for you to boss around. If I catch you doing something like this again you will be in serious trouble. I love you and will call you before you go to sleep bye." My niece is just a few months old so she takes up a lot of my sister in laws time. I just turned twenty two so I am not ready to settle down yet. I am trying to make a name for myself first.
