Being a person with a big heart that could hold two watermelons, An Wu Yang started packing his daily necessities after finishing dinner, such as his toothbrush, towel, and shower slippers, considering that he would be living with Mr. Huo for a year.

“???” Wait, was it really a year?

In the middle of his packing, he pulled out his phone and decided to look up the information. He typed in a keyword, clicked the search button, and the results were mostly from working moms sharing their personal experiences, titled “Returning to Work After Having a Baby for a Year.”

These articles discussed two scenarios: post-vaginal birth and post-C-section recovery. In general, post-vaginal birth had a shorter recovery period, and people could return to work in three to six months.

On the other hand, post-C-section recovery took longer, ranging from six months to a year, but it was considered safer.

So, for someone like himself who did not qualify for vaginal birth, he realized it would take at least half a year to recover before returning to campus.

No, he furrowed his brows and thought. He wasn’t particularly fond of studying in the first place. Wouldn’t it be better to take two years off to enjoy life? Why worry about it?

At 9:30 PM, Mr. Huo, who had been taking care of himself all day, called him again.

“Hello?” An Wu Yang answered, having just finished packing. He had been delayed by his shower, and now he was freshly bathed, with a slight sheen of moisture on his skin, making his voice sound a bit different.

Originally, Huo Yunchuan just wanted to make a call to remind the other person to go to sleep, but when the call connected, he couldn’t bear to hang up when he heard that voice. He couldn’t understand it. How could a boy’s voice repeatedly arouse the desires of this middle-aged man?

Could it be that he was naturally a pervert?

“Are you tired? Is your body okay?” He pressed down his suggestive thoughts and asked.

“I’m fine,” the little angel on the other end of the phone replied, her voice full of concern. “Are you tired from driving long distances?”

Today, he made two round trips, and his dad had already complained and lay down, not even eating much dinner.

“I’m not tired,” Huo Yunchuan glanced at his restless libido, hoping he would get tired and stop thinking about the young boy with an undeveloped face. “Um, did you have a good dinner? What did you eat?”

“Fish, and some tender tofu,” An Wuyang found it strange. No one had ever asked him what he had for dinner or if it was good.

“What?” Huo Yunchuan asked, swallowing his saliva.

“I said fish and tender tofu,” An Wuyang repeated.

“Tofu is just tofu… why add ‘tender’…” The man on the other side gritted his teeth, covering his eyes in despair. “Are you doing this on purpose?”

“Hmm? Ah?” An Wuyang said, “I’m just describing the objective facts to increase your appetite.”

“Nonsense,” Huo Yunchuan thought, “What you’re increasing is clearly my sexual desire.”

“If you have a problem with ‘tender,’ then let’s go with plain tofu…” An Wuyang said indifferently. As long as Mr. Huo is happy.

“Let’s forget it…” It’s either plain or tender, and there’s no way to continue this conversation. Huo Yunchuan couldn’t take it anymore and said, “Goodnight, see you tomorrow.”

“Alright, goodnight,” An Wuyang hung up, muttering to himself. They were having a good conversation, but Mr. Huo’s mood changed so quickly. He was really hard to figure out.

That night, Huo Yunchuan dreamt of various plain and tender tofu, tofu with arms and legs that sweetly called him “brother” and wanted a hug.

“…” Seeing his *** entering the tofu, Huo Yunchuan was so startled that he woke up drenched in sweat, finding himself standing tall.

At the same time, it was already morning…

“Damn…” The frequency of getting aroused recently was worthy of a historical record.

He blamed An Wuyang, who couldn’t resist inserting innuendos into their conversations, making it seem like he couldn’t have a proper meal without getting himself all worked up.

Annoyed, Huo Yunchuan relieved himself and dressed neatly, walking out with a brisk step.

“Mr. Huo, you’re coming up today to help me move things, okay?”

The older man opened the voice message, playing the coquettish request on a loop while driving. He couldn’t help muttering, thinking about the countless times he had gone up to meet him.

But on the other hand, this person was getting bolder. But it was also true that in this world, how many men could be as good and responsible to each other as he was?

If it were his buddy Ji Mingkui in this situation, he would just pay him off and be done with it.

Lost in his thoughts, Huo Yunchuan arrived and took a moment to fix his hair in front of the mirror.

When he went up and saw An Wuyang organizing two boxes of luggage, Huo Yunchuan was annoyed. Such a big workload, and the other person had these delicate arms and legs like tender tofu. Were they torturing him or themselves?

“Why are you organizing so much stuff?” Huo Yunchuan said unhappily. “I’ve got everything I need over there.” He had prepared everything himself overnight, so there was no need for this person to prepare things.

“These are all my daily necessities,” An Wuyang wiped the sweat from his nose and directed, “The elevator is here, let’s move them in.”

Upon hearing the request, Huo Yunchuan immediately gave in and said, “It’s me, not us.” Right in front of An Wuyang, he unbuttoned his sleeve and rolled it up, revealing his muscular arms, effortlessly moving a box like it was a game.

An Wuyang’s eyes were fixated on those arms, and he couldn’t help but feel envious.

After moving all the boxes, the elevator door closed.

“What are you looking at?” Huo Yunchuan tugged at his collar and asked, seemingly aware of the reason.

Admiring his physique, An Wuyang replied honestly, “I’m looking at your muscles. Mr. Huo, you’re truly a man among men, very cool and manly.” He wasn’t trying to flatter Huo Yunchuan; he was stating the absolute truth. Huo Yunchuan was inherently handsome, incredibly manly, and had a great physique.

“Is that so?” Huo Yunchuan felt pleased inside, even though he pretended to be indifferent on the surface. “A little guy like you knows how to flatter people. I thought you were quite simple.”

Well, simple people wouldn’t engage in a one-night stand like he did, he had to admit it. After all, it was An Wuyang who had taken the initiative that night.

“I’m just being honest. Why would you think I’m flattering you?” An Wuyang considered himself relatively straightforward, at least not someone who would lie with a clear conscience.

With that in mind, his gaze shifted down from Mr. Huo’s chest…

Huo Yunchuan felt his muscles tense, quickly changing his posture to avoid being teased.

However, it cannot be denied that his concern stemmed from his thin dress pants, and not from any other messy reasons.

An Wuyang blinked, feeling puzzled. Would Mr. Huo, a seasoned player in the dating scene with money and looks, really be shy?

He just couldn’t believe it.

Pretending to be a seasoned player, Huo Yunchuan said with a serious face, “There will be an auntie taking care of you when we get there. You’ll stay at home during the day, and I’ll be at work.”

“So, I can only see you in the mornings and evenings?” An Wuyang simply stated the fact, not thinking too much about it.

Huo Yunchuan looked at him with a complex expression, torn between the choices in his mind. He understood that someone young needed company, especially someone as coquettish as An Wuyang.

He could relate to that.

“Oh…” An Wuyang nodded, intending to say something else initially, but they had arrived on the first floor, so he decided to get in the car first.

Huo Yunchuan interpreted this ‘Oh’ as an agreement, as if An Wuyang was saying, “Alright, you’ll stay at home and keep me company, and don’t go anywhere else.”

He thought to himself that he would go to the office today, wrap up some work, delegate what needed to be delegated. As an executive CEO and a director, this might seem irresponsible, but did others understand the situation he was in? Could they truly empathize with him?

No, they didn’t have the chance to understand.

Sitting in the back seat, An Wuyang thought for a moment and finally remembered what they had discussed earlier.

He carefully chose his words and said, “Mr. Huo, when it comes to the office location, you should prioritize your work. I can manage on my own.”

Hearing the boy’s reluctant afterthought, CEO Huo had the “I knew you’d say that” expression and calmly replied, “No need to say more, it’s decided.”

“Alright.” An Wuyang considered it and didn’t mind having someone accompany him.

Although he had initially felt uncomfortable being the neglected second son, never receiving anxious attention from his parents, and certainly not having anyone regulate his meals or even care about whether he might slip while using the restroom.

Now, under Mr. Huo’s care, he woke up and went to bed on time, had regular meals, enjoyed good food, and even had someone concerned about whether he might slip while urinating.

To be honest, some biological fathers might not even manage this level of care for their own sons.

“Mr. Huo, thank you.” With these thoughts in mind, An Wuyang suddenly expressed genuine gratitude.

“You’re welcome,” Huo Yunchuan replied as the road’s dashed lines were reflected in his unchanging sunglasses.

“Have you always been this cool?” An Wuyang asked curiously, wrapping himself in a cheerful blanket and reaching over to secure it to the other’s seat.

Huo Yunchuan was startled when he saw An Wuyang make that dangerous move. He immediately reprimanded him, saying, “An Wuyang, sit back quickly.” At the same time, he slowed down the car, his face showing a deep frown.

“Okay, okay.” An Wuyang obediently moved back, hugging his blanket and sitting down.

“Do you want to scare me and inherit my Alipay?” CEO Huo said with a serious expression.

“Ha…” The young man, who had been startled a moment ago, chuckled and seemed pleasantly surprised. He didn’t expect Mr. Huo to make jokes. “No, even if you die, I still wouldn’t inherit your Alipay.”

Huo Yunchuan listened to that laughter in a daze and, almost as if on impulse, asked, “So, do you want to inherit it?”

“No, I don’t.” However, he was curious about Mr. Huo’s Alipay. “Mr. Huo, how much money do you have in your Alipay?”

Huo Yunchuan paused for a moment and replied, “I’ll show you when we get home.”

An astonished An Wuyang opened his mouth, unable to believe it. Was he really going to show him?

Half an hour later, they reached their destination.

Huo Yunchuan lived in a high-end community in the city center, where property prices could terrify many small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.

The straightforward young man who could simply say “no” didn’t feel that this place was much different from his old community back home; after all, it was just a place to live.

Upon entering, he couldn’t help but admire the spaciousness and beauty of the house compared to his own home. “This place looks just like a model home,” An Wuyang murmured as he stood in the center of the room.

Huo Yunchuan took a look and couldn’t agree more. After living there for a few years, it still felt somewhat empty.

“Do you not like this decor?” Without hesitation, he began thinking about it and decided to have Chen Fang replace the furniture with warm colors and hang some abstract paintings that young people would like.

“I do like it,” An Wuyang nodded vigorously as he walked around, saying, “And there’s a gym, that’s really nice.”

The bathroom was also spacious, with a round bathtub.

“This is the bedroom,” Huo Yunchuan held the hand of his new tenant and led him into the large room.

“So spacious…” An Wuyang exclaimed, standing on the side without entering, “My bed is only about one-third the size of this one, maybe even less.” He gestured with his hand.

“Why not go in?” Huo Yunchuan asked.

“Oh, can I go in?” An Wuyang, with the mindset of visiting, put on soft indoor slippers and walked into Mr. Huo’s private space, looking around discreetly. He quietly thought to himself that this was the room of a wealthy CEO.

It had a somewhat austere atmosphere, which matched the impression Huo Yunchuan gave.

After days of back and forth, he had finally managed to bring this person into his territory. Huo Yunchuan confidently turned to leave, moving his luggage into his own bedroom.

An Wuyang looked puzzled and said, “Mr. Huo, those are my clothes. You should move them to the guest room.”

Huo Yunchuan paused in his luggage-moving action, shamelessly continuing to move them inside. “I forgot to tell you earlier; you’ll be sharing a room with me.” He explained that the gym’s previous incarnation was a guest room, so it made sense.
