---7 PM, LOV Recruitment Village #17...
"Can you turn it down a bit, I'm trying to make a call here," Mr. Compress asks.
Currently he, Dabi, Toga, and Spinner were all sitting in the living room of a penthouse, in a small development just outside of Tokyo.
Spinner looks away from his video game on the tv, then just complies and turns down the volume.
Around and within this building, there were would-be villains arriving over the past week. Waiting to be verified before Kurogiri would warp them to a more secure location.
Another large recruitment drive by the League Of Villains.
And while the new recruits where waiting to be sorted out by their system, the commanders were relaxing.
Spinner, the right hand of Shigaraki was playing his games on the tv, his greatsword -a cobbled mess of smaller blades- was resting beside him.
Dabi was sitting on the couch scrolling through his phone, waiting for his special assignment from Shigaraki.
Toga was on the other side of the couch, painting her nails bright pink to match her scarf mask. Decked out with a dozen knives, her blood extraction equipment was still equipped.
And off to the side, Mr. Compress was on the phone. His mask was currently off to reveal the black layer below, only showing his eyes and mouth.
"Shigaraki, you wanted to speak to me?" Mr. Compress asks as the call finally connects.
"It's about the I-Island job I sent you on, we've hit a snag..."
"What kind of a snag? I didn't even get to the vault before that mercenary group struck, but the schematics say it should have survived the tower collapsing."
"It did, but the device All For One caught wind of was missing when the scientists took inventory, apparently it's some kind of weird helmet. Parts of it were found, but the leader of the mercenaries, Wolfram, he got most of it intact."
"Hmm, A helmet of all things, when I read the data, Ujiko made it sound like I was sent after a superweapon."
"It is," Shigaraki says. "A mechanical Quirk amplification device, and since we only got info on the broken pieces that were found, Ujiko thinks he might be able to reverse engineer some of it."
"Hmm," Mr. Compress falls deep into thought. "That kind of device, with the destructive nature of your Quirk, or certain others," he looks over to Dabi. "That could give us a major advantage in the coming battles."
"We won't know until you steal the recovered parts and deliver them to the doctor."
"Why not steal the schematics?" Mr. Compress asks.
"Those died with David Shield, and the man cared oh so much about humanity that he never took notes on these kinds of projects."
"I see, alright, when Kurogiri is done with assisting Twice, Dabi, and Magne, he and I can steal the parts."
"No Kurogiri, not this time. We don't know if the mouse developed any technology to sense Warp Gate."
"The mouse?" Mr. Compress asks. "Wait...Nezu?" realization finally dawns on him.
"Unfortunately th---"
"They're sending the parts to UA, and you're sending me in since Horizon has never scanned me to know my face or body below the costume."
"In this hemisphere, Tartarus and UA are the most secure places to send that, and apparently David Shield only trusts All Might with this unfinished project," Shigaraki says. "So they went to him in the will."
"Hmm, breaking into UA, what a spectacular way to upstage anyone trying to take my spotlight," Mr. Compress chuckles. "I'll need some time to prepare, and a distraction in Tokyo to keep Mr. Invincible away for a while."
"Machia's surgeries won't be done for a while longer, but I think some of the more specialized Nomu can cause enough noise."
"Good, and if we're lucky this will make Nezu so nervous that he'll have to keep him in UA for a few more days in the week, I for one quite miss living within Tokyo."
"You can live wherever you want...when we break this country into nothing and rule over the perfect one, rebuilt by our own hands."

"Good, Kurogiri, Dabi, Twice, and Magne should be back in a few---"
GRRRRRR!
The entire building shakes, causing Compress to stumble and hold onto the wall.
Dabi who was just about to fall asleep snaps awake, looking around to see his glass of liquor shaking, catching it just before it falls off the table.
"Earthquake!" Spinner yells out and dives atop Toga, intending to protect her from any falling debris.
"Ugh you're squishing me!" she cries out.
The sound of concrete breaking thunders out as shelves and dishes fall over, sliding as the entire building tilts.
But a few seconds later, the shaking stops.
"Is everyone alright?" Spinner asks.
"Get off of me!" Toga shoves him to the side, finally able to breathe without him crushing her. "You should go on a diet, too heavy!" she whines.
"Hey! I'm in decent shape!"
Looking at the floor Compress sees his phone, dropped and shattered in all of the confusion. "Darn it, I'll have to pick up a new one from Jaku..."
"I need to go make sure all the recruits are alright, and that the Nomu maturation tanks didn't crack," Spinner says as he gets up, looking around to make sure his friends were alright. But as he's about to leave, Dabi stops him.
"Hold on a second," He takes a sip of his drink and then puts it on the coffee table. Looking at the liquid inside that was almost tilted 20 degrees, then at his allies, mostly leaning against something because they couldn't stand up straight.
"What's the big deal?" Spinner asks, still worried about their potential allies.
"Something just doesn't feel right," Dabi raises a hand to keep everyone Quiet. "No earthquake sirens, and... the mountains are gone," he looks out to the balcony to see the mountains that should be a few miles away gone."
BOOM!
The entire building shakes as a deafening explosion rings out.
"Not an earthquake!" Dabi screams as he rushes out to the balcony, followed by his allies they all stop at the edge, looking down to see the very foundation of the building they were in.
Torn out of the earth and floating a few stories above the road, tilted away from the mountains.
Spinner immediately uses his communicator to relay orders, "Heroes are attacking, Villains and Nomu, kill all heroes!"
Madness immediately breaks out as Villains pour out of the nearby building, now getting the all-clear to act on the madness they'd witnessed.
And like clockwork, the roads erupt and Heroes begin pouring out of the sewer system.
The streets of the small town become a warzone in a matter of seconds.
The commanders look out to see a flying Nomu, possessing a Raven Quirk, fly out of their building and into the mix, only for a swirling energy blast to slam into it.
"Output 25%: Nejire Flood!" Nejire-Chan blasts helical-shaped yellow energy from her feet to keep her airborne and massive blasts of the same energy from her palms to crush the Nomu into their building, forcing the commanders to hold on.
As she's battling that Nomu, another jumps out of the building, using some kind of a super-strength Quirk to launch its bulky frame at her.
"Flashfire Fist!" A pillar of orange flames incinerates the Nomu in mid-air before it gets to her, causing it to fall to the battlefield below.
"Endeavor!" Spinner yells out, clearly worried but trying -and failing- to keep a strong façade in the face of the #1 Hero.
"We need backup," Mr. Compress says.
"Look at how cute the blue girl is!" Toga screams out, pointing at Nejire, "I wanna drink her! I wanna be her!"
Endeavor gives her a strange look as he flies up to their height, the top floor of the floating building. Nomu, Villains, and Heroes are fighting around and below him on the street.
Then his eyes fall onto the other commanders, disgust and scorn in them.
The look he gave infuriated Dabi for just a moment, until he returned to being apathetic to his father's disapproval.
'Well it's about time pops...' Dabi thinks as both his palms ignite in blue flames.
Raising both his hands Dabi prepares to release a massive blast of blue flames at his father, the heat already making the balcony uncomfortable for his allies, his body releasing black smoke as he burns himself up in the process.
But he was used to this pain.
"Enji Todoroki!" Dabi screams out, and in the same instant Endeavor looks at him with disinterest, and before he could fire, his father disregards him and flies away.
And this pain, he thought he was used to. But it hurt just like all those years ago.
"What?! Why are you ignoring me?!" Dabi screams, hands on the railing, turning it red, nearly making molten steel of it.
"This gives us a chance," Spinner says, seeing Endeavor ignoring them. He touches his ear to activate the communicator, "Shigaraki, we need reinforcements, Heroes are attacking!"
A moment later and a purple Warp Gate begins forming in the air in front of Spinner, intending to spread out and deploy a dozen more Medium-End Nomu. Sufficient reinforcements to kill most of these Heroes, and with the commanders here, maybe they'd be able to hurt Endeavor.
SHAMBLES!
The Warp Gate suddenly collapses in on itself, folding neatly into a slash at the center of it.
"Uh...shit," Spinner mutters, realizing the same as his fellow commanders.
Only one person can close a Warp Gate like that, and now they suddenly knew who was holding up the building they currently stood in.
"I guess that means I did detect all your forces stationed here, right?" Horizon's mechanical and relaxed voice rings out from behind them, in the penthouse.
Slowly turning around, they see him sitting on the couch where Dabi was moments ago, sword already out, leaning back, and relaxing with his feet up on the coffee table.
"So, this is the Vanguard Action Squad huh...honestly, not impressed..."
