Midoriya dodged the knives by a hair leaping to the wall next to he and using it as a support to quickly approach the assassin. Todoroki is not a good close fighter and with Stain's speed he will be at a serious disadvantage. Our best option is to fight up close carefully while Todoroki gives us cover fire to buy us enough time until the Pros arrive....
Stain briefly stopped his run causing Midoriya to step over him, missing the punch. Stain drew his Katana and slashed quickly to the left to cut Lena's leg coming towards his head.
Lena had to redirect her body in a strange, low position to dodge the cut, but she couldn't dodge the small knife that dug into her shoulder.
"Agh!" Even with a knife in her shoulder Lena took the opportunity to sweep her legs in an attempt to knock Stalin down.
Stain jumped backwards to dodge Lena's sweep and the ice spears Todoroki threw, forcing him to retreat from the close combat between Lena and him. "Grrr..."

"Paralysis, from his actions against Todoroki a moment ago I theorize that he can paralyze people by orally ingesting their blood" "...but Lida still can't move...so I can only think of 3 possibilities..."
A) Depending on how many people it affects at a time the effect weakens.
B) Its duration varies according to the blood type of the person.
C) Depending on how much of the person's blood has been ingested.

As if he had received a powerful gust of wind, Stain went flying backwards only to crash into a building raising a layer of smoke.

Gritting his teeth tightly in frustration and with wet eyes Midoriya couldn't help but wail. "I'm sorry guys!!! I failed you guys!!!"

You fought quite a lot against a high ranking Villain, and not only that, you came to Lida's aid, you deciphered Stain's Quirk and fought side by side with us so that everyone could be saved. You didn't fail anyone." Lena said with pride in her voice as she looked at Stain with intensely serious eyes. "Don't worry about falling down, worry about getting up.... Same to you Lida."

And yet, Stain was slowly gaining ground, overwhelming Lena and Todoroki with his absurd flexibility and experience.
But... I want to get up... I don't want to be helped, I want to be the one providing the help... I want to... Lida clenched his fists to the point where blood came out of them. "I WANT TO BE A BETTER HERO!!!"
Even without realizing it, Lida, activated his Respiro Burst to come at Stain in an instant with a tackle that knocked him away from Lena and slammed him into the side of the building. "AAHHHH!!!"

He sent a fist towards Lena's shoulder to knock her off balance, but she dodged it and sent a kick into his side that Stain stopped with his forearm. "You're going to have to do better than that!" Then Stain jumped up and sent a kick to Lena's face which she couldn't dodge and received squarely.
"Ugh" Pain erupted in her nose and part of her face, she could feel blood coming out of her nose. Then she felt a blow land on her side sending her rolling to the ground, she raised her head quickly only to receive another blow from Stain on her forehead. "GAAH!!!"
"Lena!" Todoroki raised his arm to shoot a large amount of ice.

Stain grabbed Lena by the neck and lifted her up like a human shield to protect himself from Todoroki's attack. "So will you harm your partner, or will you seek to take down the villain?"
Todoroki gritted his teeth with a grim look slowly lowered his arm in resignation.
Stain only smiled wider at Todoroki's action. "Good boy."
Lena's consciousness was teetering between unconsciousness and awareness, in a battle to see who would win.

Positioning him near the small crater Lena looked with infinite anger at the unconscious Hero Killer. "You underestimate me again and I swear that when you go to hell, I, Tracer, will be the infernal flame that burns you for all eternity!"
