clay can feel the gaze of all the people that surrounding him. clay can almost feel their disdained expression and sympathy towards him.
then clay's hands reach the upper most part of the crystal ball. it was at this moment that you can even hear all of their deep breaths as they patiently wait but nothing happens.

clay is just expressionless but smiling in his mind then said to magi-chan' do your own thing '
then all of the affinities glows really bright. so bright that it can even make people blind. but the thing is all of the people can feel something unusual but do not know what it is.
when clay pour his mana a black glow appeared but all of the people have their eyes closed so clay can only see this glow. for some other reasons clay is not being blinded by the light.
but clay not only saw a glow but a fairy like creature again but in black color. then the ball shattered.
when all of the people finally come back at their senses they can see the bits of pieces of the shattered crystal.
" What happen?" a man ask.
" i dont know it seems like the crystal is defected so that it shows 4 affinities" a middle age woman said.

" your now accepted be grateful there must be something special to you" then the scout toss a 50 cm white card and said "just pour your mana their to create your ID card when you participate at the entrance exam. find your tent now at the back the carriages will arrive tomorrow morning also bring you Baggage at the tent that you have choose. that's all"

clay keep his card in for now then quickly pick his things and find a tent which is not full. the tent can let 20 kids sleep.
then clay bid farewell at olivia's parents and proceed to find his tent,
