'So i think all the twelve commanders of heavenly pirates are present, but i think i will have to show them my strength so that they should know that who is the boss.' thought Zack.
Then he stood up from the rock he was previously sitting and walked towards them when he stood in-front of them he suddenly released his Haoshoku Haki it was so much powerful that with the exception of two people all others knelt down, of course the two exceptions were 'Smiles and Mihawk' but they still had some perspiration on their fore heads.

"Yes we could guess that but my condition to join heavenly pirates was that you should be able to best me in only swordsmanship, because i want to further my way of swords. And Hang Wei assured me that i will get my chance to further improve my sword by fighting strong opponents."

It totally looks like the broad sword which ichigo used when rukia first time gave him her powers and made him shinigami.
Both Zack and Mihawk stood some distance away from each other.

"So welcome to all of you on joining heavenly pirates. As Hang Wei may have told you our only goal is to conquer this world we will not hurt innocent civilians, but instead help them as much as we can. We will make twelve commanders Hang Wei will be the captain of first division, Smiles of the second division, Mihawk of the third division, fourth division will be lead by Enel, Fifth by Jinbe and the other captains' ranking will also be decided with a little spar between other members. Am i clear?" Zack asked them in a powerful voice.
"CRYSTAL CLEAR BOSS!" everyone replied in a single voice.
