Mrs. Zhuang was currently reading the news on the internet when her phone suddenly rang.
Mrs. Zhuang pick up her phone and read the caller's ID and it was her husband's secretary.
Mrs. Zhuang don't know why, but she suddenly felt anxious!
Her heart suddenly beats faster!
She swiped her phone and answer the call.
"Yes Secretary?" She asked.
Mrs. Zhuang keep silent and listen to the person on the other line.
Just then, Natalie came down from her bedroom and saw her mom talking with someone on her phone.
Natalie stopped in front of her mom.
Mrs. Zhuang tightened her grip on her phone, when she heard the news from the secretary! Her face turned pale, she was dumbstruck!
She feel like someone splashed her an ice cold water!
Natalie notice her mother's expression!
She knitted her brows and she was about to ask what happened but her words was stuck in her troath when her Mom suddenly burst into tears!
"Mom? What happened?!" Natalie asked her mom.
(Sobs, sobs, sobs)
Mrs. Zhuang don't know what to say to her daughter!
She just continued to cry as if she didn't hear Natalie!
"Mom! What happened?!" Natalie asked again but this time, she felt anxious!
(Sobs, sobs, sobs)
Mrs. Zhuang still continued to cry..
Natalie can't stand to see her mother like this, so she approached her and embrace her tightly, though she doesn't know what's the reason why she's crying but she knows that her mother needs someone to lean on this time!
After a few minutes of crying Mrs. Zhuang forced her self to speak, "Baby..." she said in between her sobs.
"Mom, tell me what's going on!" Natalie said.
"Baby... Get dressed ... We are going somewhere." Mrs. Zhuang replied.
"Where?" Natalie asked.
"Just do what I said." Mrs. Hong replied.
Natalie followed what her mother said and she get dressed .
The two of them boarded in the car.
After just fifteen minutes the car stopped but Natalie knitted her brows when she realized they're in the hospital.
"Mom, what are we doing here?" Natalie asked in confusion.
Mrs. Zhuang held her daughters hand, "Let's go!" she said without answering Natalie's question.
They get inside the hospital and headed to the Intensive care unit.
There, she saw her father's secretary.
Natalie knitted her brows and realized there is something wrong here!
When the secretary saw them, he quickly approached them.
" Mrs. Zhuang..." The secretary bowed his head.
"What happened?" Mrs. Zhuang asked in a faint voice.
The secretary looked at Mrs. Zhuang which eyes are swollen.
"The Chairman was enraged by the news about the Young miss that spreads on the internet. He was so stressed this past few days. And today it worsened, the investors canceled the contract signing." The secretary started to tell.
"Why?" Mrs. Zhuang asked.
"The company's real status leaked out to investors , the Chairman got even more angry and He make me go out from his office which is I did. After just a few minutes, I get back to his office and found him struggled to breath. We instantly brought him here but the doctors can't guarantee if he will survive."
Natalie who was listening to the two people talking in front of her got even more confuse!
" Wait! Can anyone tell me what is going on here?! " she's not stupid!
She had an idea on her mind, but she don' like it!
Mrs. Zhuang tilted her head to her daughter.
"Natalie, I have to tell you something.." Mrs. Hong said.
Mrs. Zhuang started to tell her daughter everything!
Why her father want her to marry Henry.
Their company's status and her father's illness!
Natalie was stunned while listening to her mom!
She felt like her whole world collapsed!
Her father may have done wrong things but now she knew that he only did it for her!
She knew he was wrong for ruining Jian's reputation and career, but no matter what he did, he's still her father!
Even if he did the worst thing, that doesn't changed the fact that he is her father!

Inside the ICU,
Natalie is wearing a hospital gown, she slowly took a step closer to the bed where her father is lying.
There are apparatus that connected from his body to the heart beat monitor.
Natalie can hear the "beep.... Beep" sound.
Natalie held her father's hand.
"Dad, I'm sorry..." It's the only word that came out from her mouth.
She knew she did things that didn't made her dad happy. And she was sorry for that... She's not a perfect daughter, she disappointed her dad for many times and she was sorry for that.
She love her dad, and she's willing to forgive him for his wrongdoings!
Natalie's tears fell down.
And then, she notice her father's finger moved a little bit!
Natalie's eyes went wide opened!
She suddenly felt hopeful that her father might survive this..
But she was wrong!
Just a few seconds later, the heart beat monitor begin to reveal a flat line!
"Beep beep beep beeeeppp...."
Natalie looked at the heart beat monitor and she unconsciously stepped back!
No!
She cried inside!
"Excuse me ma'am but you have to get out now." One of the nurses said.
"No!" Natalie refused to leave!
"Dad!" Natalie shouted as if her dad can hear her!
One of the nurse assisted her to get outside the room!
Natalie is now crying while watching through the glass window as the nurses and the doctor tried to revive her father!
But her father didn't make it!
