Yuerui looked outside their room and saw that all the female is employees are walking outside pretending to work but actually trying to peep inside. Not only employees of marketing department but also from other departments. Some of them even gather courage to peep inside.
Yuerui looked at the crowd outside once and then turned towards her friends. She saw that her two friends have turned on their formal and sofisticated mode. Yuerui could hardly recongnize them. They were behaving like the most hard working and well behaved employees of the office.
'Are they my friends?' Yuerui wondered.
Since they were taking care of Xianwang Yuerui didn't bother them and was sitting in her chair idly without making any eye contact.
While hearing the briefing from Su, Xianwang saw that Yuerui was not doing or saying anything. Not only that she sat far away from them.
"I believe Ms. Su is not given this project." Xianwang said looking straight at Yuerui along with a poker face.
Yuerui's heart squeezed.
'Oh boy. I was wondering why you were sitting silently without saying anything to me.' Yuerui thought.
Su got a little awkward. She gave an awkward smile and looked at Yuerui with a glare.
Yuerui understood her glare and came forward like a guilty kid who will be given punishment.
"Boss, this project is given to me and kai."
"Then why is another person doing your work?" Xianwang said.
Yuerui didn't know how to reply. Even if Xianwang was teasing but he had a point.
Why would some other person do her work?
Yuerui just stood in her spot keeping her head down.
Xianwang made a 'ahem' sound since he didn't get any answer.
"Su was already discussing with you so I didn't disturb her." She replied.
"It's not her job." Xianwang replied.
'Stupid Yuerui, don't drag this discussion further. Just say sorry and end it.' Yuerui thought.
Yuerui closed her eyes tightly and replied in one breath," I am sorry, boss. This won't happen again."
"Hmm... Show me the recent market price of our shares." Xianwang commanded.
Yuerui nodded and went back to her seat like a small little kitten.
She sat down in her seat and and was switching on the computer. But our little cat was not forgiven yet.
Xianwang stood from his seat and took another chair then sat beside her.
'Whaaaaat!' this type of sound was heard from outside. It was the cry of the female employers outside.
On the other hand, Yuerui was so shocked that she stood up from her seat in the speed of light. Xianwang couldn't even sit properly and stopped at his motion seeing the shocked expression of Yuerui.
"What? I can't sit here?" Xianwang asked.
"No! I mean... yes. Of course, you can sit here." Yuerui replied and sat down quietly. She sat and moved her seat a little. But she became surprised that Xianwang also moved his chair and sat close to her.
'Ahhh...' another roar was heard from outside.
"Someone go and check what's happening outside." Xianwang said.
Xianwang obviously knew the reason of that sound but still pretended to be oblivious.
Si ying obeyed his friend's command immediately and went to check outside.
But the moment he opened the door, outside the room was clean. Not a single human being was seen.
'Ah... That boss of mine. Made me work for nothing.'
He closed the door and turned towards Xianwang.
"There's no one outside." He replied.
Xianwang nodded and signaled Yuerui to continue.
By that time, the computer was ready to use, so Yuerui directly went to the share market website to show market value of their shares to Xianwang.
After that they went ahead to discuss other projects that was handed on them.
When it comes to work Yuerui is very professional. So she put her inner feelings aside and briefed all the files.
While the two of them were talking, Su was busy in staring at them and imagining them together.
They looked so good together, just like a match made in heaven.
Su never imagined her friend with Xianwang. But now that she saw them together she can't help but admire them.
Su didn't want to waste this opportunity. So she picked up her phone and tried to take some pictures of them sneakily.
'Aww.... They look so good together.' she thought.
